Algernon watches mutely as Draco left, then turns to glare at Helia. "30 points to Slytherin. And I'd like to talk to you after class, Ms. Ollivander.
The rest of you are excused. Please remember to send me your homeworks, and I'll see you at the next lesson. And remember, if you ever need anything my office is always open."

Algernon opens his mouth to speak, then, glancing at the still-filing out students, he lowers his voice, leaning in close to Helia. "Don't you think you should perhaps be kind to Mr. Malfoy? You put him through an awful lot, you know!" He speaks angrily, his eyes full of what he saw in Draco's head.

"Professor, time and time again I have tried to be kind to Malfoy. Even before I obliviated his memory I tried to be nice to him, but he doesn't want to be nice to me," she said plainly. "Even just now if you didn't notice, he was the one that brought up the subject. If he had let it be, don't you think I would've done the same? Or would you expect me to let him walk all over me?"

Algernon gritted his teeth in frusteration. "Ms. Ollivander, you have to try to see things form his point of view. All his life he's--" he stops, struggling to find a way to speak without giving away any of Draco's secrets. "You have to understand that he's feeling terribly ashamed at the moment! You violated him! It may not seem that bad to you, but erasing someone's mind-- there are few worse things you can do. And because of it, I had to go into his head and violate his privacy even more. So yes, I expect you to take what he gives, and I expect you to apoligize profusely until he doesn't need it anymore."

She couldn't believe it. She was supposed to take all of Malfoys hate and apologize to him? If Malfoy hadn't been spying on her and Jerred none of this would've happened in the first place! She couldn't hardly speak, "Yes... sir." she said, angery and fearful tears stinging her eyes. She bundled up her things and left the class.
