Felicity grinned again and nodded. "I'd like that." She rolled onto her back and put her arms behind her head. It was silent for a while as the two just stared up at the sky.
That was, until, Scott spoke again. "Oh shush, a lot of things." She held up her hand and started to count things off on her fingers. "You're smart, and funny, and you always manage somehow to make me smile. You're totally okay with veelas and, if I have to admit, pretty cute yourself." Fay glanced over to him again and grinned. "Enough for you?"

Scott looked at her and gave an embarrassed smile. He had never really been complimented, it was always him complimenting girls. This was a new experience. He gave a slight nod, "Yeah, I think so," he said, the smile still playing on his face.
He glanced away, trying to make sure he wouldn't blush. He hated it when he did that, besides, it was better to see Fay blush, it made her look more human. Scott returned his attention to Fay, "So, would you count this as a date, or am I going to really have to ask you out?" he asked with a short chuckle.
{{The more human part wasn't anything mean. It was meant to be more like, "Feeling guilty means your human" or "Being embarrassed only makes you human" or w/e so don't take that in the wrong way}}

Felicity grinned again. "Good." She pulled her hair out from it's bonds and shook her head, letting it fall around her face again. Fay never liked to keep her hair up for long, it just seemed to bug her.
Her gaze flicked back to Scott, and the corners of her lips turned up in a small smile. Her cheeks flushed again. "Well, it's just the two of us, hanging out and getting injured." She pushed some hair out of her face. "I'd consider that a date. But you can still ask me out again if you want." Felicity dropped her gaze back down to her hands. "I wouldn't mind."

Scott smiled as she let down her hair. He liked it when it hung loose and framed her face. Scott sat up and smiled at her, "I guess I'm going to have to ask you out on another date. One that's injury free," he said giving a small laugh.

Felicity grinned at him again. "That sounds nice." She placed a finger against her lips, still grinning slightly. "Truthfully I've never been on a date before now. Never had a boyfriend either. I've always been afraid that they'd freak if they found out what I was."
(Short posts are yay! Lol.)

Scott smiled, "Well you've never met someone like me before, either," he said looking at her. Scott hadn't been on a date since him and his ex had broken up and that was almost a year from now. He had had only one girlfriend before as well, Delaney. She broke up with him when she found out he was a wizard. Scott could relate to the way Fay felt about being afraid of dating.

Felicity nodded and rolled back on her side so she was facing Scott again. Fay kissed two of her fingers and pressed them to Scott's lips. "Definitely special."
She rolled back again to look at the sky. What were they going to do now? They still had the whole day to go off and do something. "So, what do you wanna do?"

Scott smiled and layed down next to her. He stared at Fay as the sun beamed down on her. He didn't want to speak and ruin the moment but was forced to when she asked a question. He sighed, "Well, we could sit here and enjoy he sunshine, or go and do something else. I'll let you chose," he answered.

Felicity pursed her lips, thinking. "Such a hard descision. I don't really know what to do." She sat up and leaned back on her hands. The sun felt nice, and she didn't want to go inside at all. "I would say Hogsmeade, but my mother has the day off today so she's bound to be prowling."

Scott smiled at her as she basked in the sun, "Well, we could just sit here then. We don't have to go to Hogsmeade, or we can go and torment your mother. Make up a bunch of lies, see how riled up we can get her," he said giving her a slight wink. "It could be fun. But as long as I'm with you, we could do anything," he said giving a cheesy grin.

Felicity laughed and rolled her eyes. "My mother would freak out. She overreacts sometimes." Fay shrugged lightly. "But I think it's because I'm the last person she has. She needs to let me go at some point though." She made a face and tilted her head back up to the sky. Personally, Felicity wanted to get herself back on that broom and just fly off. But Scott didn't like flying, so that was a no. They could try skateboarding again, although Fay might die.

Scott smiled and nudged her, "You can go back up there, you know. I'll watch. And if you fall off, I'll come rescue you and be your knight in shining armor, except I'm not a knight and I'm not wearing any armor," he said laughing. "I'll practice in my free time so next time we go flying together, I'll be better at it," he said. He blinked a few times, "Did I even make sense there?" he asked trying to figure out how he worded his past sentences.

Felicity pursed her lips again. Finally, she shook her head, grinning. "Naw, I can wait until pratice. Ash set it for the beginning of the week. He's insane." She glared back at the school for a moment, before turning back to Scott.
"Anything else you want to do?"

Scott laughed, "Yeah well, captains have to be. They need to make sure their team is doing the best they possibly can," He said with a shrug. "Some people are just odd like that."
Scott stared at her with a smile, "What do I want to do?" Scott thought for a moment then lightly tackled Fay and pinned her down. He gave her a kiss on the cheek then let her go. He laughed, "Lets just stay here for now. We don't have to go anywhere, we don't have to do anything. Lets just enjoy eachother's company," he said with a smile. Scott brushed some flyaway hair from Fay's face and grinned down at her, "Sound good?" he asked.

Felicity pouted. "I know it makes sense, but it's still insane. It's so late in the school term already, I don't know why he's scheduling a practice. But then again, that's Ash for ya."
Fay waited for his answer, and was surprised by the random tackle. She squeaked as she was tossed to the ground, and blinked as she noticed his face hovering above hers. Her cheeks instantly flushed red. "K-kay."
