[Dueling Club] Where can I sign up??

"Hi, I'm Samatha. I prefer Sammy though. I just transfered schools and would like to join the dueling club. Where can I sign up and when are the meetings?" the new girl said shyly wishing she had some friends If only her dad hadn't done it. If it had been someone elses' dad then she could have stayed and lived happily with all her friends instead of leaving them without so much as a goodbye but it was to protect her father she wasn't so sure she even wanted him to be protected anymore.

Russell smiled and stood behind .. Sammy. "That's a good question, Sammy right?" Russell lifted his eyes and looked into her shocked ones with a smug smile on his face. "I'd like to know too." Russell put his hands in his pockets and continued to look at the slytherin with questioning.

Russell smiled down at the slytherin curiously. She did not fit his typical idea of the kind of person a slytherin was. But, putting that thought aside, he answered, "comedy. But that's not important right now." He looked up and down the corridor for something. "What we need is someone who either knows what's cooking or someone in charge. Now do you know who that is?" he asked, looking down at the younger girl.

Mort ran down the hallway when he potted the two standing outsid the deuling club. Knowing instantly what they were wondering. He sighed. He had to tell them. "I hate to say it but Professor Mandrake is dead. Someone will take his place ASAP. Until then the deuling club is closed." and Mort took off again.

"That'sso sad... Lookslike or game can be continued....It's your turn Russell." Theslytherin girl looked at him waiting forhim to ask her a question

"Hey Sammy, how are you?" asked L.C as she walked over to the two people she saw. Noticing the guy who looked about her age she added, "Hi I'm Lauretta, L.C for short" smiling at him.

"Hey! L. C.! Oh! this is Russell by the way." Sammy said looking at the boy beside her trying to let L. C. know she liked him without being straight forward

Russell smiled at the new arrival. When Sammy introduced him, he said, "hey!" and gave a small wave. He looked where the slytherin boy had disappeared and mumbled to himself, "A professor dead and this is the first I hear of it!"

"I wonder when a replacement for Professeur Mandrake will appear....In the mean time why don't we take a trip to Hogsmead I'll meet you in Honeydukes" Sammy said eager for the change of scene she was always less nervous outside of school

Russell looked down at the pretty slytherin and smiled. "Sure," he said, "Honeydukes sounds great. Meet you there in fifteen?" He had not been to Honeydukes in a while and relished the idea.

Caleb walked down the hallway towards the dueling club that hasent been used since his brother died. He just got permission by the Headmaster that he could restart it so he pinned a notice on the door that said the dueling club was now back up and running.
