Bella looked at the drunk professor Fagin, and sighed. Since when were people like him hired to teach children?

"I guess it was a way for him to show his power. Being able to slur his words and spit all over me. Basicly for him to be a HUD." She laughed at their inside joke, and glanced to the professor. He looked pretty bad off...

Fagin gave the boy an incredulous look, what the hell is he planning? He wondered with a growing scowl, trying so desperately to get into the girls dorms, whatever next?
"Of course they've all charms on you nitwit," he growled with a roll of his eyes. Setting down his bottle; after having drained its contents of course, Fagin raised his eyebrows as his own students from his own house dared to question him still further; he enjoyed it as he only needed the smallest reason to get any pupil into a pile of trouble, these were giving him hundreds of excuses.
"If you're so high and mighty my taking a few points won't make any difference now will it? No because you think you're so evil and smart don't you? Well we'll see what you get in your O.W.L's won't we?" He growled his temper simmering dangerously, the Black sisters were far too arrogant for their own good, and really needed putting back into their place, even Fagin had limits.
Calmly with ice cold eyes he listened intently to what they said, allowing themselves to dig a rather large hole. His hearing was exceptionally sharp, even when a little tipsy.
“I haven’t slurred a single word nor spat; they are both incredibly disagreeable habits, and though I’ll readily admit I’m partial to a little drink from time to time,” Fagin recognized the irony in his words but ignored it and continued onwards, “I am in fact not drunk, so you’ve just lost a further 10 points for Slytherin, you need to realise that you cannot go around giving agro to everybody, it will get you nowhere in life. Now without further ado, you’re up after lights out so scram right now, chitter chatter in your own dorm please, but not here. Go.” He order to each and every one of them as he took refuge inside his little office come bedroom adjoining the common room, he didn't really care if they stayed, because if he found them still gossiping in the morning they would face further dire consequences.

I doubt very much that students would disrespect teachers in this way, particularly as Fagin is Slyth HoH. In Canon for example, even though Harry hates Snape.. the only time he is rude to his face was when he couldn't control his anger - whereas in this thread it seems like being rude to teachers is common place. Another Canon example is McGonagall and Harry/Ron - you read quite often about them having a moan about her, but you also are shown the respect they obviously feel being their HoH.
Just think this needs baring in mind, so things are realistic as possible. =) *Unswoop*]
