(( Thanks, I'm really enjoying doing this, it's going so well - and I've got points for Hufflepuff so we're in the lead! I think we'll win now. ))
The classroom door creaked open. Faye bowed her head and smiled fondly as Addis entered as discreetly as he could, greeting her with compliments. "There is no such thing as an intrusion in this class, my dear professor. If I'm not mistaken, you are Leigh Addis, no? Head of Defense Against the Dark Arts and a most excellent head of house to these bright young Hufflepuffs here? They are blessings I tell you," she said, looking proudly at each of them.
"And it is always an honour to meet another achieved Animagi, especially one of such a ferocious form." she said enthusiastically, walking towards him.

Girty spun around with her mouth open in shock as she looked at her head of house. She then quickly closed it though and looked back at Professor Vedette. Wishing she could say something but no words could come out.

Faye caught Girty's troubled face and gave her a significant look. "Girty...?" she asked in a quiet whisper.

Girty had to fight back a little laugh. She had been over dramatic. "Nothing professor sorry, i was just...just being silly." She answered back quietly. "I was shocked that was all and over reacted." She produced a small smile before looking back to her notebook.

"Oh, I see." she laughed. "Yes, I'm sure Addis gets that reaction a lot, sometimes more so in his tiger attire. Speaking of which, who knows the harsher penalties for an Animagus who abuses their animal form to harm humans or break the law?" The question was to tease Addis more than anything.

Girty sat and thought hard about the question. She placed her head on the table as she thought when something clicked in her mind. "You may think this is a bit simple but does the ministry remove the persons powers? Or even to a extreme extent place them in Azkaban." She stopped and looked up at the professor. "But even in a simple form such as a rat Peter Pettigrew caused so much trouble? How can the ministry control that?"

"You're very right, Girty. The ministry either strips them of thier Animagi talent through harsh enchantment and poisonous brews, or they simply place them in Azkaban. Ten points to Hufflepuff! And indeed you are right, there are flaws to the ministry's ways. Peter Pettigrew, as you say, was a weak and feeble form, and managed to cause much havok - framing an innocent man and spying on a family directly related to the Order of the Phoenix. The ministry do their best, but are poor at controlling it. You will all remember one Animagus who managed to escape Azkaban prison in his animal form. Who knows his name?"

Girty smiled and spoke up again. "That one is simple. Sirius Black we mention him before about how it was to help his friend. The werewolf." She turned to look at Bog with a smile.

"We mentioned him, but not his heroic - or perhaps sly - plight from Azkaban. Five points, Girty."
Faye waved her wand silently, and a large wooden chair scrapped across the floor to her, stopping next to her own chair. "Come join us, Addis. Perhaps you would like to help me until the lesson ends? Which is soon, I might add. I'm sure you'd be a very able Animagus professor, being on yourself." she gestured towards the seat.

Leigh felt his cheeks burn slightly. He smiled a little and stood still and looked around the room. "My animagus form is not ferocious, I simply chose it for it's beauty." Leigh said, while walking across the room to take the seat offered. He sat and felt himself rigid in the seat, wondering what the class would expect from the DADA professor appearing, some who may not know he was an Animagus. "I... have no idea how to help out, but I do offer my services." Leigh said warmly, smiling slightly.

"well sir you could always transform for us first!" grinned Boggleworth "maybe tell us what the sensation is like?" he smiled cheekily at the professor a wry grin spread across his face as usual.

"Well, this lesson is almost over. Perhaps you would like to share some of your experiences in your particular animal form? I'm afraid I cannot offer my students a very broad over view, being a mere insect, and I'm sure they'd greatly appreciate some advice - or warnings, perhaps?" she smiled, seeing that he was extremely flustered.
She moved closer to him. "We can discuss whatever topics you wish afterwards in my office, if it pleases you?" she said quietly, leaning closer a little.

"Experiences..." Leigh said, remembering one time inside of the forest. "Every time I become the tiger, I feel a sense of power, strength and great respect. Some reasons why I chose the tiger. I also thought the tiger represents one thing in nature that I adore and that is freedom." Leigh smiled. "And of course, anything extra in your office would be greatly appreciated."

Boggleworth saw the move by Vedette instantly, though he might be getting the wrong end of the hook! Instead of drawing attention to it he exclaimed "cool sir! So how many years did it take to become an Animagus?" he enquired full of curiousity.

Faye nodded appreciatively at Addis. "My office it is then." she said. "As you would expect, the larger the form, or more basic when it comes to instinct, the more likely it is that the human shall be effected by their transformation. Addis here is in perfect control of himself, but many fall to mental illness later in life." She looked at him. "It is unlikely though, with Addis. I expect he might even be a vegitarian tiger!"
