[glow=magenta,2,300]Keifer walked into the library looking for a some quiet time. He didnt usually come into the library but he wanted to get away from something. He was scanning the bookshelves, not that he could particulary see the spines because his fringe was in his way. He grabbed a book, he wasnt sure which one.
Keifer walked to the back of the library and sat on a table near an open window. He opened the book and realised what it was. Fairy Tales. "Fairy Tales?" He laughed to himself before going to put the book back. "Once upon a time there was three bears... Or something like that" He turned to another bookshelf and giggled. "Keep up? Music by the times?" He picked the book up "That doesnt look like a library book" He put it back. His eyes eventually drifted onto a book of Runes and another one next to it The Tarot and their meanings. He picked them both up and went and sat back down.
"The Rune Fehu resembles the english letter 'F' Well i knew that. There are eight runes in the Aett and multiple Aett's are called Aettir..." Keifer had his head buried in the book. Anyone could sneak up on him and he wouldnt know the difference.[/glow]

Grace snuck up on tippy-toes behind Kiefer and clasped her hands over his eyes. With a slight giggle she said, "guess who? oo hoho!" Her cold hands tingled as she tuched his warm face.

Brandon walked into the library, looking around before his sight landed on two students playing a silly game with one another. Tilting his head to the side, he walked up to them awkwardly and offered a shy smile, hoping he wasn't intruding.
"Hi there" he said slowly. He linked his arms together and bit his lip and waited for their replies.

"I knew you would recognise-" Grace began when a voice said, "Hi there!"
Grace whirled around tuching Keifers neck with her cold hands. "Hi!" she said, smiling at the boy standing with his arms folded. "Nice to meet you!" she grinned wildly at the griffie. "I'm Grace! and trying to annoy Keifer here! It never works, though." She smiled from the griffindor to Keifer, "though you can't blame a girl for trying!"

[sorry about that... its hard to get used to past tense, i'm usually writing in the present, lols.]
Brandon smiles and followed her gaze over to the other boy. He shyly rubbed the back of his neck and gestured to the chair. "Mind if I sit? I don't know a lot of people, and all the other tables are too full..." He stood beside them with a hopeful glint in his eye, the small smile still on his face.

Keifer looked at the young male. His mouth hung slightly open. He had caught him by surprise as he had his eyes in darkness thanks to Grace. "uh.. yeah.. Sit.. Whatever.." He said "No point introducing myself as ive been introduced... Thank you Grace" he said smiling.

"Oh, you're welcome!" Grace smiled at him. She pulled up a chair from the next table and sat between the two boys. "So , how are you guys finding school this year?" She had been so busy with meeting new people she had hardly attended her classes.

Keifer smiled "Its alright. Though ive been to one class i think.. Yeah one class and met some very interesting beings.. I like CoMC" He smiled as he looked at her. For once he felt happy again.

"Well," Grace said matter-of-factly, "I've been going to Ancient Runes. Don't ask me why! But it's fun! Lots of interesting people as well." She smiled at Keifer. She wanted to ask if he was all right after that darned squid attack but thought better of it.

"Ancient Runes? I made a mental note to go to that but i still havnt... I think i'll go at some point... Possibly sneak in. I think i could do well in that since i know a bit about runes anyway" He smiled back at Grace. "Did you find your pigmepuff?"

Grace looked at her feet. "No," she said gravely, "but," she added gleefully, "I have heard of something stealing slytherin's socks and leaving a stinky surprise for them on thier pillows! I'm guessing it's Puff Chip!" She giggled.

Brandon had sat quietly, paying attention to himself, his head bent and staring at the untied laces of his worn out trainers. Realizing the question was directed at him, he looked up at the boy and colored slightly, placing his hands awkwardly on the table and smiled, "Not long.. Just transferred, actually." He let out a small sigh, remembering his old friends, and fidgeted slightly.
