Leigh stood in his classroom, overlooking the lake. His class was ready, and the spells required for it took him several weaks of extruciating diffculty to cast for just one lesson. He was weakened severely at times, requiring Shiela to tend to him, whom now was far larger than a window, her bulky body growing quickly. With a sigh, Leigh looked about the room, feeling the enchantments he had placed on the walls, the floors and the cieling. The desks were removed for the purposes of this lesson as he was going to do a practical lesson for once, instead of notes and other painful studies of working out of textbooks.
His plans for the class would help the students in identifying strange creatures, how to escape them and how to defend themselves if necessary. The strange creatures being Dark Creatures of the magical kind, like werewolves and vampires.
The magic he sensed in the room, could only be used as it burned out quickly after transporting the students to another realm, but remaining within the safety of the classroom at all times.
Soon Leigh heard the door open, and with an invitation of his hand he urged the student to the side of the room.

Thom was greeted instantly as he entered the classroom but was not given a chance to respond as Professor Addis ushered him to one side of the room. He looked about him, spotting a rather rickety chair proped up against the wall, and sat down on it carefully. 'What are we doing today?' Thom asked, unsure. Lately there had been far too much theory and not enough practical for Thom's liking.
Next term he would be finishing Hogwarts as his apprenticeship would be complete, and he really wanted to do something physical before he left. He was growing bored of just observing...

'For my answer, I need you to think like a muggle for we will be going on a trip but never leaving the room.' Leigh said, smiling as he looked out the window as the run beamed light through it.

Illyana slipped into the back of Addis' classroom making sure he knew she had come in. She carried with her a black leather binder. Sitting down, she opened the binder and touched her wand to her quill. At once the quill picked itself up and began to make notes. Illyana wasn't sure what it was noting down but after all she would check it later. She let it carried on and waited for either the lesson to begin or the rest of the to students arrive.

Thom watched the woman with discreet interest as she entered the room, her eyes trained upon Professor Addis relentlessly. The Hufflepuff had been in the Great Hall when she and several ministry mongrels had announced themselves, causing a stir amongst the faculty and students. Thom himself had nothing against the ministry - mainly because his parents didn't - and he wondered if Professor Addis would let his rage get the better of him once more.
'That sounds bizarre, professor,' Thom continued speaking to his head of house hoping to distract the man from the tense, uncomfortable cloud that had suddenly cast over the room.

'Yes, indeed it does, Thom.' Leigh replied, seeing the old witch enter his classroom. He made a mental note to himself not to let himself get caught up in his emotion as the spells he placed in his classroom were tuned into his mental wellbeing. He didn't want to totally ignore the woman though, so he greeted her as warmly as he could, despite his hate for her.
'Good Morning, Minister Deitrich, what a pleasant chance this is for you to view how safe I run my class, and to see how talented these young wizards are.' Leigh said, bowing his head in a most impeccable way. He looked out the window, feeling Shiela grow steadily nervous, his mind link with her creating a unison of worry between the two.

"It's not the student's talents I'm worried about Mr Addis. I am well aware of the abilites of these students. You forget we keep tabs on the amount of dangerous magic in use by minors." Illyana's russian voice was laced with venom.

'If you mean dangerous in creating simple creatures that are alive, yet not, then the magic is harmless.' Leigh replied calmly, referring to his fathers spell. 'The spells I have taught them are simple, yet so very, very basic to use, as to let no harm befall the students.' Leigh smiled at the Minister, knowing that the venom in her voice was repulsion at its worst. He was not breaking any laws, and he knew she knew it.
'As for todays lesson, if you may be well aware, the room is laced with magical enchantments taking me weeks to prepare. The spells are quite advanced for the trip we'll be taking, but the abilities of myself have seen that the students will see, and certainly not touch what they will witness.' Leigh explained, referring to the individual stoned walls, the strands of carpet the windows. He was quite fatigued after preparing the lesson, but as it may be known, the students would be quite enthralled by it. 'I do hope you will enjoy the splendor of a man who could've been at your right hand side, Minister, if not for the ill-begotten tradegy that befell me. I have learned much in the short time since my departure, much more than I would have under any Ministers supervision, and that learning will be evident here, today.' His voice remained calm, a tone of joy coming through it.

"You would never have been at my right hand; you would've been under my foot like the worm you are. The Ministry is no longer what it used to be. Under my enlightened supervision certain people have been expunged from the lesser ministries and the minstry is now pure and strong. Your presence would have ruined everything." Illyana stopped there waiting for Addis' reaction. It was sure to be explosive.

Fin trudged into his least favorite classroom, just waiting for Addis to deduct points from him again. When he looked up to see if the professor was getting ready to punish him for no reason, he was delighted to see the Minister at his side.
"Oh, Ms. Deitrich, what a joy to see you on this wonerful wonderful day! Wouldn't you agree, Professor?" Fin stared into Addis's eyes, with a look that said, 'Just try and punish me today Addis, just try.'
Fin walked briskly up to his teacher's side. "Mr. Addis, might I ask what we will be studying today?" He eagerly waited for the Professor's responce.

'You saw me as a threat, dear Minister, a threat to the obvious plans that you've placed on the Ministry.' Leigh said calmly, looking at the old witch in the eyes, unmoving as he did so. 'The lower levels of the Ministry may be gone, but without the supports what happens to the main infrastructure? If your Russian mind, as simple as it may be, can handle such a strangely worded question, then by all means reply.' Leigh smiled confidently, watching the Minister intently.
Leigh raised his hand before the Minister could reply, and shook his finger while he smiled smugly. 'Remember, the importance of this lesson today is to show my skills as a Professor, to show how the students learn more from a qualified source than some unknown Russian wannabe.' Leigh said, before looking down at the Ravenclaw student who had spoken to him. 'Mr McFinnigan, please refrain from sucking up the Minister as such actions will not work on a fake like her, and that is the truth. Now, please place your belongings over by the wall,' Leigh said, pointing to the wall opposite the Minister, 'and ready yourself for a journey.'

Jerred entered the room, looked about at who was there. His eyes fell upon the Minister, and with an expression of apology, he walked towards her, ceasing only a few short steps away from her.
'Mrs Minister-Lady-type, I apologise for my actions when you were telling off Henry.' Jerred said, his face now expressionless. His outward exterior was different, but his interior was brimming with hilarity, at least to himself. Jerred soon smiled cheekily, before poking the Minister in the bosom. 'Old and saggy, eh Minister? Not good while looking for old and saggy men, is it?' A cheeky grin crossed his face. 'And that face... all those wrinkles make you look like a rat's arse, Miss, then again, your breath smells like you eat rat poop. Then that would explain why don't smell like the typical granny smell, but smell like a urinal in a muggle public toilet.'
'Oh by the way Minister, touch me or do anything to me and you'll be sued by my father, don't you worry about that.' Jerred said, becoming serious for the first time in quite a while.

"Mr Boneman I have not intent to respond to your childish actions. If I were to waste my time with every fool I came across i would have no time to do my job."
Illyana turned to the teacher. "If you'd continue with your lesson please."
Without uttering a word Illyana cast a spell of protection around her preventing anyone from coming within two foot of her.
"I'm very interested in what were about to witness." Illyana explained honestly.

Fin and Jerred entered the room, their attitudes toward the minister immediately apparent as one proceeded to smile sweetly at the woman, the other stepping forward and jeering rudely. Thom felt rather embarrassed for both of them - they were making complete fools of themselves.
The chair he was sitting on had grown rather uncomfortable in his patient anticipation of the lesson, and he achingly stood up to wander over to Professor Addi's desk where he began poking, bored, at various bits of parchment and bizarre objects...

Entering the room there was an obvious tension. She saw Minister Deitrich. Mozess knew very little about the woman, but something about her seemed... mordant. She shrugged, and upon seeing everyone elses school supplies up against a wall, she slung her satchel over along with them, then sat down a bit away from everyone else. The tumult amongst the class seemed a bit too arduous for her at the moment. Besides, she was too busy thinking about some of her recent lively conversations to bother with a bunch of seditious boys. She merely smirked to herself and waited for the class to begin.
