Felicity pressed her hand lightly against one of the trees to steady herself. She clutched her wand tightly in her hand and glanced around the forest. It had been a few weeks since she had last visited the forest, and she felt as if she was going mad being locked up in the school for that long of time. Other people probably thought Fay was just crazy, wanting to venture out into the unknown and actually discover something.
Fay winced as another branch scratched her arm and shot a glare back at the tree. She was only slightly freaked out to be back into the forest, and she needed to calm herself down before she did something irrational. Felicity took a long breath to calm herself. Seemed to work just a bit though. Oh well, she would just have to deal.
She finally found the clearing she was looking for and grinned. The sun peaked through the trees, only slightly, but it was still there. The wind rustled softly through the trees, and it blew Fay's hair to the side of her face. Felicity took her sketchbook out from her pack she had taken and went to sit down in the sun spot. She rested against on of the trees and flipped her book to a new page. Fay had to go somewhere secluded so no one would know about her muggle hobby.
Felicity started to sketch, using only soft strokes so it would be easy to erase. She had planned to draw a scene from the forest, but her mind took a new spin. First taking shape were several heads, all close together like friends posing for a picture. Fay started to bend over her pad, and soon was engrossed in her drawing. She was still alert, in case something, or someone, decided to sneak up on her.

Felicity was just finishing Bray's head in the picture when someone stumbled over her. She let out a small scream and was ready to shoot as many hexes as she could think of. Fay stopped though when she saw Ash look up at her.
Fay blinked for a moment, then shoved her sketchpad back into her bag. She grabbed a picture nearby her and inspected it. A grin flashed across her face as she handed it back to Ash. "Gosh Ash, I know people love me but come on, you're movin' a little fast." Oh great, she was getting like Bray now. Fay stuck her tongue out at Ash to show she was joking.
((I like the last picture the best xD ))

Ash laughed, "Nah. I like my men too much." He quipped. "Although for you, I just might go straight!" He joked. "These are some of my modeling pictures." He explained, gesturing to said pictures.
((Me too! Alex is so hot!))

Felicity laughed and pushed his shoulder. "Sure Ash, whatever you say." She looked back over at the picture and raised an eyebrow. "Hmm, nice. Not moving either. They seem more...what's the word?" Fay frowned and tapped her chin for a bit. Once she got it she snapped her fingers. "More artistic, that was the word."
Fay settled back against the tree and shifted her bag onto her lap. "I don't think I could pull off modeling. No one would buy my pictures." She pushed her nose and stuck her tongue out. "I'm too oogly."

Ash laughed and rolled his eyes. "Liss, stop talking nonsense. You're a very pretty girl. You could pull off modeling if you wnted too. And no, I'm not saying this to kiss up to you." He paused, "At least I don't think I am." He teased.

Felicity rolled her eyes back at Ash. "Yea, I think I'll stick to singing in my dorm room." Her mom would probably freak if she did modeling. No extra attention was needed anyway.
"So Ashy, what are ya doing out here? I'm guessing you don't just come out here to stroll do you?" She drew her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around her bag. At least someone else hadn't found her, she didn't know how she would explain why she was here to another student. Most younger students didn't want to talk to her anyway. Some how word about her being a veela had gotten around the school and now most of the younger boys avoided her like the plague.

Ash shrugged, "Actually... I don't know what I came in here for." He admitted. "Maybe there is no real reason."

Felicity blinked at Ash for a moment, then shook her head. "Only you Ash, only you." She put her pencil behind her ear and twirled her wand.
"Most people don't randomly come out to the forest Ash, my god I'm rubbing off on you aren't I?" She gasped and collapsed to the ground. "Oh no! Poor Ashy being corrupted by my rebellious nature! Why must I be so influential?"

"Only you Ash, only you." Ash furrowed his brow in confusion at Lissie's words. (people had often said that he looked cute when he was confused, but he didn't see it) "I've always been rebellious. I'm just good at playing the sweet, innocent, goody-two shoes." he answered.

Bradyn had waited up for Fay in the common room, and when she hadn't turned up he got quite worried. It had taken him a quite to get a girl to come down from the girl's dorms just to tell him that she wasn't there either. It was after curfew, she was missing that could only mean one thing. And to Bray, the idea just blasphemous and he had to forcefully stop himself from spluttering when he realized where the girl had gone. To the forest, again, after he had specifically told her not to. She could practice safely on the trees in the grounds, or ask Hubbles for a little private help. But, no, not the forest. It was too dangerous, and he couldn't help but worry about her when she was in there.
So, being the good friend he was, he had changed into his cat form while no one was looking and slipped out of the common room. He was glad not to have run into Maxi in the castle, because even though the boy wouldn't bust him; he'd recognize Bray, and he wouldn't take the chance of him letting that slip. When he made it onto the ground, he inhaled deeply. Not for the lovely smell wafting over from the greenhouses, but for the slight hint of Fay's scent that would lead him in the right direction. He followed her tracks into the forest, acting with extra caution since a cat would be a much tastier meal than a human to the forest-dwellers.
By the time he had caught up to her, he heard her speaking to someone but he couldn't make out her words or the other persons. He changed back silently and stood hidden around the trees, watching the scene carefully. He saw Fay, and a man concealed in darkness that he didn't recognize. Only when Fay gasped and fell to the ground did he decide to act. His left hand grabbed his wand and he sneaked around behind the man, deciding to fire a well-aimed disarming charm at them. "Expelliarmus!"
[wow. that was long xD]

Ashton heard the spell shouted behind him, whirling around he whipped out his wand, and shouted "Protego!" a shield instantly went up around him, deflecting the spell. He walked over to see what idiot had tried to attack them. It was... Bray? "Bray? Are you crazy!? One of us could've been seriously hurt!" Ash sighed, "Next time, look before you start shooting off spells!"

Felicity barely had time to blink. With Ash's quick thinking he blocked the spell and wasn't harmed, but who had sent it? And why? The voice jogged something in her memory.
"Bray!" She managed to gasp as she scrambled up. Her bag dropped off her lap and its contents spilled out, but she didn't care. Fay raced over to where Bray and Ash were standing, her eyes still wide.
"What are you doing out here Bray?" She glanced around to make sure nothing had come after their little spell spat. Her gaze flicked back to Bray and she forced herself to calm down, even though her heart was pounding in her ears.

Bradyn glared when the person had turned around and blocked his spell just in time, until he heard them talk.. well, scold him. Looking up, he noticed the person was in fact Ashton McLane. "But.. from over there.." He stuttered, trying to form a sentence to explain his madness, but all of his excuses sounded feeble and he was quite sure Fay would hit him no matter what. "I couldn't find Fay... and.. I thought you were someone else.. then Fay hit the floor and.. I dunno, she scared me." He said, finally deciding on the lame truth being the best approach. They both looked pissed anyway, and it's not like he'd lie about why he tried to curse Ash.

Ash sighed, "Bray, let me tell you a little lesson I've learned over the past sixteen years of my life. Never ever attack someone without knowing who they are. It just might be the last person you ever attack." he said.
