Name: Vincent Rallos

Job Title: Ex Auror
Age: 25
Blood: Half
Wand: 14 inch ebony and elder with Phoenix ashes
Personality: He is very cool and precise. He will fight to the end if he must, but in the end he wont harm anyone.
Appearance: He has wavy blond hair that hangs a bit past his shoulder. He has it tied up behind his head alot so it stays out of his way. His eyes are a vibrant blue holing most who look at them. He is a mix of French and Italian, giving him a bit of an Italian accent. He has an old injury on his leg so he walks with a cane most of the time.
History: Vincent grew up in Italy with his mother. She had left his father because he was a wizard. Vincent was turning 11 when he first realized things happening, soon he was in France, and being carted off to live with his father in Wales. In his years at Hogwarts, he received the highest marks in all classes, and passed all of his OWLs only getting two lower scores. After Hogwarts he quickly joined the Ministry to follow his wanted path, to be an Auror. After several long years, he was injured, and decided it was time to take another job, if they would let him.
