Girty looked up from her book and smiled at the boy who had just come into the room. She pushed her glasses back up her nose and eyed the boy up.
"Hi. I'm Girty Hubble's. I have not seen you around before."

Thom had been sitting next to Girty on the floor, spread eagled and staring boredly at the ceiling. When he heard Girty greet someone new, he frowned curiously and sat up, craning his neck to see over the top of the sofa. He saw a tallish blonde haired boy, a skate board under his arm. Thom kept quiet and stared, waiting to see how the Hufflepuff responded to Girty.

Girty raised her eyebrow thinking the boy had not noticed her mention her name before. She thought back to when her and Thom first met.
"James Bond. My parents loved the movies so had decided to call me it even before i was born." She smiled and looked at Thom. "And this is my side kick Spider man."
She started to laugh and grinned even wider.
"Sorry..Girty Hubbles. Pleased to met you."
