Aly looked up at the Ravenclaw, and gave her a small wave and smiled. "Alyson Graveston." she replied, "But please, call me Aly."

Nathan walked down to the lack with his book held title in his hands. It was a black leather bound book and on the side was Gold lettering. As he moved into the sunlight he noticed a gaggle of girls laughing and making a lot of noise. Rolling his eyes he gave a change in direction and walked off towards the party of people. Shouting over the noise he tired to gain the attention of them all. “Will you all be quite! You are not the only people in the castle.”
With a bitter tone he stood his ground and held his book at his side. His eyes narrowed and looked at some younger Slytherin’s.

Aly looked up and glared at the newcomer. "We can make as much noise as we like. If you don't look like it, go somewhere else!" she snapped, then noticed that he seemed to be glaring at her sister. "And I know you're not giving my sister that look!" she said, her protective instincts kicking in.
((Rakki is the youngest here, Aly's a 6th year))

Nathan rolled his eyes once more and looked at the Slytherin who was shouting at him. Looking at her straight in the eyes he moved so close that only a blade of grass separated them. “I believe…I have the right to complain about anyone I want and look at anyone I want. If your conversation was indeed intellectual I may let you off but arguing about your family. You should did that in private not in the middle of the castle grounds in front of other people.”
Nathan may have been younger but he had grown up in a family when his opinion was important and people acted in the correct manor.
“I could hear you shouting about Beauxbatons by the main entrance. And please we are not in America it is MUM or Mother not mom” Nathan put on a rather bad American accent at the end of his statement as he stepped away from the girls.
((Oh i know it is just Nathans opinion of the lot of them!))

Aly glared daggers at him. "We were not shouting, we were talking!" she replied, "And I can say mom if I want! What's it to you?" she sneered at the younger boy, "Forget you! Why am I even wasting my time with you?" she stood up, gave the boy a finnal glare and turned to Rakki, "You wanna come to the library with me?" she asked, then without waiting for an answer, stalked off, she wasn't mad at her sister, it was just that when she was irritated, she tended to be a little impatient, and unwilling to wait for answers.

As the older Slytherin shouted at her a cruel smile filled Nathan’s face. When she stormed off Nathan gave another laugh and looked at the other people around him. ‘One down only 5 to go’ he thought to himself as he looked down at what must have been the girl’s sister. “Are you not going to be a faithful dog and follow her? Or are you going to stand up and like your sister shout at me too?”
With a laugh he searched around the other people around him. Maybe he would get to sit in the sun and in silence after all.

Emily had been quietly looking at the situation. When Aly ran off she was quite pissed at Nathan. If he hadn't liked their conversation he should just leave.
"What the hell is your problem?" she decided to confront him, and being the unusually tall (for her age) girl that she was, she walked up to him.

Rakki said nothing. First off, she was irrate at her sister (goodness knows Rakki had enough sense to not rise to a challenge) then this other boy suddenly poped up and decided he was king of the world and wanted everyone off his property. It was times like this Rakki decided to keep her mouth shut. Instead of glaring at him, she just simply rested her head on her knees and closed her eyes.

Nathan looked at the Ravenclaw who was now shouting at him. He pulled a face almost as if he was in pain and let out a sigh. “O please I can stand Slytherin’s having a go at me but really….a Ravenclaw. Go back to your books and read up on why certain spells are best for growing flowers.”
Nathan swapped hands his book was in and stretched it as it began to hurt as he was holding on too tight.

Emily blinked, offended. The Slytherin, who had decided to come and interrupt them, was insulting her house and what she was capable of. Growing flowers! Is that all he thought Ravenclaws could do?!
"We also specialize in reading up certain spells that are best for kicking your butt!" her hand immediately flew to her pocket that her wand was in.
The reason for getting so angry was probably because she could NOT stand people who thought they could take advantage of others, be it because they thought themselves better, or because they were in Slytherin, or both.

With a laugh Nathan looked around at the others in disbelief, he did however notice the lack of interest in most of them. With a sigh Nathan turned his back on the Ravenclaw and started to walk away. Shouting over his shoulder. “All I asked was for you to be a bit less noisy, but you women had to turn it into a drama.”
Nathan walked away from the group of people and sat near the lake and opened up his book. He kept muttering to himself and glancing over towards the other people with a frown on his face.

Rakki raised her head when he started to retreat. Raising an eyebrow at the word "drama", Rakki sighed and shook her head. "I guess it does pay to keep your mouth close. If only my sister learned the lesson." Once again Rakki shook her head.

The Ravenclaw crossed her arms and glared as he walked away. What a prick. If all he wanted was for them to be quiet he could of come about it nicely. She was tempted to walk after him, or hit him with a spell to glue his tongue to the roof of his mouth. That would teach him for thinking he could say whatever he wanted. She thought better of it though, but the thought was still itching in a corner of her mind.
