Scott laughed, "Well then, those guys should be beaten to a bloody pulp," Scott looked at her with playful eyes, "I'm only kidding about the pulp thing, but they honestly don't deserve a girl like you. You're far better than the lot of them and should be treated like a princess," Scott looked where he was walking agian, "At least thats what I think."

Scott laughed, "Yes and yes," he said still walking. "I mean, I've already saved you once," he said, referring to finding her here in the forest, "And I'd gladly do it again."

Scott stopped walking when she did. He turned around and looked at her. "Why would I lead you on?" he asked, confused, "Of course I like you, I just wanted to get to know you a little bit before I actually decided to make a move," he said taking a step towards her. "Do you actually think I'd lead you on, Bella?" he asked.

Scott smiled, "I already told you we are just friends, besides, I like you and only you," Scott grabbed her hand, "I'm not the kind of guy to go after more than one girl. When I have my eye set on someone, I go for them and no one else."
Scott sighed, "I just didn't want to rush things because of what happened in a former relationship of mine. You have to understand that." Scott looked around them and smiled, "We're almost out of the forest by the way."

bella felt relief wash over her. "and you know i only like you." bella wanted badly to ask about his former girlfriend, but she didnt want to force him to open up to her. he would when he wanted to, she knew that.

Scott couldn't help but smile, "I don't want to push you, but it's getting darker and soon I'll never be able to find a way out," he said grasping her hand, "But if you want to just stand here for a while, that's fine by me, I don't have anything important to do."

Scott looked at her and pulled her back to him. He stared her in the eyes then leaned in and softly kissed her. Scott pulled back with a smile then grabbed her hand, "Ok, we can go now."

Bella decided that of all the kisses she'd been involved with of late (which was many, she was not at all proud to say) this had been the best. dazed and happy, she let him lead her out of the forrest, which had suddenly become her favourite place.

Scott laughed at the look on Bella's face and tugged her slightly to start moving. "If you wan't to be out of here before dark falls, you've got to be faster than that," he said, slightly serious.
Scott intwined his fingers with hers and carefully made his way to the edge of the forest where he stopped. "Well, here we are," he said with a smile. "We finally made it out."

"Thank you, you truly are my hero," Bella flirted. She was kinda bummed ot be out of the forrest, but if things went her way, she would still be seeing quite a bit of Scott. When she was with him, everything just felt right.
she pulled close to him, sliding her arms around his waist. "Listen, I heard from Diana that there's a dance coming up. And I know that usually the guys ask the girls, but I'm not like most girls. I guess what I'm saying is, would you like to go with me?" Bella looked up at him, searching his eyes for an answer as she held her breath.
