Ash sighed, "Bray, Lissie's whole point is that the Minisistry has way too much control. They're practically becoming dictators! I don't know about you, but I refuse to let the Ministry take away my freedom." He paused and said quietly, "My father's already done that job well enough." He looked back at Bray sapphire eyes hard and blazing, "I'm not saying that Lissie should break the rules and come hang out in the forest, but the Ministry has got to be stopped. They've gone too far!"

Felicity glanced back over to Bray, another retort was fresh on her tongue, but she didn't want to fight anymore. Neither of them obviously understood what she meant, and she wouldn't try to explain it to them then.
Fay tucked her sketchpad under her arm and turned back around to face Bray. "Fine, let's just go back then. I won't come out here anymore without at least telling you alright?" Usually, Felicity would be the last one to back down in a fight, but she was through trying to explain how she felt to the two guys. Both of them obviously liked the comfort of Hogwarts.
"That is part of the reason Ash." She muttered before turning back around to face the way of the castle.

Bradyn sighed and brought his hand to his head, rubbing his templed slightly. "I know what she means! But coming out here, for no reason, after they tightened their hold; That's just what the ministry wants, I know it. They want to scare away those that are just coming out for fun, so that the only ones out there are the ones who don't fear the ministry. The ones who oppose them!" He said, his voice almost a whisper and he looked down at the ground. "But fine, do what you wish, Fay, and trudge in here without thinking from their perspective. Long may you live." Bray muttered, tucking his wand away.

Ash sighed. He hated it when his friends fought, but he refused to become a part of it. He picked up his bag, put his pictures back inside, and stood. "I'll see you guys later," he said quietly as he walked away.

Felicity watched as Ash walked away, then snapped her gaze back to Bray. "Do you want me to explain why I really came out here, or are you just going to rant on me again?" She sighed and placed her hand over her eyes. Fay was tired, worn out, and just done with it all. She didn't even look like herself. The usually happy, perky, stubborn Fay looked just about ready to collapse.

Bradyn stopped in his tracks and turned around to face Fay again. "Oh? You're actually going to tell me why I had to run all the way out here to find you and make sure you were still alive? That's a shocker." He grumbled but moved back over to her, his gaze more softened and not quite the harsh glare it was before. Now that he wasn't as livid at everything that happened in the forest and the dangers it presented, he noticed that Fay didn't look quite right. 'A Veela thing? Couldn't be, could it?' He thought, but decided not to comment on it. The answer would probably come in a two for one deal with the truth. And if he wasn't going to get the truth, then he'd just drag her back and make sure she didn't get out to the forest alone again.

Felicity waited for him to stop grumbling before she started. She looked around the forest for a moment, then looked back over to Bray. "It's two things actually." Fay leaned against one of the trees. "If I could do this in Hogwarts I would, but as far as I know there aren't anything but wizards, witches and house elves in there, so that doesn't help."
Fay ran her hand through her hair. "I have this theory that I can maybe charm something that is half human, or even part human. Like, a centaur let's say. I've been doing research on this too, looking at those veela books and such." She had that stubborn set to her mouth as she continued. "Got the idea from you actually when I caught you reading that book."
Felicity started to pace now. "Second reason, is that I haven't been getting much sleep lately." She looked up at Bray as if to silence him from any stupid remark he was going to make. "Something seems very wrong with the forest. Nothing has tried to attack me, I haven't seen anyone or anything in here for a while. And that's not right." She frowned and stopped her pacing. "My dorm overlooks the forest, and I can't help but get the feeling that something bad is going to happen. Whatever it is, I can't get to sleep because of it."

Bradyn stuck his hands into his pockets, it was rather chilly and he figured it was just the forest and it's darkness. Then he raised an eyebrow at the start of her explanation, thinking she was being pretty general about the people. "What, can you not charm inhuman things? How'd you even find that out, did you try to charm a cat or something?" He said, a little confused. But if she could charm partial humans, that could be helpful.. not. Maybe charming inferi would be, though.
Bray waited, deciding not to really interrupt even though he wanted to say something about the forest not really being the answer to sleep loss. "Yes, this is the perfect place to talk about this stuff." He said, whispering now and looking around. Bradyn grabbed Fay's arm and pulled her along as he walked back towards Hogwarts. "But yes, the forest is way too quiet. And it's usually full of danger. Rogues being near the top, but definitely not the most dangerous." He smiled a bit, remembering when he was talking to Maxi about the very same thing, except that was happy and fun not laced with unsaid secrets. "And perhaps it's the calm before the war, you know what I mean?" He said, whispering that last part. Bray didn't want to admit that could be possible, and that a chaos would be coming.

"A cat? Did you not listen to what I said?" Felicity shook her head. "No, actually I went off of a story my mum told me. Maybe I'll tell you about it later."
Bray had grabbed her arm and was dragging her through the forest. She grunted and stumbled after him. "Whatever happened to your sense of adventure?" At the mention of rogues, she blinked, suddenly remembering something. "Oh! And I have something to ask of you." Fay had finally caught up to Bray and fell in step with him.
"I have to train the other members to fight a veela's charm, in case I have to use it sometime. And I know that you're not effected by it anymore, because you haven't seemed to have noticed if I've had it on or not." She jumped over a root and continued. "So I need your help on how to teach others to fight it."

Bradyn frowned, it was his turn to get yelled at now, apparently. "Well, have you ever tried? And no, I don't count as one." He said, faking a glare at her.
"Hah, my sense of adventure isn't ignorant." He said then stopped mid step to just stare at Fay. "You want me.. to teach guys how to not be affected by you? Are you sure that's what you want.. or are you just hoping I'd teach the guy you like so he gets to see 'the real Fay'?" He regarded her with a confused look, not really sure how that would help. Yes, she could charm opponents.. but that was just a bit to dangerous. She didn't have complete control over them, just their attractions. Using the Imperious curse would be loads more effective, and it would just put her in danger. "I don't know about that.."

Felicity shot him a glare at the cat remark, but otherwise didn't respond to it.
Fay sighed and turned back to face him. "I need you to help me. If the situation comes where I have to use my charm for whatever reason, I don't want my team mates to be affected and not work to their fullest. Even if I'm used as a distraction for whatever. I just need to make sure that no other members will try to run after me or something." She layed her hand on his shoulder for a moment. "I just need you to trust me on this."

Bradyn frowned down at Fay. He really didn't like the idea of her being a distraction. "That's so incredibly dangerous. Have you talked to Girty about that?" He said, giving her a real look of concern. "When you're like that.. it's like you're just a peice of meat, a fine steak! It's not right. I'd like that not to happen to our side, don't get me wrong. But.. it seems to dangerous to toy with mens emotions when they wouldn't hesitate to kill you in the first place. In that.. state, they could do it on accident!" He said, his hand clenching into a fist. Didn't she understand that was too risky? Bray sighed. "I just.. I really don't know about that.

Felicity frowned. "I told Girty that I might need to use my charm if I'm in danger. And I told her that I don't want to affect the other members. She said it was a good idea to at least train them."
Fay shoved her hands in her coat pockets. "Bray, if I'm in real danger I'm going to use my charm." She glanced back over to Hogwarts. "I know it's wrong to use men like that, but you even said it yourself." Fay turned back to him. "They won't hesitate to kill me, no matter what."
She started to walk again. "And being a distraction was just an idea. I could cause quite a riot you know." Felicity winced slightly and shook her head. She didn't like the idea of using her charm to effect men anymore than Bray did.

Bradyn continued to walk, his frown not disappearing. "But.. Girty doesn't understand. She doesn't understand what it's like. She's not a man, and she probably doesn't know much about veelas. This is a dangerous idea, and I don't like it." He shoved his hands back into his pockets, gripping his wand again.
"Maybe, I don't know, we should get some sort of opinion to this? I mean, if we're going to train them against you, they'd find out anyway. Maybe we should have a vote to see if other people think you should do this in emergencies?" Bray said, knowing full well that it was a bad idea. But if anyone knew what it was like, and had any concern for Fay's safety.. surely they would agree. "and what about the ministry and rogue women? They're quite vicious, you know."

Felicity sighed and rubbed her temples. "I know, I know. Dangerous, not fair. I know all of that stuff Bray." She dropped her hands back down into her pockets. "But when we're in a position where there's nothing else we can do, I'm going to use everything I have to get out arses out of there."
"If you want to go around collecting votes, be my guest." Felicity waved her arm in a sweeping motion. "I know what we're up against Bray. Viscious, deathly people. It's not like I want to go prancing through flowers or something." She wrinkled her nose.
The school was getting closer and she sighed again. "If you don't want to help me, that's fine. Just think about, alright?"
