Boggleworth grimaced slightly he was bringinbg others in on his problems and they were really his alone to deal with himself, but he'd started now and hey, he'd do the same for them. He felt he had to try and re-assure Lisa so he said positively..
"As Halo says don't worry Lisa, I did a charm to lock the door anyway and it's me they are after, but I don't want any of you to get into any trouble, jump clear at any time, you don't want anything on your records trust me!" He laughed nervously "And going back to your question Halo, and this truthful answer shows I trust you, with my life, he..."
Boggleworth grimaced and looked like he was argueing inside of his head, shaking it as if saying no, which indeed he was.
Don't! They will betay us! snarled Henry
No they won't! I'd trust them with my life itself!
That is what you're trusting them with!
Boggleworth won the battle in his mind and continued after the long pause "he, well let me tell you something else first, his well mine in a way, his entire family were brutaly murdered, so it was only his revenge you see, not that that gives him a right of course, but none of us can know how it feels, so he well, you know?" He came to an abrupt stop and looked intently at each person present.

Ron stared unbelievingly at the one he concluded was Boggleworth. His mouth hung open as he stared from Boggleworth to Helia, more confused than he'd like admit. He had been terrified when the newcomer, Lisa, had barged into the shop, but soon found out that they all knew something or another about what was going on.
His chess set dangled uselessly in his lanky arms and his eyebrows rose higher with everything Boggleworth said.
"M-Murdered?" He repeated, his voice barely above a whisper.

Helia was cracking up mentally. She knew this was a serious situation, and that it shouldn't be as funny to her as it was... but the fact was, it was hilarious. One of her best friends stumbled in to play chess and found him self in the presence of anotehr friend who has multiple personalities, one of whom murdered someone. It was awkward, and amusing. She looked over at Bog, "So, who exactly was it that you... he... um, well... the not you that is you person, murdered? Surely people would see it as self defense. If a brutal murderer murdered your, his, grr. The fmaily that died, surely they'd see that he... you... anyways. They'd see that it was an act of self defence, right? It's not like some innocent by-stander just walked into your... his... augh- some random house and you just killed them." She noticed how pale Ron had become, which stood out especially under his bright mop of hair. She couldn't help but smile slightly, wishing there were some way to calm him down, but knowing that at this point he was probably too freaked out to listen to anything she had to say. Well, honestly. He;d come to play a simple game of chess, at her request, and fell in upon a murderer and his cohorts who were trying to cover it up. Her being one of them. This surely had to be awkward. She tried to give another reassuring smile, but wasn't entirely sure just how reassuring it was.

Boggleworth grimaced noticing for the first time a scared looking Gryffindor, great you've just told a complete stranger about us! who cares? He looks trustworthy...enough self defence! pah! the ministry wouldn't know self defence if it hit them in the face, which it did from me! laughed Henry viciously "Henry doen't think much to your notion of self defence Halo, and I'm glad you can see this as a laughing matter," he said cheerfully considering the cirsumstances this is no bloody laughing matter! We need to be running not bloody chattering away like a load o' old women over their knitting! Boggleworth ignored Henry and muttered "well nobody innocent was killed, not that I know of anyway, Henry went looking for them I think, he doesn't talk to me rationally" who could talk to you rationally? again Boggleworth ignored Henry and continued grimly on "but from what I can piece together using his rabblings and a diary he wrote, he managed to kill a Death Eater!" he whispered grimly with a sour look on his face 2 I got 2 of them! roared Henry "ok he says he killed 2 of them, it just get's flamin better doesn't it?" he muttered his voice dripping with sarcasm. I was close to her though, so very close rambled Henry in Boggleworth's mind shut up! if only she hadn't been so sneaky stop it! "bugger off!" roared Boggleworth...realising he'd spoken out load he muttered grimly his voice quickening near the end "just...talkin to Henry...my God you think I'm insane don't you? Come tell me the truth!" Boggleworth had been pacing back and forth restlessly whilst he had been talking, now he stood with his hands on his hips looking each person present in the eye to see their response, he thought that if they flinched or averted eye contact then they would think he was crazy, he prayed for someone to keep eye contact and not think him a freak...

She continued to watch him, walking back and forth across the room, obviously having some osrt of internal struggle with himself. "Bog, calm down. You're safe right now, no one knows anyone here has been using magic outside of hogwarts, you can't be seen to anyone coming through the door. Just, sit down and... stop fidgeting. You're making me nervous." Why other peoples fidgeting made her nervous she had never known, but it did. "Now then, other then running around trying to keep one step ahead of the ministry, do you have any kind of a plan whatsoever? Because this is your life we're talking about. You can't go unprepared here." She was really worried about Bog. Would the ministry give some sort of a lighter sentance if he turned himself in? Surely they'd at least give him a trial, everyone that knows the new Boggleworth would come as witnesses to how he's changed into a respectable citizen... er, at least mostly respectable, but people could say the same for her. "Have you thought about turning yourself in? The ministry has to give you a fair trial, and I'm sure that anyone from Hogwarts that knows you would come and vouch for you!" she said hopefully.

turn yourself in? Henry snarled incredulously I've never heard such a stupid idea in all my life! It'd be Azkaban straight away, you mark my words! babled Henry no, she might be right, we should consider it, I can't run all my life! Boggleworth stopped pacing and visibly took a hold of himself, he took a seat and began to relax, thinking more clearly now. "I'd never really thought of that Halo, tis a good suggestion! And no you guessed it, I've no plan, but I should formulate one really. It means a lot to me that you would come and vouch for me, but would it work? The last thing I want is to go to Azkaban itself! Henry isn't me! It was him not me!" said Boggleworth getting worried again. oh thanks ditch me in it! I though we were in this together we've got to look at all the options! He sighed deeply worry etched on his brow again, but he took a shuddering breath and said more cheerfully "I just don't know! It's all such a ruddy mess, that you shouldn't really get involved in!"

'There's got to be some way to prove that it's not Bogs fault it's Henry... they may be in the same body but they've got seperate minds and sou-' Helia's head snapped up. "Seperate souls!" she exclaimed gleefully. "Look, Bog... I have an idea... but neither you nor Henry is gonna like it... It probably wouldn't even work anyways..." her mind began spinning, cogs matching up and formulating a plan, but somewhere there was a wrench in the gears. "I've got to go find a book real quick, it's down the street at Flourish and Blotts, I won't be but a minute, stay here!" she commanded. 'I've got to figure this out...' she thought as she grabbed her coat and wand and walked out the door, or she began to, but then she grabbed Ron's arm, "You're coming with me." she said, and then continued on her way.
<<I'm going to make a new thread in a minute, but at the moment I've got to go. Au reviour>>

Lisa, too relieved to feel too foolish for her mistake, looked back at Boggleworth, a distraught expression on her face. When Helia walked away, taking a very nervous Ron with her, there was a pause of silence, and she thought the conversation over.
"If you do turn yourself in, Boggleworth," she said apprehensively, "Then I'm sure you'll get into less trouble than if you run away. You-He..." She trailed off, swallowing, "He killed Death Eaters... The Ministry tried to rid themselves of Death Eaters long ago. Most of them rotted in Azkaban while others were killed."
Biting her lip, she glanced at her hands that were fidgeting slightly. "Though, it's hardly fair that you get a punishment for Henry's crime... " Looking over to the shop door, she let out a small sigh, hoping Helia would return soon-- The clever Ravenclaw always knew what to do.

Boggleworth gaped as Halo thought of an idea and rushed from the shop "Any idea's great!" he shouted as she swept out dragging the bewildered Gryffindor behind her. "It's all such a big mess!" he said frustedly to Lisa "Though you're probably right!" he admitted with a smile "to the ministry a murder is a murder though, and they'll blame me anyway...but thanks a lot for your help Lisa, it means a lot to me, you're putting your own record with the ministry on the line, maybe even your life!" he joked "nah don't look so worried the only person who is in bother is me!" he laughed grimly he felt privelaged that he had such good friends looking out for him.
