Narcissa was sitting upon an emerald green armchair. She was bored, and waiting for her sister to get back from her time with Rodrick, the Ravenclaw. She would never admit this to her sister, because she knew how much she liked him, but she never thought Bella would fall for a Ravenclaw. Honestly, Narcissa was more interested in Slytherin's. She knew it was getting late, but she couldn't sleep. It was getting cold. She was sitting there, in the dark, in only emerald green boxers, and a white tank top, hoping someone would come in and give her something to do. Narcissa brushed her hair behind her and curled her perfectly toned legs underneath her body. She rested her head on the head rest, waiting for the sound of the common room door.

Grumbling execrations under his breath Fagin esteemed Slytherin Head of House stumbled into the spotless common room. He had always expected it to be filthy given their reputation, yet it seemed unnaturally clean to his eye. The House Elves really did a good job as he knew his students were too bone idle to clean up after themselves.
Yawning loudly he stretched and on scanning the room stood amazed at seeing somebody still up at this ungodly hour. Trying in vain to read his watch he realised it was impossible in his drunken state. Ah well may as well drink myself to a stupour he thought.
"Evening," he growled to the disgracefulyl scandily clad girl "ger off to bed," he commanded without thinking. Setting the bottle down upon a table he stood up straight; the drink had actually done little to affect him other than blur his vision somewhat.
"Wait, what are ye doing up now anyway?"

Narcissa scuffed at the Head of Slytherin house. He had just walked in with his bottle, which was probably full of Odgen's Best Firewhiskey. She tried to be respectful. Afterall, he was the head of Slytherin. But deciding he wouldn't remember this in the morning, she continuted her original plan. "Sitting in the common room if thats alright with you." She layed her head back down on the headrest like she was before.

Kylee waltzed into the common room and sank down into a chair. However she soon realized she was not alone.
She looked around and it was none other than the infamous Slytherin head. However she couldn't remember his name for all the tea in China.
She also spied a girl with long blonde hair she remembered somewhat. I think her name's Narcissa, she thought. Narcissa... oh yeah Black. She smiled at this, she had heard much about the infamous Black twins but had never spent any time with them outside of class. She wondered even if they knew who she was. Well she was about to fix that.
She got out of her comfy chair walked over and extended her hand to Narcissa, "Hi," she said somewhat cheerily, as much cheer as a Slytherin would ever show anyways, "I don't know if you remember me, but my name's Kylee."
She stood there waiting for the girl to react. She wondered how she would. Most people liked Kylee but she wasn't sure if the Black sisters would. But she certainly hoped so.

Fagin rolled his eyes, as with many Slytherins the girl had an attitude problem, one he intended to fix right away. Pupils rarely gave an ounce of respect to their elders, whether better or no they should still give repsect. Admittedly the Black sister hadn't been particularly offensive, but he knew her reputation, though he was often seen as the drunken head, the drink very rarely affected his judgement and he knew what went on in his own house.
About to give a lecture about respect; he really had nothing better to do as all his marking was already completed and his bed wasn't beckoning him just yet, he was stopped when another girl entered, they seemed to jump out of holes in the ground so suddenly did they appear. Ordinarily he would have allowed them to simply chatter away into the night, so long as they weren't too noisy, but the newest arrival one Burke, who he had seen in his class flirting non stop with any lads that showed the slightest promise, hadn't greeted him.
"I know ye," he growled "and I'd appreciate it if ye recognised my presence with a simple greeting, n I don't think your gossiping together all night long will particularly help with your studies now will it? Your grades aren't up to much, the pair of you, so if you want to get my homework done it'd be appreciated; by my not givin you a detention." Surprisingly his speech had been quite coherent, perhaps a little more drink was necessary to deal with the unbelievable amount of stress with this god forsaken profession. Thank God I'm paid well he thought as he took another swig of his drink and settled into a chair for the night, where he was to maintain constant vigil throughout the night. Just last night he'd heard the patter of tiny feet moving between the boys and girls dorms, he had been too late to catch the culprits, but whosoever it was would feel his wrath.

Narcissa looked at the girl and extended her hand. With a smile, she added "Narcissa Black," She looked around. "You can sit, if you like"

Fagin looked around flabbergasted; had that girl just completely ignored him? Hadn't there been an instructional tone in his voice? Did youngsters give no respect to their elders at all? A little agro was fine, but this was completely infuriating.
"You've just lost your house 10 points for your damned impudence, never ignore me." Fagin realised that he much preferred people to actually retort, that way he could get them into much deeper and darker trouble and really compound their misery.

Joseph was bored. Why? He couldn't sleep. Why was it that he couldn't sleep? Maeve. It's always Maeve. With her on the brain he couldn't go to sleep. He was thinking of ways to get her without getting killed by her, Bellatrix, or Narcissa. Narcissa being the worse. She might seem like the angel of the three, but when all of them got mad beyond the point of no return, Narcissa was the leader. He had first hand experience.
He was walking down the stairs to the common room when he heard the commotion. Someone had just taken off points from Slytherin. Now, he was a transfer, but he wasn't stupid. Losing points meant losing bragging rights that Slytherin was the best house, he had overheard Maeve, Bellatrix, and Narcissa talking about it one summer after they lost the House Cup. When he stepped foot off the stairs, he looked at the teacher who had taken points. "Professor Fagin? Why would you take points from your own house?" he asked. "Don't you want us to win?" He looked over to the girls' dormitory stairs.
Okay, he'll admit. He didn't just come down here because he couldn't sleep. He wanted to see Maeve. He had tried the other night to get into the girls' dorms but the Merlin forsaken stairs kept flattening to a slide whenever he stepped on them. He wanted to try again. But that plan would have to be held off has he saw his new Head of House down in the Common Room.

Rolling his eyes as another student dared to cross his path; even asking the dreaded word; why? He chuckled preparing to defend what he had done.
"Simply because students need to learn respect, only then can they get anywhere in this cruel world, I'm preparing you for the future in every possible way I can, and though my methods may seem tough and unique in comparison to other teachers, I am only doing what is best for you all in the end."
He chuckled now glad the boy had daringly asked and seen fit to question his methods. "Yes I do indeed want you to win, I'd say by any means necessary but I know we can win fairly. I've confidence in your abilities." The only problem with the conversation was that it sobered him up rather rapidly.

Joseph grinned. "Ah, so, using any means to achieve our ends isn't what we plan on doing this year? Too bad, I was really looking foward to it." he said to Professor Fagin.
Sensing another presence in the room, he turned and spotted Narcissa. His eyes went wide quickly, then back to normal. "May I ask why you are down here and not with my beloved Maeve?" he decided not to wait for an answer before returning his attention to his teacher.
"Does every dorm have a charm where the opposite gender can not get into the dorms?" he asked before thinking. Than he added with haist, "I mean, I heard from the other guys that we not allowed in the girls dorms and I was thinking they couldn't get in ours."

Narcissa turned to Joseph. "Maeve is sleeping. If she was awake, I would be up there talking to her. I am down here becaue nobody else is awake.... and I got bored." She turned to the Slytherin head of house. "Pretty risky of you to take points away from your own house. It really doesn't matter to me if we win, we are still the worthiest house here, but you will have to deal with the taunting of the other teachers wont you?" Narcissa finished with a smile. She glanced at Joseph, smiling at him also. "Now you sir, if your looking for more booze you won't find it here. I suggest the kitchens...." She said sarcasticly. This is not who she had been expecting to come in the dorm. "Now, if you excuse me I do not feel like listening to you trying to slur your words out, so I am going to return to what I was doing." She did have respect for her head of house, but she found a new attitude when he took points from his own house. "And Joseph, if your thinking of getting up the staircase, it wont work. You will just get thrown out again. And even if you did make it, either Maeve Bella or I would have to take action." She smiled to show it wasn't a full threat. "But, I do have a question." She paused. "Why do you keep stalking her if you know she doesn't like you.?"

a sleepy bella stood at the top of the stairs. she had been woken up by a small crash made outside her dorm. when she saw joseph, her future cousin, she knew what had made the noise. bellatrix was wearing a a sheer nightgown, that you could see basically everything through, so she covered herself with a green robe, which didnt do much to help the matter. she descended the stairs quietly and went over to the chair narcissa was cuddled up on. she sat down with her sister on the chair. bella was skinnier than what was healthy, and narcissa managed to be perfect, so this wasnt a tight fit.
"hello professor fagin," bella greeted, then suddenly startled by the drunken look of him and the bottle in his hand.

"Oh, hey Bella" Narcissa muttered. "I didn't know you were up." She smiled at her sister, happy now that she had someone on her side before Professor Fagin picked up his rant again.
