Keifer walked lazily to the lake, he hadnt been back long and he didnt quite know how to place himself. He stood at the edge of the lake, feeling the breeze in his hair. He thought he might go and check out Jessie's shop soon. He would need supplies anyway.
He slid down to his knees and dipped his hand into the icy water, feeling it wash over him he found himself thinking what this term would be like. He glanced into the water and looked at his reflection, smiling as he moved his fringe, he thought about getting it cut shorter but mentally slapped himself for even considering it.
Taking his hand out of the water he flung himself down on his back, looking up to the cloudy skies. He was all over the place, much like he was the beggining of anything. He didnt know what to do with himself, he knew he should be doing something. But what, he didnt quite know.

Erin came out from behind a tree and stood over the ravenclaw boy. She looked down at him in amusement and gave a small chuckle, her dark red hair framing her face. "Doesn't seem like you're enjoying the fresh air much." she said as she found a rock and sat herself down.

Keifer jumped up at the sigh of a face looming over him. He smiled "Yeah... I am... I just dont know what to do with myself" He told her, he realised he hadnt met this girl before but noticed she was a Slytherin, not letting that deter him he held out his hand "Im Keifer"

Alicia saw a ravenclaw boy, and a slytherin girl by the lake. She didn't know whether to approach them, as some of the slytherins she had met so far had been a bit mean to her. I can't let one person ruin my impression of the whole house, she reasoned and walked over to the pair.
"Hello," she said happily, to them both, the girls dark red hair intimidated her, so she turned to the boy, "You look like you've go a lot on your mind"

Keifer looked at the new girl as she approached, he laughed and shook his head. "No more than usual, just the same old stuff" he told her. He stood up and brushed the grass off his jeans, flicking an ant that had made itself comfy on his arm, to the floor. "Im Keifer by the way"

"Nice to meet you Alicia" He said smiling, looking out over the lake he answered "Im fine thanks. Not a worry in the world. How about you?" He kept wondering where his cheeryness was coming from.

"Not a worry, eh?" Alicia smiled, " I don't think there are many people that can say that too often."
Alicia couldn't even say that, she was always happy and worriless, but she was worried about her school work, and house points, she hadn't managed to earn any extra so far, and she really wanted to help her house.

"Whats there to worry about so early on in the term? Or at all for that matter?" He asked, sometimes, Keifers attitude did come across as either too chilled or just lazy, but to be honest. He has promised himself to worry less this year and have more fun.

Erin looked at them both and raised an eyebrow. "Well Hi... I'm Erin." she said to herself. "Nice to meet you Erin..." she continued as the pair held their own conversation. She laughed at herself then stood up in attept to join the convo. "There really isn't anything to worry about. A new Term means a Fresh start. Everything that happened last year shouldn't get you down this year."

Keifer looked at the slytherin and smiled I knew slytherins werent all that bad he nodded. "Yeah, Erin's right! New term, fresh start. No worries! Good group of friends and hey presto! Perfecto!" He smiled at them both and turned to Erin "...We werent ignoring you hun" he said with a smile.

Erin laughed. "Oh I know, I was just excluded for a moment." She smiled. "Don't worry about it, I think I kinda intimidated you guys at first but you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, you'll never know how good it is until you open it." She paused. "Wow, that was kinda random but freakishly cool." she laughed referring to what she had said.

"I dont judge, in fact i think ive only ever come across two slytherins i can safely say i dont like, the rest ive met seem quite cool" He told her with a smile, sitting down, leaning on his hands he looked to her. "That ws a bit randomly freakishly cool, and no itimidation was held here"

Erin sighed. "Well that's good." she gave a small laugh. "I'm not the one to judge either but If i don't like someone, I tell them." she smiled. "Well I'm new so what's there to do around here?" she asked the two of them.

Keifer smiled "Quidditch, lessons, chilling out, going for adventures in the forest... trips to hogsmede.. You know.. Usual stuff" Keifer shrugged, "People make their own fun really"
