[GC. Room] Need Sleep! -Yawn-

Jac stumbled into the common room. The feast had gone on and on and the whole time all she could think about was climbing into her bed and not getting up till Thursday. She dragged her feet to the couch and plonked herself on it. She sighed long and closed her eyes, recognising the familiar smells of the common room.

[Miranda Wick]

Miranda stumbled downstairs from the dorm. She started to feel ill so left the feast early and now the sound of people returning she thought it best to see who it was.
As she walked into the room she saw Jac flop onto the couch.
"Are you tired? Or have you caught that horrible illness called laziness, which seems to be spreading around school."

[Jac Shaw]

Jac opened one eye and looked at who was speaking. It was Miranda. "Well," she said, "it's nice to see you too!"
She opened both her eyes and nodded. "Laziness, definitely got that, though probably had it all my life."
She laughed. "No, but seriously, I'm dead tiered! Mum kept me up all night going on about how much she'll miss me and all that. I mean honestly, why couldn't she keep Allona up?"

[Miranda Wick]

Miranda laughed and sat down opposite Jac.
"Well my parents gave me reams and reams of parchment about what i must do this term. I have just left it at the bottom of my trunk." she smiled and leaned back looking at the paintings on the walls.

[Jac Shaw]

Jac smiled at the Miranda.
"It's good to get away from them actually. Mum's always hugging me and pa's always telling me that he's proud and he's glad I'm growing up so fast and stuff like that!"
She sat up straight and looked at the fire. "I'd kill for a cup o' mum's hot chocolate right now!"

[Miranda Wick]

Miranda laughed as the thought of hot chocolate came into her mind.
"Yes some hot chocolate would be nice, with those small marshmallows on the top." She drifted off to think of a small cafe she and her Grandma go to and the hot chocolate they have.
"Family hey. When they are around you just want to be away form them. But when you are away you wish they were there."

[Jac Shaw]

Jac smiled foolishly and nodded. "Yeah, but I'm always happy to get away from Alex: he's sooo annoying! Luckily he's in Ravenclaw, so I don't see him often."

[Miranda Wick]

Miranda laughed and stretched out her legs onto the sofa. She looked into the fire and licked her lips.
“I want a hot chocolate now.” She mumbled “I wonder if the kitchen is easy to sneak into?” She looked around the room and smiled.
“Do not fancy coming on an adventure with me do you?” She asked Jac hoping for some company. Miranda sat up and spun around looking for her shoes when it dawned on her.
"Sorry forgot you were tired. i wonder if summoning one would work?"

[Jac Shaw]

Jac jumped up excitedly, "no, not at all! I'm actually in the mood for a little adventure!" Jac stretched her arms above her head and yawned. Her hair curled and went blond. "Sounds like a plan to me," she said cheerfully, relaxing once again. "Let's go!" she said heading for the door.

[Miranda Wick]

Miranda was in shock when Jac agreed to join in. A wide smile filled her face.
"Fantastic!" She blurted out and clapped her hands excitedly. As she stood up and walked to the door with Jac she stopped. Miranda stood and blinked hopelessly for a while and looked at Jac.
"You know i do not know where the Kitchens are."

Jac stopped and smiled at Miranda. "You don't?" she giggled. "No prob!" she said, waving the comment away with her hand. "I know where they are. I'll show you! No problem." She smile at Miranda to make sure they were good to go and headed out of the door.

Miranda let out a small exited cry and followed Jac out of the door. She could not help put smile. This could be fun she thought as they walked down the stairs toward the kitchen
