Walking swiftly down the vast expanse of corridor Master robertson as he had been known found himself having to dodge the children around him where once they would have darted out of his way. The regime in the illustrious Hogwarts wasn't to his liking yet, he wanted people around him to show him the respect he deserved, little did he know that such respect has to be gained, it isn't a birthright as he would like to think. Be jostled about the mob, who pushed and shoved, he tried to hold his demeanour and his flagging spirits, but found his temper growing thin. Not wanting to admit that he was well and truly lost he carried on regardless.

In pure panic Dax ran through the corridors, his robe was hanging of his shoulder, his bag had slid its way down to around his middle and his books were slowly slipping out of his hands. As he skidded around the corner into yet another corridor Dax’s eyes grew wide as to his horror a mass of students had appeared.
Swearing under his breath he continued to run needing to get to the library to finish the essay that was in for today. Dax started to run from side to side, dodging every other student but unfortunately for one person Dax’s luck ran out.
His bag final gave up of clinging to the boys waste and slid down to his legs and started to drag long the floor. As he moved his right legs forward his foot hit the bag and sent him flying forwards and straight into an oncoming student.

Trying to discern the scrawled words on his crumpled old map handed down by his Father himself, as Jimmy looked up to find his bearings he met the full force of a clumsy student colliding with him. Jimmy gave a strangled girlish yell, nigh on a scream, and fell heavily on his elbow as the weight of the fool on top smashed him to the ground. Lying sprawled underneath his cool now well and truly dimished he muttered fiercely "get off me you filthy lout," but the words of his Tutor Caratucus came back to him keep a stiff uper lip at all times. Trying to regain his compusre a difficult thing as he was trapped unerneath the boy, who as yet hadn't the manners or notion to arise, raising his eyebrows wondering how his day could get much worse. He requested, trying to keep his voice uner firm control "would you please remove your personage from atop mine." Though Jimmy hadn't realised the possible implications of the words.

As he heard the voice of the Boy under him Dax quickly jumped to his feet half expecting to find a Slytherin but instead it was a Gryffindor. Trying to hide his confusion and embarrassment Dax soon found himself laughing in front of the boy.
"Very sorry about that." he chuckled picking up all of his books. "I was rushing and well you got in the way."
As Dax organised his books in his hands he pulled his bad back onto his solder. With yet another nervous glance at the boy Dax gave him a quick smile before preparing to leave the area as fast as he could.

Jimmy scrambled to his feet, thoroughly upset, he dusted himself down hoping his clothes weren't ruined. "Good grief man, look at my clothes," he pointed disgustedly at a speck of dirt on them. Hearing the uncouth lad mutter something of an apology Jimmy was about to reluctantly accept it, when the boy blamed the entire incident on him. "How dare you, I wasn't in your way, it was clearly the other way around, don't you look where you're going?" he asked pointedly glaring at him. The lad even laughed scornfully at Jimmy, outraged he brushed dejectedly at his clothes, nearing the point of cursing under his breath, but he held his tongue letting his anger slowly seep away. But it wasn't happening quickly and this boy had been the final straw to an already dismal today. Wanting to procure the lad's name to see he recieved a detention, a glint appeared in his eyes as he quickly gathered up his belongings. "So what lesson are you late for then?" he asked nicely, now deciding to get his way by more untruthful and sly means. He smiled kindly at this boy with unkempt, rather untidy hair compared to his own combed and short-trimmed hair in any case. Still trying somewhat vainly to gather all his personal effects, which lay strewn throughout the corridor being severely trampled, using an authoratitive tone he ordered "well don't just stand there, help me," in a tone that expected his instructions to be completed as quickly as possible. Asking the dimishing number of students to kindly move out of his way, Jimmy took up a particularly heavy novel and placed it gingerly into his large leather bag, which coincidently had been newly bought for this new year at Hogwarts. Unfortunately the book had been trodden on, several times it seemed caused by the press of the rowdy students, therefore souring Jimmy's mood still further.

Dax was taken back by the ranting of the boy. He kept talking as if he was the master of the castle and that Dax was a measly servant who would not even dare look up at the king. Dax’s eyebrows lowered, his forehead became creased into a frown and his mouth grew small. His harsh eyes fell on the boy and then to his belonging that were being kicked all over the place. But as fast as the meeting of the two people happened the attitude and body langue changed. At first it alarmed Dax as with many years of bumbling into people this normal was a bad sign.
“I’m off to the library to do some last…extra work.” Dax stuttered over his words hoping not to give this boy any chance of having a come back. But as soon as the boy started ordering him around Dax had had enough. He was a 7th year now and no random bossy boots was going to stop him. Looking around on the floor Dax noticed a role of parchment lying by his feet. With a small grin he raised his foot and kicked it behind him into a crowd of giggling girls. The parchment was soon carried away down the corridor getting flatter and covered in mud.
“I can not see anything else. I hope everything is ok.” Dax put on his coolest voice possible running his hand through his hair while looking at the Gryffindor boy. “It was very entertaining to met you.”

Jimmy clucthed wildly about for his personal effects but all were trodden upon or kicked pout of reach, cursing inwardly Jimmy was presently knocked over by the press of people, but gradually they recided, filtering off to their studies. Jimmy looked forlornly at the boy who had had the audacity to knock him to the ground, hoping to gain his sympathy, but his viasge turned red as the uncouth lad kicked one of his beloved parchments, filled to the brim with beautiful notes, into a press of silly giggling girls, who seemed to be enjoying his misfortune. He glared furiously at the tall lad. Rising to his feet once more Jimmy tried to smooth out his expression, and of course, his clothes again. Unable to think up a sentence that wouldn't damage his reputation, he waited for his anger to fall to a simmer. Feeling the time was now right he began "How dare you?" he asked pointedly knowing for certain he was in the right. "I may be a leader of men, and I do use an authoratitive tone, but that's no need to go against me. Why are you being so agressive?" He asked mildly turning the situation to his advantage. He allowed a small smile to grace his lips for a moment as he took control of the situation. "All I asked for was a little help my man," he stated bluntly standing with hands on hips with an air of superiority about him which infuriated most students of this illustrious Hogwarts. "The very parchment you have destroyed was an extremely valuable piece of work, written by my own fair hand, I will see you pay for it," he smiled warmly now. "Unless you can do something more valuable for me? I may allow some negotiation, if you ask nicely." He smirked hoping he had achieved his aim of thoroughly confusing the dimwitted lad.
