Cristian looked behind to see the time was really late. "We're gonna have to go back to the dorm, it's late and classes are early tommorow" He said looking back to her and sighing.

Carolanne made her way back to Cristian, "Alright," she said to him. She wasn't ready to go yet, but he was telling the truth. Laney needed her sleep, especially for History if she was ever going to stay awake. With a sigh she started for the stairway again. Laney realized Cris wasn't behind her so she waited right outside the door that lead to the Astronomy Tower.

Cristian followed Laney out of the tower and held her hand all the way back to the common room. He uttered the password to the portrait and entered. "Well, I'll see you tommorow then" he said to her. He kissed her on the cheek. "Goodnight"

Carolanne smiled all the way back to the common room. Once they had entered however, the smile was wiped from her face. She didn't want her perfect night to end yet but all stories had to come to an end sometime. She sighed as he kissed her good night. She held onto his hand until he was too far away for her hand to grasp. "Night," she called after him.
Slowly, she walked herself to the girls dormitory and dressed herself for bed. She pulled the covers back and slid herself under the sheets. Laney laid down and pulled the blankets to her chest as she stared out the window at the stars. "Perfect ending for a perfect day," she whispered before her eyelids became to heavy. Almost instantly, Carolanne had drifted off to sleep.

Cristian didn't want to leave her, but they both had classes first thing in the morning. He undressed and got into bed in just his boxers shorts. He sighed as he rolled over. All he could think about was her. The only person to ever give him the time of day, Laney.
