Hearing that they were about to enter a Labyrinth, Via became suddenly excited, but very nervous. Glancing at Jack with wide eyes at what he was going to put her through, her mouth fell open at the sound of hearing dragons would be in there as well. Gulping back a dry lump, she looked over to the slytherin who she was now paired with. Via being herself however flashed Jason a big smile before continuing listening to Jack. She was nervous as hell, but she stood up and waited for Jason to join her so they could transport together.

Cristian had to run to Defence against the dark arts lesson in fear of being late, but he managed to get there just in time to hear what they were doing. Seeing Daphne, he slunk over and sat next to her without saying a word and flashed her a smile before listening to Professor Shaw.
"Dragons? That's crazy!" he said in part shock and part excitement. Hearing he was then paired with Daphne, he gave her a wink and squeezed her knee playfully before standing up and getting himself ready for transporation. Taking in a deep breathe, he thought of all the things that he would need to know to survive the labyrinth so to speak, and clutched his wand.

Ash got excited as well, labryinths were awesome! So full of mystery and wonder! Hearing someone come in, he turned to see that it was Cris. He smiled, but otherwise offered no greeting, wanting instead to hear what else the professor had to say.

Jason listened to all the Professor had to say before casually walking over to Via. Yes, he was a Slytherin and she a Hufflepuff. That alone, made her nervous, and he could tell. Standing next to her was odd. Usually she stood above everyone she was paired with, but not this time. Jason stood at 6'4", which was enough to make anyone cower. He knew this, and being of Slytherin made everyone uneasy.
Looking down at Via with indifferent hazel eyes, he spoke softly. "Look. Before we reach the end of the labyrinth, you need to lose your nerves. I'm not going to tease, hurt, maim or hex you, for one. Two, get the finals and apprenticeship off your mind, you're going to pass and make both exceptionally well. And three. Dragons? They're not so hard."
Jason returned his gaze towards the transporter, hoping that he calmed her nerves, not made her even more nervous. She shouldn't worry though, she was in good hands.

Alexis had to get to class she was trying to get to class but everything wrong happened at once. Her bag the one she had for the last four years finally broke apart everything spilled all over the floor. She was trying to pick it all up but then one of the ghosts showed up and this one started taking things and tossing them around. First it was a hair clip, which he threw back onto the floor once Alexis rose to chase him, then it was her parchment and again he threw it back when she moved toward him, then it was her ink bottle. Alexis screamed causing another professor to come out of her classroom to see what the commotion was. Getting rid of the ghost she helped Alexis repair her bag and slip everything inside, but now she had detention for causing a disruption.
As she waited for the slip to be made out she saw that now she was late. It would have been easier to run but they couldn't run in the halls and with the professor watching her she didn't need another detention. So she started to power walk moving faster and faster finally reaching the room.
No one was there. she knew she wasn't early but where was everyone? The professor was there now she was probably going to get into more trouble. Breathing deeply she said "Sorry this isn't like me believe me I'm always on time it's just I had an incident in the hall my bag it ripped and this ghost wouldn't allow me to fix it, kept taking my things and throwing them. I even got yelled at for screaming at it by another professor who gave me detention. Again I'm sorry, but where is everyone." Babble babble babble she was babbling again but she was scared she had no idea what this man was like and well she didn't really like being in trouble.

Sarie heard she was going to try so solve the Labyrinth. She had heard about a play. "Professor that isn't the Goblin City is it? Also how long do we have to solve it?" She was excited and she was happy that she had Aston.

The days were long.. Tedious in fact. Falling under a spell of restlessness was all too easy, and Erys Grace was not exempt from it. If it weren't for a group of Snakes lighting some poor, porcelain-looking girl's bedsheets on fire for the fifth time in the span of two weeks she might not have made it in time. She was new, the girl nearing graduation finally found out, and went by the name of Cairo Blackwell. Odd bird, that one. Perhaps not odd, but very unlucky, not to mention the possessor of an extreme amount of beauty. Some could not bear it and looked away, some sneered at her with resentment for her appearance and her kind attitude towards all houses. Erys herself did not concern herself with the petty rivalries and foolishness of lesser ones. Or she did only if it were some snotnosed brat in another house who dared to pick on a brilliant member of Slytherin.
"Forgive my tardiness, professor." The cool, mysterious voice said as the animagus appeared near the assembly of students. Though his forgiveness, or someone else's for that matter, she needed not. She ran on her own time and most if not all had come to accept that. How she got there was lost on her mind, she just knew she was there and ready for the lesson. Ironic, considering she was to be the Dark Arts apprentice, attending a lesson of defence from what she yearned to teach. Her idea of a little joke, she supposed.
Emerald green eyes scoured the surrounding area, as Erys wondered what exactly she might face in there, and how fast it would take her to finish. She had no doubts this would be easier for her than some, she had the senses, the reflexes, and the excellent internal direction for it. Then again, the rules changed in the Labyrinth. What was even more funny though was Hubbles in there acting like the idiot he really ways. Now that was going to make her laugh immensely.

So here he was, walking down the corridor heading towards Defence. He knew the Professor was only young and Bryn found it amazing Jack was only a few years older than Bryn was. As he got down the corridor, lazily pushing open the door, Bryns eyes were gleaming as he looked upon Jack, who was once a good friend of Bryns. Now he was professor did that change at all? Walking into the room, briefly glancing at the blonde Slytherin who had caused him some grief in the owlery. But meh, past is past and now is now. Nodding to her in a way to say he's over it. He looked back to the board. "E.. erees?" He tilted his head, then looking at the house, Great she's a Slytherin, oh Brooke will have a field day when she hears about this. "E.R.Y.S" Bryn furrowed his eyebrows, "How in all hells name do you pronounce that?" His welsh accent made things sound strange anyway, but not in a month of sundays could he get his head around her name.
Looking around, he spotted the blonde Slytherin, "Nah," He smiled and spun around again, almost colliding with a brunette Slytherin. "Ah." He looked at her. "I take her to be you then? Jolly good!" Turning around he glared at Jack who just shrugged at him. Jack knew Bryn didnt like Slytherins and yet here he was, Sticking him with one. Looking towards Erys, and the scariest one of all. "So, when do we enter, Jack?" He asked, he had got here intime to hear him tell everyone to call him Jack and not professor. Bryn looked around at all the faces and began to think he was glad he wasnt Jack right now. "Wait," He furrowed his eyebrows, "The Headmasters in there acting like a loony tune?"

The professor finally started and Angel immediately knew this would be interesting. A labyrinth had all the makings of a class worthy of taking. Up until the moment the partners were chosen. She had been hoping she'd get paired with Jason, after all Slytherins should always stick together, but then she got strapped with a Gryffindor. Angel looked over and made a face she didn't really bother to hide it.
No matter how she felt about who she was paired with she knew she wanted to do well. So she had to put her bias aside in order to work with him and make their team a winning team. So she walked over to him. "Yeah this isn't ideal but I don't like loosing never have never will, so I hope you're up to the challenge. I'm sure this won't be easy but I think if we work together and keep up we can do it. So what do you say?" She had fire in her eyes and ice in her veins.
She sensed rather than heard her best friend Erys enter the room. Angle couldn't' have been happier to see her it had been a while. Too bad they couldn't be paired together, she knew they'd make an unstoppable force, but she was paired with....Angel saw it was the boy from the owlery. He looked at her and she at him. She should grit her teeth, roll her eyes but she didn't.
She despised him he made her so mad that day but she couldn't seem to be mad today. She was actually staring at him. This simply made her angry not with him but with herself so she abruptly turned away. Who cared that he was actually cute, not her that was for sure.

Defence? Against the dark arts? Quite strange really, but the only reason Morgana was taking this class was to 1) learn how to defend herself from other people who used dark magic against her and 2) to pass this years exams. What use is dark arts without learning how to defend it if someone tries it on you? It just made sense really.
Sighing, she couldn't say she was looking forward to it however, but she thought maybe if the other slytherins thought the same as her one way or another then they would be there too. Pushing open the door, she saw the room was crammed full. "Jeez, did somebody die in here?" she smirked, quite liking the idea of seeing someone on the floor, but to her dismay, when she peered over, not a lifeless body to be found. Pouting slightly she sat at the nearest desk for a moment waiting for the transporter.
Seeing Erys, she gave her a small smile and a nod in greeting. Now was not really the time to catch up, but she would have to do it later. Erys would understand.

"E.. erees?" The sound of her endlessly elegant name being brutally butchered by the lips of a Gryffindor caused the Slytherin to whirl around, eyes already adopting the slitted pupils' of a cat as a chilled look enveloped her face. "Its Erys." She shot back, emphasizing the air-iss pronunciation of it, her voice cold. It was that Kennedy boy, the one with the twin sister. They didn't take too kindly to her, well, kind, it seemed. If they were here only to stir up trouble with her Snakes then they'd get more than they bargained for. Oh yes, Erys would see to that. "I take her to be you then? Jolly good!" He said, and she rolled her eyes, crossing her arms over her chest. "Jolly good," She sneered, her voice pretty much making sarcastic air quotes over the pair of words as they flew from her fanged mouth. "indeed." Now the prospect of her enjoying this lesson was nothing but a faded memory, and she waited for everything to begin, a cross look on her face.
If only the professor hadn't split the snakes up. Really, they were so cunning it must be done. Though she hadn't planned on being paired with.. Him. Couldn't it be anything else? Near the Gryffindor now, she fixed him with a hard look. "Just stay out of my way." Her tone was firm and final. He of all people, though unable to pronounce her name, should know who she was and be able to understand she meant business. She wasn't about to flunk the lesson--she already graduated, in all actuality, but whos counting?--because some bozo decided to play tough guy and screw everything up. The remark about the new headmaster coming in and demanding candy made a smirk spread her face, and she secretly conjured a bunch candies to store in the pockets of her jacket.
Eyes, still very catlike, shot to Morgana as she entered. The smile was caught and reverberated right back at her, understanding and brief. Reunions later.

(Note: Anyone paired with my characters are given full permission to god mod them, Bryn and Jase are mine. As you guys know, the final desicions are left with you since I want this to be fair for everyone.) "Crazy? Tsk!" Jack laughed, yes, it was. Welsh Greens, Horntails, many different species of Dragon. Looking to the board as the partners appeared on it, meaning the Labyrinth was ready now to admit his students into its almost seemingly endless twists and turns. Jack was going to have such fun watching them. Of course he would make sure no harm came to them. There were a couple of pairings he was wary about, Erys and Bryn were the top ones. She, the self proclaimed queen of Slytherin and him, the obvious Slytherin hater, and Jase and Morgana. Still it would be interesting to these pairings work out. It might actually be good for them, as Bryn shot a glare at him, Jack smiled and shrugged then looked at the Gryffindor called Sarie and laughed, "The idea of a Labyrinth was taken from the movie but everything in it is different and no, there is no goblin city. I doubt the goblins would have wanted to join us. Pity. Could have been fun for you guys." Standing next to the Transporter as it flared to life, "The Labyrinth is ready for you guys now. Remember, each of you will be transported to a completley different location on the outskirts of the Labyrinth and its unlikely you will run into eachother. Remember my warnings and you will be fine." Smile on his face he held his hand out to it. "Step on and into the Labyrinth. Good luck to you all."
Once they were all gone, Jack picked up the comms device and pressed the button, "The students have entered now Dan. Play nice." Laughing he let go and using his wand, he made a live image of the Labyrinth so he could keep an eye on them.I wont be RPing as Jack now, only narrating. Have fun with the Labyrinth and Lets Begin. Any Late comers, RP walking into the Class and the Transporter will transport you when I next post. You will be at a disadvantage now though.
Jason Walker - Slytherin & Via Thorn - Hufflepuff Ashton Laurent - Ravenclaw & Sarie Thimble - Gryffindor Polaris Stormwrath - Ravenclaw & Alice Simmons - Hufflepuff Alexis Heart - Ravenclaw & Shaun Zinn - Hufflepuff Daphne Morgan - Ravenclaw & Cris Martinez - Ravenclaw Adam Mocenigo - Gryffindor & Angelique Juliet - Slytherin Erys Grace - Slytherin & Bryn Kennedy - Gryffindor Morgana Croft - Slytherin & Jase Tyler-Wilde - Gryffindor
Now you each walk through the doors to the Labyrinth, the walls tower at 11 feet so there is no chance of you looking over. All magic, such as Levitation and anything that could make you 'cheat' has been disabled. Nobody can transform into an Animagi, but they are allowed to keep their animal senses. As you walk through the door, there is a loud shifting sound behind you, as you turn, you realise the door has dissapeared. What do you do?

Jase walked in just in time to see everyone being transported and looked at his partner. Oh yay. Slytherin. Still he wasnt prejudice against them so he got on with it and walked to Morgana. "Looks like its me and you then." Smiling he walked over to the transporter and stood on it, instantly being transported. "Whoa..." He laughed, obviously he had heard nothing the professor said so this was a surprise for him. Walking over to the door he knocked on it, watching it swing open, dust flying off it making Jase choke something awful. Of course it was dusty, a labyrinth wouldnt be right otherwise would it. Of course not!
Walking inside slightly he turned to wait for Morgana to catch him up. For a Slytherin she was being awfully slow.

Seeing as there was no more issues to discuss just yet, Erys shoved Bryn on to the transporter soon after that Gryffindor Jase disappeared. Hell, had she acted a moment sooner they could have collided and possibly gotten their bodies hideously fused together! Mentally scolding herself for the pouting and hesitation, the Slytherin herself elegantly strode over, standing within perfect balance as she was suddenly whisked away inside the Labyrinth beside her partner. Without further hesitation she steadied herself, bending a little lower before saying, "I got this." with a confident look on her face. Feeling the change rush through her veins and contort her body, the Slytherin was soon on the ground as a bengal cat--before a bolt of lightning rocketed from the sky, hitting her. It wasn't terribly concentrated but it continued to hurt, and Erys yowled loudly, fur fluffed up jaggedly and eyes wide. Leaping to the side, another bolt threatened to hit her as she stood there, trying to dodge the continuous attacks. As her fur began to smoke the Slytherin changed back, heaving on the ground, ash on her face from a burnt bit of her shirt. "What the.." She panted, various parts of her body twitching with the excess of electricity. As soon as she morphed back the attacks ceased, and it instantly dawned on her: no changing. "What?!" She snarled, slamming her fist against the wall and groaning. "No changing? This is going to suck." Hm'ing suddenly, she decided to test how far she could bend the rules. Ficking her fingers out and lengthening her nails into claws, the Slytherin waited, eyes narrowed, expecting a bolt of lightning to zigzag towards her.
When it didn't she smirked triumphantly.
As for the senses, well, she was already using them. So that must be the limit. Erys could still jump around and climb things normal people couldn't--that wouldn't get her up the wall though, she was sure something would stop her--with the reflexes, she just couldn't transform. Ah, well. Wouldn't stop her from kicking ass. "Lets go." She scowled, ignoring the remark that was sure to spill from Bryn's mouth, taunting her about her failure to "have this". Forward! Beginning to edge forward, senses rippling, the Slytherin easily adjusted her eyes to the light, be it dark or illuminated. She turned. What would await them around the right corner?

Polaris couldn't be more excited! She smiled towards the second year who she would be paired up with, Alice. If she was a friend of Via's she was a friend of hers! Giggling and approaching the young Hufflepuff, Polaris took up her hand and quickly pulled the youngin' through the transporter. "Come on, young oofflypoof! We must make hast into the labyrinth lest we be last!" She said with her thick norwegian accent. All the while, the elder Ravenclaw never stopped smiling while waiting for Alice to respond.
