Helia walked up to the Professors office and knocked. She stood there nervously, waiting to be admitted or dismissed, holding a small purple and brown creature in her hand. Brian had said he would accompany her to talk with the Head Mistress, but she wasn't completly sure if he would. She sighed, thinking all was hopeless when she heard someones voice.

"Helia I'm here, sorry I wasn't here earlier." Brian said panting.

She smiled, "Thanks Brian. I just got here myself, but I don't think the Head Misteress is here." she said nodding at the door which remained closed, with no sign that there was anyone inside.

"Maybe she's asleep. She's probably had a rough day."

she sighed, "Yeah, I guess you're right." she sat down against the wall. "I hope that this all turns out well in the end..."

Esmerelda raised a eyebrow slightly and put her quill down. She strained her hearing, and could swear she could hear faint chattering. She muttered a short spell and her hearing was enhanced.. '.. Maybe she's asleep. She's probably had a rough day.' She could hear a male student saying. She stood up from her seat and made her way towards the entrance.
The professor walked down the staircase and opened the door to her office with a large grin on her face. 'Ah, Miss. Ollivander, Mr. Chase - what can I do for you?'

"Professor Wigglyfish, I... I have something I need to tell you." she said, eyes focused on the floor. "Um... You know how Draco Malfoy is in the Infirmary with amnesia?" she looked up a little, but not daring to look into the Head Misteresses face, "Well, it... it's because of me." she now focused her gaze on the door frame of the office, waiting for the professors reaction.

The Headmistress kept her expression completely blank as she watched Helia for a moment or two. 'I think you better step inside Miss. Ollivander.' she said gesturing her in. 'You better get back to your common room Mr. Chase - its getting late.' The professor said eyebrows raised. Though Helia was obviously nervous, it was something she had to do for herself.

She nodded to Brian, letting him know she'd be okay, and then stepped inside the Head Misteresses office. She looked around, surprised slightly at how foreboding everything seemed to look.

Brian stayed near the door for a little while, but then fell asleep waiting.

The staircase upto her office, was like the rest of Hogwarts, grand. Esmerelda led Helia up the stairs and took her into her office.
The office itself was quite homely, unlike the staircase which was deceiving in its style. The Headmistress had personalised the space, having countless unusual items dotted about and a comfty antique arm chair behind her large, dark wooded desk.
She noticed Helia peer around room quite nevously, absorbing all the surroudings and paying particular notice to all the portraits hanging up. Of course there was the long line of past Headmasters who were all watching the girl in interest. The only other portrait was of a young Victorian lad, who was, at that moment in time, attempting what seemed to be.. the long jump. When he noticed Esmerelda entering the room again, he gave a cheery salute which the Headmistress nodded to and said. 'Edmund.'
She gestured for Helia to sit in the chair opposite her own. 'So, Miss. Ollivander, I had heard the accident of Mr. Malfoy from young Edmund here.' she said merely stating out facts. 'I thought I would be informed of any problem with his treatment - but I must admit, I was not told that he showed symptoms out of the ordinary. So, how did you find yourself to blame for this?' She said not angrily, nor particularly warmly.

She took a deep breath, readying herself for the explanaition, "Professer Addis has been teaching us this Exdamentia spell, right? Well, I got curious about it. I've been really missing my brother Alec and when we were little we used to play these doodling games where we'd mix up animals that lived around our house. My favorite was this little mouse he used to draw that had big butterfly wings..." she noticed that Head Misteress was giving her an odd look, so she tried to hurry the story along. "Well, last year my brother wrote me one last letter, telling me about this Room of Requirement that gave anything you needed, so I used it. I went in with Jerred Boneman to try and create the little mouse-fly, but I wasn't thinking and Draco Malfoy came in. I was able to make the little animal with the Exdamentia spell, but I wanted it to be real... I know I shouldn't have done it... I should've been happy knowing I could make it... but I wanted to have something that would remind me of my brother when he actually cared about me and, well..." she pulled the little brown mouse with large purple butterfly wings out of her pocket and placed it on the head misteresses desk. She saw the Head Misteress shift slightly in her seat, "Well, I was worried that Draco would tell on me and get me in trouble, so I obliviated his memory of that night..." she looked down at the floor. "I shouldn't have done it. I just... I have no excuse Head Misteress. I'm sorry... but that doesn't make up for what I did..."
