[C. Rooms] Sliding

[Professor Lauretta Mericcini]

L.C looked at the glorious front staircase after she did a transformation turning part of it into a slide. "Great memories" L.C whispered to herself remembering how fun last year had been. Climbing the part of the stairs that was still intact and saying "Engorgio" to enlargen her matress which she had shrunk to carry here.

Setting the matress down she jumped on it causing it to fall onto the slide. Whoosh was the sound you could here as she slid down.

"Hm... now what does this remind me of?" said Halo rhetorically. With one arm she carried her homework assignments, in the other she carried a bag of shining silver scales, and a box of quidditch balls found itself bridged across both. She smiled and clumsily set her stuff down beside the wall, "Long time, no talk. How ya been L.C.?"

"Pretty good" L.C answered, " haven't seen you in a while" she added looking at her friend. This year was okay, but not if you didn't get to talk with friends. "So what's new?" Lauretta asked while picking up her matress.

[Helia Ollivander]

"I got my own wand shop, if you hadn't already heard," she said with a nod. "Oh! And I jsut got a letter saying that I was elected Ravenclaw champion for the Quadwizard Tournament..." she sighed. "Idon't suppose there's any chance you know how to make wands, is there? I think I'm gonna have to close the shop until the tournament is over," she said, obviously depressed about the subject. She had been trying so hard to keep everything together, and now this, "I suppose it's my fault for entering my name, but I figured after being elected quidditch captain and head girl and all there was no way I could be picked for this too..." she shook her head wearily, "Just my luck, I suppose."

Adrienne walked into the open, her hands crossed loosely around her chest and stared at the other girls with a look that clearly expressed her disgust.

"Oh, the poor Ravenclaw overachiever." She said in a mock-sympathetic voice. "Smart enough to own her shop, courageous enough for the Tournament and athletic enough for Quidditch captain. Really, you have my sympathies." She rolled her eyes, before noticing the mattress.

She looked at Laurette accusingly. "This wouldn't happen to be a Muggle sport, would it?" [/font]

She looked at the newcomer with interest, "Well you certainly seem to know a lot about me... do I have my own little Slytherin fan club or are you simply stalkers that enjoy knowing every detail of my life?" she giggled. She knew that neither of these were the case, but it lightened her mood slightly to imagine it.

"And for someone as well read as yourself Miss... whoever you are, you ought to know this is no such thing as a muggle sport. IT's just fun. You should try it!"

Lauretta couldn't help but laugh at the arguing two in front of her. Especially when Halo started talking. This was the first time she'd ever spoken to this Coote girl. "Do I know you?" she asked. Mostly, to make the girl more angry. "Now if you don't mind, I'd like to do something with my friend, who doesn't happen to be you. So please, leva." L.C said angrily nbefore glancing over to Halo.

Helia snickered silently and winked at L.C. 'Definatly a friend you can always count on,' she thought, glad to know that a few things around the school were still the same. She muttered 'Accio mattress' to call the mattress from her own bed in Ravenclaw tower, and once it finally reached them she set it down next to Lauretta's, "Race you down?"

"Sure why not?" Lauretta said laughing. Looking at Halo, Lauretta did a countdown on her hands. 3 the tension was building. 2 L.C got ready to take off. 1 and she was off, going so fast she didn't know where Halo was. Win or lose, this was fun.
