"I've been looking for my wand. It just flew off this morning!" she sad angrily, thoguh a tinge of sorrow was unmistakable. She grimaced, "I want my wand back." she pouted. "What brings you out here Gully?" she asked cheering slightly

"Me well, I've come to make sure panic does not ensue. Got to keep the young whipper snappers in order don't you know?" he grinned. "Shame about your wand, mine's gone too but I'm not too fussed really, though it must mean more to you Halo!" he said concernedly.

"No kidding," she said with a whip of her head, wondering if someone was cruelly standing behind her holding her wand jsut out of reach as torture. "Oh, well. Surely one of the Professors will find out what happened and bring the wands back. I mean, their wands are probably gone too. And some of them ahve really nice wands."

"You must have made them then!" said Boggleworth mock seriously. "I don't know a finer maker of wands! Cause I don't know any others!" he chuckled.

Novella listened politely to Henry and Halo's conversation, nodding along, holding her own private conversation with Loiosh in her head. She often found that he was more interesting than the people around her.

"Nope, my uncle made them." she said with a shrug. She noticed Novella was being very quiet and shrugged. 'Maybe she's just not fond of wand talk.' she thoguht with a chuckle. She knew wands were not a fascinating subject to most people, but she didn't care.

"How many wands have you successfully made then?" asked Boggleworth genuinely interested. "wand making is such an invaluable skill, I mean where would the wizarding world be without it?" he laughed wondering. "Are there many makers of wands? Isn't it extremly difficult?"

"One. I've made one successful wand." she laughed. "There are about... four, truly skilled wand makers in the world. My Uncle, my Dad, There's a french wand maker and one in Africa that both make simply stunning wands." she said enthusiatically.

"Well, I'm certain you'll be joining those greats soon! The only way is up as they say. All you need is perseverance, which you've plenty of for this!" he laughed looking out into the lake admiring the calm, peaceful tranquility. darn peacefullness is soon broken! he thought

Lisa listened to the talk of wands while trying to gain an interest, but soon her attention drifted out to the lake as she continued to think about the mystery of the lost wands. Sighing, she leaned back and watched the dragon with a small smile on her face.

(OOC: As continued from the thread Accio Doom in the forest.)
31 windows flung open by a gust of air. No. Not windows- water. A better word is portals and theyfre opening up all along the shore, expelling mist and bits of branch from the forest floor along the lakeside, beside sunbathers and the giant squid resting in the shade of a great tree. At first nothing seems to be happening at all, just shortcuts and strange views in to elsewhere. Thatfs before bodies.
Bodies like paper, like starched cloth, passing through the hemorrhaging teleportation. They pour out in droves, slick and undisturbed by the cool, bright air. They, in fact, adore this heat- of the sun, the warmed flats of stone, even the glow of the young and especially magic. The lethifolds turn toward their children.

Boggleworth hid his shock well and said "hello what have we here? An opportune moment when we've no wands" he smiled up at the lethifolds he'd no idea what they were but he'd try to communicate nonetheless "hello!" he said brightly waiting for a response.

Loiosh screams a warning in her mind, and Novella is instantly up, grappling at her pockets for her wand before she realizes it isn't there. But no matter.
Theirs are three minds, and both Darin and Loiosh are much more useful than a wand in a fight. She yells at the others to get back, the lethifolds advancing, and she can feel Loiosh's poison drip down to fill his hollow teeth and Darin slowly disippear until her right shoulder looks like nothing more than that, although she can still feel his reassuring weight.
Henry's voice is cheerful, and although Novella cannot hear his words for her familiar's warnings, she growls at him to shut up. This is not the time. She is flooded with power, and the shy Gryffindor who calls herself Novella much of the time cannot touch her.

"ah not friendly then!" muttered Boggleworth backing away to stand shoulder to shoulder with the others, well this is a sticky situation Without his wand he could perform just a few measly spells but one he knew for such an occasion. He shot bright sparks up into the air to call for help, his prefect training had taught him at least that much...

"WHAT THE HELL!?" she screamed scrambling backwards. "NOT COOL! NOT COOL AT ALL! AND MY WANDS MISSING!!!" if the fear of dying by way of lethifolds hadn't just then began to choke her words down she would've started crying, but now all she wanted was revenge. Revenge on whoever took her wand, and on whoever sent these lethifolds.
