Mozess sat on a dark green velvet couch towards the back of the large common room, a notebook set on the glass table in front of her. Her eyes were a brilliant emerald green that nearly glowed with the mischief of the thoughts behind them. Her hand worked quickly with the quill pen it held, constantly returning to a nearby ink well as she marked something here, scribbled something there and then, 'Brillant...' she held the notebook up in front of her, admiring her work, - whatever it was - and sighed peacefully. It was then that she noticed someone else nearby. 'Can I help you?' she asked in a cynical voice as she snapped shut the book.

"I recognise the glint of someone conspiring to end someone else's fun." Jerred said, appearing from the boys dorms. He had just woken and rubbed his eyes as he tried to waken himself upon discovering a girl. "Either way, you're not the only one who has plans to conspire against others, whether pranks or deliberately painful."

A boy, no older than a fifth year by the looks of him, and probably not even that yet. She zoned in and out as he ranted about spoiling fun, plans and pain. 'Well that's good to know. Always helpful to know who the best scape goats are. Have any more aadvice for me?' she asked, her voice still thick with sarcasm as her eyes changed from their mischevous green to an electric blue. She always enjoyed a bit of witty banter, and though it didn't look like she'd get much out of this boy, she would still try to deal it out if he gave her anything to work with.

"What's with the sarcasm?" Jerred said, putting his hands up in innocence. "I have done no bad deed to you... I don't think... Anyways, what're you planning? And better yet, whom to?"

She rolled her eyes, Och, surrender. Such an annoyance, she thought with a sigh. I suppose I've got to at least be cordial now. She shrugged, her face emotionless except for, perhaps, slight annoyance, 'What is top secret. I'd have to ask my partner in crime if I could reveal it to you, though I doubt I would anyways. Who is an entirely different matter, however...' she waited a moment or two to keep the boy in suspense. When she finally did speak her eyes were a dangerously dark dark green, so dark in fact it was almost difficult to tellwhere her pupil ended and her iris began, 'Everyone.'

"Partner in crime and a prank for everyone, nasty." Jerred replied after becoming slightly cautious of the girls motives. He watched her carefully, seeing nothing in her eyes but her body language gave away more than she realised. "Well perhaps I should simply wish you luck then, and good pranking, whatever it is you're planning." Jerred shrugged before formally nodding his head and turning on his heel before leaving for his dorm room again.

She shrugged, those uninterested would be surprised the most. She reopened the notebook and continued scribbling and scrawling on it. She couldn't wait to see how this was going to turn out. The screaming, the jumping, the grabbing at pastries, Too much fun, too much fun.

Zachary stalked into the Common Room, his expression clearly suggesting he was angry. He was still wearing his Quidditch robes, splattered with mud and rain and his boots left trails of dirt and grime on the floor.
He walked right past the girl, his fists clenched around a piece of parchment, before pinning it to the notice board with more force than necessary. "Bloody Slytherins have no house pride. No wonder such an incompetent house is in the lead," he muttered, taking a few steps back to admire his work.
A Quidditch notice hung crookedly on the board, and he rolled his eyes before walking toward an armchair and settling down on it comfortably. It was then he finally noticed the girl, and felt suddenly less than average in his dirtied robes.
After an awkward pause of staring, he scowled. "The weather is anything but pleasant this morning." She looked younger than him and he used that to his advantage, straightening up and trying to intimidate her.

"A volte le persone possono essere cosí ignoranti. 'Lei non prova per il picchiatore la sono', " L.C said in her native language, the last half mocking the cocky 6th year who had made captain. Not noticing anyone there until she brought her head up. Low and behold, she found the ever so cocky quidditch captain. "Sorry I didn't notice anyone was in here.

She smirked at the grimy boy. He seemed a bit older than her, if not much, and his sporting robes suggested he'd been stuck playing quidditch recently. To his attempt at small talk she simply replied, 'That all depends on what you consider pleasant weather.' Her gaze drifted to the window as the storm outside grew and raindrops danced against the window.
As a new voice joined them she couldn't help but laugh, 'È il quidditch quello horrible?' she asked the girl, noting her quidditch robes as well. Non lo godo, ma quello è giusto la mia prospettiva.' 'Well, finally. I've found one thing Yelena is good for,' she thought, remembering all the languages Yelena forced her to learn over the summer months. Italian came fairly easily for Mozess, it was French and Portuguese that killed her.
She muffled a laugh as she watched the boy shift in his chair, sitting up straight, raising his chin, trying to look like a more opposing force than he seemed to actually be, 'Ah, but perhaps he's more ferocious on a broomstick...' she thought with a tilt of her head. She shrugged, then looked back at the notice on the cork board, 'The list for the quidditch team I suppose?' she asked, thoroughly uninterested, but thinking it might make the room less uncomftorably still. And if she could get the other two slytherins ranting about quidditch there would be much less chance of them noticing her notebook as she added a few more notes here, and details there, and perhaps another pulley or two.

Zachary saw L.C enter with her robes just as filthy, and settled back a bit looking more relaxed though still thoroughly annoyed. "List? I'd post up a bloody list if one existed. It's a notice-- Trying to recruit more members" He said irritatedly, looking at the girls with narrowed eyes, wondering what they were saying. "Our team consists of four players right now, including myself." He made a face, before looking at the unfamiliar girl with a sigh.
"Apparently, some Slytherins dont care to try out." He said accusingly, though too exhausted to really care at that moment. After a pause, he added"Mozess, right? I've seen you in class, I think." He shrugged it off, his gaze wandering around the room.
His eyes caught her notebook, and he raised an eyebrow before looking away pointedly. It looked important from what he saw, and he decided he'd sneak a look whenever he got the chance.

'An attempt to guilt people into trying out,' she thought with a mental chuckle, 'Perhaps some slytherins think there are better uses for their time than quidditch? Perhaps trying to get that incompetent house out of the lead, hm?' she asked without even a glimpse away from her notebook. 'Then again, maybe the quidditch cup is more important to you? I mean let's be honest, four good slytherin players could trounce any of the other teams at this point. I've watched them in practice. The Ravenclaws can't even get four players to show up for practice, Gryffindors captain is a nutcase, and although the Hufflepuff chasers are fairly tight knit if you can shake up that Hubbles girl you've got it made,' she gave a slight shrug, then looked up at Zachary, 'But that's just some slytherins point of view,' she rolled her eyes.
'Yeah, I'm Mozess, and from those lovely fliers you made up, you must be Zach Daniels, the captain. Congrats,' she said in a fairly monotone voice. She didn't care about quidditch. It was an idle passtime, simpler to play than checkers in her own opinion, as long as you had a good strategy. She took a deep breath and bit the inside of her cheek, wondering if she had enough of a plan to pull this off. She raised an eyebrow at the sketch, then closed the notebook and stuffed it in her bag. 'I'll get her opinion on it later,' she thought to herself before catching a very direct look from the slytherin quidditch captain. She smirked, then zipped her satchel closed and stuck it behind the couch, 'Now which classes do we have together again?' she asked, deciding a change of subject was far overdue.

Zachary looked at Mozess indignantly, before huffing and looking determinedly at the fireplace. "Of course our team will tear the others to shreds, but it'd be nice if we had a full roster. We haven't got any beaters, is all. And I definitely want to shove Hufflepuff out of the lead, quite literally." He smirked, knowing some of his qudditch strategies involved quite a lot of shoving, before narrowing his eyes. "I'll beat that Moen, just you wait and see."
After a pause in which Zachary briefly clenched his jaw, he brushed off his robes - which didn't help in the least - and shrugged. "Astronomy from what I can remember," he said regarding her last question, having noticed her put her notebook safely away. Frowning, he crossed his arms over his chest. "And Potions, though I'm thinking of dropping the class. It certainly isn't what it used to be... I could probably learn better teaching myself with some of my father's old books."

She rolled her eyes, some people put way too much time and effort into quidditch. Honestly, fly around, grab a ball, throw a ball, mess with the keeper, score. Beaters were just for show, as were the seekers. All you had to do as a seeker was follow around a silly gold ball. As if it didn't show up easily against the field. But who was she to argue? She wasn't on the quidditch team, and it was obvious that its captain had no interest in her thoughts on the subject. Then again, few did. Not many people liked hearing slander against the wizarding worlds favorite passtime
'Ah, yes. Astronomy. That certainly was an irritating and long winded class. Not to mention the hideous wait for the teacher, I mean honestly. The teachers make the schedules, they ought to keep up with them,' she rolled her eyes, then at the mention of the Potions class she smirked, 'That all depends on what you want to learn... and of course your competence for learning. Some people just can't follow instructions properly.' She gave a thoughtful look, 'Of course, then there's the problem of author's not writing down the instructions properly, or in the most effective and potent way, but I digress.'

Zachary shrugged, "I can't stand Astronomy, persnally, because of that pesky Gryffindor, Biggerstall." He scowled. "Nasty little Muggle-lover, she is. Kept kicking my chair one lesson and I ended up suspended in a fake galaxy. Who knew I'd long for gravity as much as I did then."
With his scowl still in place, he crossed his arms over his chest. "That room is far too bright for potions, even with the lights off. But I suppose I'll go, just to learn the basics." He smirked slightly, "Maybe I can brew something up myself.. Something good."
