The first week of the school holidays had been quite eventful for Boggleworth, firstly he had to walk all the way to London, and no, unfortunately he couldn’t catch the train back because he was now on the run from the ministry of magic, well one guy at the minute, but he was not to be trifled with. Boggleworth had left Hogwarts in a hurry, stopping only to grab some food from the generous house elves who he thanked profusely for their kindness, he had to repay the debt somehow, but that would have to wait. He had been forced to sleep outside flying towards London on his broomstick in itself enough for the ministry to be after him, he was sure he was breaking many rules article 4, paragraph 7 line 25 most probably and countless others. The weather thankfully was well suited to sleeping rough in the countryside and using the hospitality of the odd farmer here and there. After a number of days travel he finally made it to London itself of course he wanted to head straight for Diagon Alley but knew that was the obvious place to look for him, though maybe the obvious could work he didn’t think so in this case. So he headed for his old haunt well Henry’s old haunt, a backstreet alley, relatively close to Diagon Alley itself. Now Boggleworth was no fool, he knew he needed help and so he snuck into Diagon Alley to send some owls off to all the Guild members requesting a meeting as soon as possible in Ollivanders, he started to walk back down Diagon Alley at a leisurely pace…

"Um... Uncle Olly?" she asked cautiously. Her Uncle had been very busy as of late and after recieving the Guild invitation to a meeting where she was living, well, she thought her Uncle ought be warned. "Hrmgh..." he mumbled, hunched over a workbench. "I was wondering, how much toruble would it be if a few... friends came over today?" "Keep them away from the wands, Helia." Halo smiled, "Brilliant. Thanks." She beamed and decided to go wait at the counter for the stampede to arrive. Sure, her Uncle wasn't the most invloved guardian, but she loved him all the same. Especially when he was working because then she got away with just about anything. Not that she usually pulled anything, but she was glad he didn't care that ten or more Hogwarts students were about to try and pile into his shop for a reason unknown to... well, at this point, anyone. She herself hadn't a clue what Bog was up to, but to pull together the entire Guild it had to be something big. That much was for sure.

Ron stared at the shops in Diagon Alley, having finally lost his large family somewhere in the crowd. Walking along the sidewalk, he bit his lip, keeping out an eye for one shop in particular.
Finally seeing the large, "Ollivanders" sign, he took a deep breath and walked toward it determinedly. He'd never visited anyone over the Holidays before.
As the door opened, he looked inside, noticing Helia already standing there, as if waiting for someone. "Er..." His mouth opened, and he wondered if she was waiting for him, or someone else... He'd arrived without invitation or a headsup he realised. "I'm here to- er, take you up on that offer."
There was a pause, before he rummaged in his bag and pulled out a chess set a bit embarrassedly.

Jac walked down the street with Alex, holding his hand. They were both ladened with their school supplies. She had a large pile of books under the one arm and parcels in her hand. Alex had parcels under his arm and robes over his shoulder with a cauldron in his hand. "What else ya need, squirt?"
Alex pulled out his letter and scanned it quickly. "Just a wand," he said, looking up at his sister.
Perfect, Jac thought. She had gotten a letter from Bog saying they would be meeting at Ollivanders, this really is too perfect.. She lead her brother towards the sign that said Ollivanders: Makers of Fine Wands since 382BC. Reaching the door, Jac pushed it open and herded Alex inside.
The bell tinkled above their heads, as the door swung closed behind them. Jac saw that Helia and Ron were already there. She smiled at them, her hair changing into a faded shade of maroon. She began to put her baggage down and to helped Alex put his down, all in a neat pile out of the way.
Jac's hair was black, now, with white streaks, and, leaning close to her brother, said, "Mr Ollivander is right over there," and pointed to Mr Ollivander.
Alex looked up at Jac, shock in his eyes, "you not coming with me?"
"No, silly! You're a big boy, you can do it all by yourself." She smiled at him encouragingly, "go on!" She watched him scamper off passed Helia and Ron and towards where Jac had said the shop keeper was.
Jac straightened up and smiled sheepishly at the other two, her hair slowly turning bubble gum blue. "Hi!" she said, her face bursting with freckles, "um ... we early?"

Upon Ron's arrival she had tobite her lip to keep from laughing, 'Poor Ron. Such bad timing... Surely Bog won't mind though.' She smiled, "I'm kind of expecting visitors, but your more than welcome to stay. It shouldn't take long, and then I'll shatter your ego by slaughtering you at chess," she joked. She watched as Jac entered with her little brother, "Well, Boggleworth isn't here yet, so you're ahead of the game there." She watched as Alex scampered by her and began speaking with her Uncle, who of course brightened at the prospect of finding a wand for a new Hogwarts student. "Your brother's in good hands." she said proudly.

Boggleworth crept back into Diagon Alley after grabbing a bite to eat at a local muggle bakery henry used to use. He looked around warily but seeing no ministry officials about at present he quickly strolled down towards Ollivanders, trying to be leiurely but feeling insecure, knowing Vandesar could appear at any moment. He entered the shop to the tinkle of the bell and dived inside closing the door sharply behind him and locking it with a muttered spell. He turned and seeing Halo he exclaimed "Halo...Jac and err Ron is it? How are you all? apologies about locking the door, but one can never be too careful these days!" He quickly stepped away from the window of the shop and stood behind a shelf where he couldn't be seen. It was obvious he was rattled and it took a lot to disturb Boggleworth.

Jace smiled at Helia, her hair turning ginger, and said, "glad to hear it too! Alex can't stop going on about what wand he's ganna get, it's so funny-" At that moment, Bog came in and locked the door. Jac's hair went a light shade of brown as she stared at Bog, hiding behind the shelf.
"You alright, Bog?" she asked, taking hesitant steps towards where Bog was hiding. "Look like you've seen a ghost?"

Boggleworth barked a laugh "a ghost no, the ghost is safely tucked inside my head, no it's a ministry official I'm a tad worried about!" it took a lot for him to admit his worry and he hoped they understood that. "The blighter's been after me the last week, I've been on the run since the end of term, nice eh? Sleeping rough, not bad in this weather, I've got to clear my name somehow though, that's why I've called this meeting, as usual it'll have to be quick, abrupt if you like and I'll probably have to run halfway through, I can't explain fully but suffice to say this guy's a nasty piece of work, so nay help you can give would be much appreciated, but I'm putting you in a difficult situation, if you've no want to go against the ministry then say now!" he smiled grimly and waited for the onslaught of questions.

She smirked, "What's he look like? Jac's brother can mistakenly aim a test wand at him if he shows up." Yeah, she wasn't the most law abiding witch, but what could you expect. The ministry had done nothing either for or against her yet and until they made a move one way or another she would sway as her friends needed her. Right now a friend needed her to push the envelope a bit, and that was just fine with her. "So, long story short, what's going on?" she asked, pulling up miscellaneous mis-matched chairs and stools and crates for everyone to sit on. She also dragged a victorian folding room divider out of a corner and set it up in front of Bog so that even if someone managed to get inside, he would be unseen and have warning of said possible intruder.

Lisa looked at the crumpled letter once more, chewing her bottom lip in thought. An owl had arrived just as summer started, explaining vaguely that she needed to be at Ollivanders right then. It was from Boggleworth and was a guild meeting, from what she could gather, and she was nervous to find out what was wrong, as the letter seemed hurried.
Finally reaching Ollivander's wand shop, she pulled on the door and instantly frowned. It was locked, it seemed. Raising an eyebrow, she pulled once more, before collecting her wand whispering an unlocking charm in her panic.
Hopefully everyone was okay, and she wasn't too late. She remembered vaguely that she wasn't allowed to use magic outside of Hogwarts, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
As she banged open the door, her face positively flushed with worry, she couldn't help but stare at the room. "He-Helia?" She called out, knowing the girl's uncle owned the shop, and hoping desperately she might be there. "Is everything alright?"
She was confused, that was for certain.

"Sorry Lisa. Yes, everyone's fine. I ought to secure that door better though..." she thoguht about it for a moment, "No, people might get suspicious if they couldn't get in here. We'll leave it open for now..." it seemed she was talking to herelf because the room divider indeed looked like an entire wall on it's own, reaching from floor to ceiling seamlessly. "Oh, here Lisa." she bent one of the folding panels and let Lisa into the make-shift meeting room. Once inside she closed the panel and again resumed her non-challant pose at the counter. She looked over at Ron and wondered if she ought to explain what was going on, but instead she offered a weak smile, hoping to communicate that she'd explain everything over their chess game.

Boggleworth still looked around warily but smiled warmly at Lisa and began to answer some of Halo's questions "well don't freak out on me, but I had a different life but my memory was taken and supplanted with memories with somebody else, but now these memories from before have been awakened so, well, there's a voice inside my head the previous me if you like!" this is a bloody bad idea! Henry shouted in Boggleworth's mind having kept quiet so far. they've a right to know that you're a freak! cause that's what they will think Boggleworth ignored Henry in his head and said "so from my previous life I, well, Henry knows this Ministry official and he's after us, me and Henry that is fro some, erm...crime Henry comitted, I'm not mad, honestly!" said Boggleworth sincerly hoping this telling the truth would pay off.

"Really?" asked Helia, fascinated at the prospect of two minds, two people, two lives being stuck in the same body. Yes, she was still stuck on the History of Magic class... and the charms class, but who could blame her really? "Any idea what kind of a crime he committed? Anything to do with penguins?" She was being serious until the mention of penguins. She threw that in to lighten the mood a bit. She hopped up and dat on the counter waiting for Bog to continue, or for anyone else to ask questions, or whatever.

Lisa stared at Bog with wide eyes, having believed him right away. For, over the past few months she had seen stranger things than she ever thought possible, and had decided that there was very little that actually was impossible. She thought over what he said, knowing that associating with someone who had committed a crime was hardly the smartest thing to do.
But Boggleworth had definitely proved to be a trustworthy friend over the past few months, and she'd help him if she could. Worrying her bottom lip, which had begun to become a nervous habit of hers, she lowered her gaze and muttered a quick recap to herself.
"..Ministry chasing you..." she mumbled, before her eyes snapped wide open once more.
"B-Bog... If what you say is true," she swallowed nervously, feeling her face flush ashamedly. "Then at this moment you're in quite a lot of trouble... More so than you think. See... I had been extremely worried about this particular meeting, gathering that you were in trouble from your letter- And, and when the door was locked, I-I panicked, casting a quick unlocking charm."
Locking eyes with the Hufflepuff, she gave him an apologetic look, "It's not a huge deal in itself, I suppose, it was only a simple charm... But the Ministry has most likely tracked where it came from and- they might see fit to locate me as I'm not at home and give me the proper punishment for underage wizardry..."
She shook her head at herself. She really had to stop rushing into things, stupid Gryffindor traits. She had given out their location by total accident, and felt extremely foolish.

Helia couldn't help but laugh a bit at Lisa's over exaggerated worry at her underage use of magic, "Lisa, dear-" she said smiling sympathetically, "You used magic in front of Ollivander's wand shop. Under age wizards use magic here all the time. The Ministry of Magic has us marked off of the map ro underage magic use alerts." A puzzled look crossed her face and she raised an eyebrow at Bog. Had that been part of his plan? Did he know that The ministry of magic wouldn't be alerted if magic was used here? No matter. He was in trouble and she wanted to help.
