Esmerelda listened to the young girl intently and shook her head slightly when she had finished. Bad things always happen to the good ones. She thought to herself sadly. Helia looked slightly relieved at having the truth out but even more terrified all the same.
The Headmistress didn't immediately answer her, which probably just unintentionally make her more nervous. Leaning back in her seat, Esmerelda turned to the young Victorian boy in the portrait who began to look excited at the prospect of a job. 'Could you find the whereabouts of Mr. Malfoy and tell him to come to my office as soon as possible please Edmund.' The boy saluted eagerly and went running out of his portrait presumely to the Slytherin Common Room and such like.
'This is a sad situation Miss. Ollivander.' Helia looked up for the first time. 'It is obvious that your intentions were true and that the memory charm was just in the panic of it all.' Helia looked down to her feet again. 'I'm also sure Mr. Malfoy wasn't the most tolerable person in the situation, so that didn't help.' The Headmistress frowned slightly. 'I will be able to help Mr. Malfoy now. I am hoping that the charm you used turned out to be quite weak with you being so panicked at the time of casting. It should mean I will be able to reverse it with minimum pain.'
Esmerelda opened her mouth to continue, but was interrupted by the reentrance of Edmund who chirped up. 'Found him Es! Hes coming this way now.' The Professor gaved the boy a small smile. 'Don't suppose you could send for Algernon as well could you Edmund?' He looked absolutely ecstatic and rushed out of the portrait without another word.
'I don't think you deserve anything as serious as expulsion.' The Headmistress could almost see a huge weight being lifted from Helia's shoulders. 'But it cannot go unpunished and being your Head of House, I think Professor Moncrieff should decide on the appropriate measures.' Helia bit her lip and Esmerelda smiled properly for the first time that evening. 'Count yourself as lucky being a Ravenclaw. Professor Moncrieff is more than fair.' Her eyes gained back there usual twinkle.

"Thank you Professor." she with deep gratitude, and continued to wait patiently until her Head of House arrived. Or at least she tried to, but she couldn't help asking, "Who is Edmund?" she had been curious about him ever since she entered the room.

'Edmund, eh?.. He comes from the my childhood home - its the portrait I always remembered when I was little. It was up in the hall, next to the grandfather clock that is now in my classroom.' Esmerelda started enjoying the prospect of telling his story.
'Edmund was the son of one of the past owners of my Grandmother's house - thats who I lived with before I came to Hogwarts myself.' Esmerelda eyes became filled with what seemed like sadness. The Headmistress seemed to go into a slight daydream as she looked at the portrait. 'Anyway.. I use to talk to him when I was a girl - we kept each other company and well, hes been with me ever since.' She smiled. 'Brilliant messenger I must add.' Just at that moment, Edmund returned and there was a knock at the Headmistresses door.

Draco walked through the hallway fuming. Setting off those dungbombs just outside of the Charms classroom after a First Year class had just finished their lesson had seemed like a good idea at the time. In fact, it still seemed like a good idea, having given him a great laugh for a very long time after the incident, the only flaw being those Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw snitches that had to go on and tell a Professor about it.
Or at least, that’s why he thought he was being sent to the Headmistress’ office.
When he finally reached the entrance, he couldn’t help but spluttering into laughter, seeing Brian Chase asleep right outside the door. Conjuring up a feather with his wand, he levitated it and watched as it began to tickle the edge of the Slytherin’s nose. Holding a hand at his mouth to contain his laughter, he watched as the Slytherin scrunched up his nose, as if he were about to sneeze.
However, hearing a few rustling noises inside the office, he quickly whispered a quick “Finite Incantatum,” and watched the feather flutter to the ground before disappearing. Then, straightening his composure and biting the inside of his cheek while he avoided looking at Chase, afraid he would burst into a large fit of snickers, he knocked on the large door.

When the door opened she saw Malfoy there, 'Oh, could this get any worse. Now he's going to remember everything that hapened and most likely set out to ruin my life... then again I suppose I did a great deal of that on my own.' she sighed slightly and waited to see what Professor Wigglyfish would do next.

Draco's gaze met a very calm Headmistress and a very distraught Ravenclaw.
In fact, the Ravenclaw that Draco had been suspicious of since he had landed himself in the Infirmary. Or at least, that's what Addis and Bonehead had kept telling him.
Fell and hit my head. As if a Malfoy would be so clumsy.
He made a face before striding into the room, nodding politely at the headmistress and sneering in Ollivander's general direction.

Algernon Moncrieff stopped, just around the corner from the Headmistress's office. Having just come from Rainer's office, he looked somewhat flustered and disheveled, but he hoped no one would notice... He smoothed out his robes surreptitiously, before running a hand through his hair, then turned the corner, and walked through the open door of the office. "Oh! Hallo, young Slytherin." He greeted, hoping he didn't look to horrible. It wouldn't do to give a bad first impression to such a handsome, meticulously groomed young man. "Hallo Headmistress." He gave a small bow. "Ms. Ollivander." He glanced from one of them to the other, still unsure as to what he was supposed to be doing there. "Er, the portrait was yelling something about an obliviation...?" He ventured.

Draco leaned against the wall of the office, waiting for his lecture. He wondered briefly why Ollivander was there, and frowned while straightening his composure, knowing proper posture would help with his defense.
Just as he finished straightening his robes, footsteps echoed in the hallway. Pushing himself off the wall, he turned toward the door, staring at the man who had wandered in.
His eyes scanned the ruffled appearance of the Professor and let a smirk flutter over his face. The man looked thoroughly snogged. His face was slightly flushed as he said a quick hello and Draco's smirk grew when he caught site of the crooked robes he wore.
"Hello, Professor." He replied in a knowing tone, watching him address the Headmistress.

She giggled silently at the professors dishevelled appearance, "Hello Professor Moncrieff." she said with a small nod, then turned to Professor Wigglyfish in hopes that she would hurry up and sentence her with whatever punishment she was to recieve so that she could get out of there, preferably before Malfoy recovered his memory.

'Young Mr. Malfoy here.. though he doesn't know it.. has been through quite an ordeal Algernon.' The Headmistress started simply, receiving a confused look from a certain slytherin not to mention the ravenclaw head of house. 'And Miss. Ollivander has a little story to tell you.' Esmerelda knew Helia didn't want to tell it again, but it had to be done. The room went quiet, as all eyes filled with different expressions were turned to Helia.
[OOC: Sorry for the wait guys.. had loads of schoolwork to do.. -sigh- Also the reason why this is so short. Apologies again. I will be able to do more after tomorrow hopefully!]

Algernon turned to Helia, raising an eyebrow and looking at her appraisingly. Merlin, being able to see again was nice. It was surprising that no one had noticed that yet.

She coughed slightly, and deciding to make her long story short said simply, "Malfoy walked in on me in the Room of Requirement experimenting with one of the spells we learned in Defense Against the Dark Arts class. I was... bending the rules slightly in how I was practicing and I didn't want to get in trouble... or have Malfoy remember how to get into the Room of Requirement, so I obliviated his memory." she took a deep breath, the looked at Professor Moncrieff, "Hey..." she noticed that his eyes were searching the room and that that... "You can see!"

"My, my, what a little group we have here?" Prof Addis said as he leant against the doorframe. He noticed Algernon look at him, Leigh simply smiled and nodded. "Did I hear my spell being misused?"

She sighed. 'Oh joy, more teachers to be "disappointed" with me' she looked at Professor Addis, "Yes, sir..." she stared down at her hands. DADA had been one of her favorite classes, and Professor Addis one of her favorite teachers.. Al she could think of at the moment though was, 'Please don't hurt Cela when you find out about her, please...' she knew nobody heard her, but she hoped that if she thought hard enough about it, it would happen.

"You were extremely interested in my little dragon, and that made you wish to create your own living animal. What did you create? And where is it?" Leigh said coolly. "There's no point in me punishing you for been curious, human nature cannot be stopped unless you wish to die. But I am a little disappointed in you Helia, that you would go and use my spell in that way. Who was with you? Malfoy?"
