Girty walked towards the lesson. As she pushed opened the doors she noticed that even before the lesson had got under way her head of house was already complaining to the Minster. She rolled her eyes and walked over to where the rest of the class were.
"What a bunch" she thought to herself as she looked over her fellow students. This lesson had the opportunity to be rather amusing or rather boring. Girty hoped that it would not be the later.

Fin laughed. "Oh Professor, what would make you think I was trying to 'suck up' to our dear minister? All I was doing was commenting on how nice it is to see her today. Though, I can see how someone with as small a mind as yours would make that assumption. Well, I just wanted to thank her for sitting in on this lesson, while carefully watching every little move you make, as you attempt to bumble your way through this class. So anyways Professor, good luck!"
Without waiting for a response, Fin walked over to the wall, and dropped his bag. Subsequently, he ambled over to to a seat, next to Girty. "Pretty good, eh?" he said, nudging Girty's elbow.

Jerred sighed, walking away disdainfully beaten for the first time in a while. He slung himself against the wall, in anticipation to see Addis create a work of art of blunder through it due to nervousness of the Minister being in the class.

'Ah but Fin, my mind is not small enough as compared to yours. You believe that you gain favour with being polite to an impolite person, but in reality, that is, you are only making a damn fool out of yourself.' Leigh said, rolling his eyes at the Ravenclaws pathetic display know-it-all-ism. 'As for you speaking to me and about me in such a manner, 10 Points from Ravenclaw. Anymore of that such talk, I will strip Ravenclaw of 10 points for each further word that comes out of your mouth, understand? And one more thing, I do believe that is a fair punishment for such words, if you do not agree, then you can come to detention with me after class, I'm not too busy.' Leigh looked away as Fin moved to the side of the wall. ((NOT GODMODDING! You've already one it! So Nyaa!))
Leigh looked about the class, and with a simple smile he could care less now that the Minister was there. He raised his hand and clicked his fingers, the room suddenly darkening. The doors locked themselves preventing anyone from entering or leaving the room, for now. With a slight tremor of the room, the room brightened slightly, the walls, the carpet, the furniture all morphing into trees, grass, dirt and dead leaves, like a scene in the forest.
'Today's lesson will be technically considered theory, but practical in use. We'll be watching dark creatures from the safe confines of our classroom. We'll most likely see Boggarts in their natural state, werewolves, vampires and several other dark beasties.' Leigh explained, watching the wind blow the leaves of the trees. 'The first place we're in is just a get-to-know what you see, smell and hear. Werewolves, cunning creatures and extremely dangerous, one alone is enough to scare away many wizards, but those that fight them only do so if they're a menace to local communities.'
'The full moon activates a virus inside of a wizards or muggles body, triggering the transformation as they become canine in features and stature. Now, can anyone tell me what happens to the humans mind during the transformation into a werewolf?' Leigh said, as a howl went off and leaping through the trees a werewolf appeared, crouching low just in front of himself. With his hand, Leigh swept it through the werewolf, the werewolf shimmering to prove it was only an image. 'Anyone?'

She raised her hand slightly, then set to remembering all the facts she could muster about werewolves, 'Their minds become animalistic as well. As their body transforms so do all the internal organs, and as their brain shifts from wizard or muggle, to that of a wolf they lose all human sense of awareness to such a point that they don't even recognize, or at least ackowledge as such, their own friends. They would, in fact, sooner attack their own family members than not. Lycanthropy, in its own way, could almost be seen more as a mental disease than a physical one because even animagi still have human intellect and feelings and awarness to tell the difference between right and wrong. Werewolves, sadly, do not have these defining factor. Else wise they might have less trouble finding a final resting place as beast or being in the department for the regulation and control of magical creatures,' through her entire rant she kept a calm and calculated tone of voice. Although subjects like this rather interested her, rambling herself into a tizzy was not high on her to do list.

As the room went Dark and the Professor started asking about wear wolves a shudder ran down Girty's back. With a few glances around the room she wanted to see if there was a way out of the room.
However as soon as Mozess started talking Girtys attention as taken away from looking for exits. As Mozess described what happened Girty could feel her stomach turning. Did that really happen? She thought. Did that happen to her everytime?

Jerred looked over towards the Slytherin girl who had spoken before. A sense of pride swelled within him, something that only occured rarely, but as of late the school House wars became a struggle to contain. With a smirk he nodded his head in pride.

'10 Points to Slytherin.' Leigh replied. 'Excellent work, Mozess.' With a glance around at the people situated in the near real environment, Leigh clicked his fingers again, the room shimmering to a mountainous, rocky environment, where they heard a loud, violent roar come from nearby.
'Giants.' Leigh repled with, not glancing over at the Minister. 'Tall creatures of great height, between 20 and 30 feet tall, they are incredibly strong, much faster than they appear, but usually not as smart as we are.' Leigh looked about at the students facing, seeing different expressions.
'Giants are rarely seen, if spotted do not try to fight as their blood allows them an immunity to most spells that you would most likely use in fear, and no, the Avada Kedavra spell does not work either.' Leigh said, prompting any questions on what spells do work on them.
Leigh clicked his fingers again, the surroundings changing to that of the inside of a cave, lit by large fires reflecting off a grand amount of gold.
'Dragons.' Leigh said, looking over at the Minister for the first time since beginning his class. 'Power creatures, majestic, greatly intelligent, but proud and arrogant. They have an unique affiliation with gold, as seen here, but where the dragon is, I do not know. Can anyone answer that for me?'

"Out collecting more gold?" Fin suggested. "Or it could be out hunting for food, or just loungin' around somewhere." Fin never really saw what was so interesting about dragons. Okay, so they were highly intelligent, but other than that, he didn't see what was so appealing about them.

Girty looked over at Fin as he spoke. He was most likely right but she thought she would speak up anyway.
"Well it could have been hunted and killed for its heart strings and all that...." She broke off wondering if what she was saying was true or not.
"Or simple this is a figment of our imaginations, a spell and so there is not dragon it is just an illusion." Girty continued to look into the cave and at the pile of gold thinking of what she coudl buy with al that money.

Leigh closed his eyes, and smiled. 'All are right, so 5 points to both Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.' Leigh said, 'But, watch.'
Leigh spread his hand as the gold mound began to move, the very coins falling to the ground and scattering as a large head, a Noreigion Ridgeback to be exact, rose from the gold, a loud snort radiating from its nostrils.
'Or it could be sleeping in the coins, it's strength restoring itself from the magical properties to gold.' Leigh explained. 'Gold to dragons is more than mere beauty, why?'

"Well, didn't you just tell us Addis? Didn't you just say, 'Or it could be sleeping in the coins, it's strength restoring itself from the magical properties of gold?'

'I asked because there are more reasons beyond restoring their strength and for beauty, explain to me why, Fin.' Leigh said, locking eyes with the new head Boy. 'Also learn one thing right now, I do not care if you are the new Head Boy, you're still a student in this class, so please respect those around you, or I'll put you into detention and that'll set an example to everyone, and it is not Addis, but Professor or Sir, is that understood?' Leigh looked away from Fin, continuing before the Ravenclaw student could respond.
'To attract a mate.' Leigh said. 'The more gold a dragon has, the greater the chances of attracting a mate. Easy as that.' Leigh clicked his fingers, the illusion changing again, this time to the bottom of the dungeons of Hogwarts. 'What would reside in this dank, dark, dirty place?' Leighs eyes scanned over the students.

'Boggarts,' she said simply. IT was the only logical choice out of the Dark Creatures left that they had not visited. 'Boggarts tend to prefer dark confined spaces, and what's darker or smaller than a crack in a dungeon wall?' she thought to herself.

'Interesting repsonse, not wrong certainly so 5 points to Slytherin.' Leigh replied coolly. 'Anything else?'
