Kasey blew some hair out of her face and continued her walk down Hogsmeade. No one to talk to, and nothing to do. Sigh, such a boring day. Kase stomped in front of Honeydukes, her hands shoved in her pockets. Honeydukes was always good. Good candy, and lots of it too. Mmm, Candy.
She reached into her back pocket to pull out whatever money she had brought with her today. Kasey set it on her palm and groaned. Wasn't enough to get what she wanted, or anything good for that matter.
Kase pouted and shoved her money back into her pocket. She made a mental note to write her parents for some more, because heaven knows how much they had lying around. Both of her parents were healers after all, so they were paid handsomely. So it wasn't like her mother couldn't spare any money for candy.
Kasey turned back around and started to walk again. Well, if she couldn't get candy, and probably couldn't buy something, what else could she do in Hogsmeade?

Ash sighed as he wandered around Hogsmeade, for what must've been the thousandth time that week. Hands shoved into the pockets of his tight jeans, he contemplated going to Honeydukes. Walking toward the sweet shop, he gave a smal laugh, "Okay, it's official, I have no life. At all!" he muttered to himself. Not looking where he was going, he nearly bumped into someone, but luckily stopped before he knocked them down. "Uh, hi, sorry bout that." he said laughing nervously playing with his necklace, which was actually a blue topaz stone on a black satin ribbon that went around his neck like a choker. It had belonged to his mother, "My mind is all over the place today!" he laughed, smiling at the girl.

Kasey was debating on whether to go into Three Broomsticks or not when some boy almost ran into her. She jumped back a bit. "Oy! Watch where you're goin' kid. Coulda made me fall down or somethin'." Kase muttered.
She eyed the boy, trying to decide if she knew him or not. His face seemed somewhat familiar, and Kase recognized him to be in her year. But, other than that, she didn't know anything else.
Kasey placed her hand on her hip and brushed some of her hair out of her eyes. She was at least taller than the boy, so that gave her a somewhat more intimidating appearance. But, with a wispy figure like Kasey had, she didn't really look that scary.
"So, who might you be? And is running into people a hobby of yours or somethin'?"

Ash raised an eyebrow, "Well excuse me Your Highness, next time I'll be sure to grovel at your feet!" he snapped. He glared at her, sapphire eyes dark. "At least I said sorry, or did you choose not to hear that?" He gave her a cool look, "I'm Ashton. Ashton McLane. And you are...?" He glared, "And no, running into people is not a hobby of mine. Is yours being a jerk to people? Even after they apolgize?" He smirked, "Won't get many friends with that attitude."

Bradyn walked towards Honeydukes, as he did a lot lately. If he kept buying this much chocolate, surely he would get fat, but he couldn't help but keep checking on Ms. Locke. It also didn't help that Fay's threatening presence was still concerned that he'd somehow damaged her already insane mother.
Sighing, he kept his broom strapped against his back, since he just planned to drop in, buy a bar of chocolate that he'd give to El, then go fly by himself for a while. Only when he heard a little spat in front of the Three Broomsticks did he look up. It was Ash and some girl. 'Hmm, not the first time I've seen something like this in Hogsmeade.' He thought with much amusement and walked over to them, taking his broom off his back while he went.
Coming up silently behind Ash, Bray took his broom and lightly knocked him over the head with that. "Oy, do you have any manners at all? Or do you just hate women in general?" He scoffed, deciding to stick up for the poor girl that he was currently harassing.
[I decided against groin shotting Ash, ally. consider yourself lucky, kris!]

Ash glared at Bray, "I think you should be asking Miss High and Mighty here if she has any manners! Yes, I did bump into her, but I apolgised, and what does she do? Goes off on me about how I need to watch where I'm going and if I make it a habit to bump into people!"

( Aww, groin shots are funn ): )
Kasey's eye twitched as the kid spoke up again. He certainly had a temper didn't he? She just rolled her eyes at him. Some people were just so childish.
"Kasey Syphyll. A pleasure, I'm sure."
She didn't respond to the friends comment. Although a retort was fresh on her tongue, she decided to let it slide. Kase raised one eyebrow in his direction. "You're judging me that quickly already? That's hardly fair."
Kasey let out a small chuckle as some kid came over and smacked Ashton on the head. "It's just a simple question. You didn't have to get so worked up about it." Kase shrugged lightly. "Sarcasm is my native tongue."

Ash rolled his eyes, "Well did you give thought to the fact that maybe I might've been a bit nicer if you hadn't gone off on me?"

Bradyn put up his hands defensively. They were still spatting and it was getting on his nerves. "Now, now you two." He said nervously, not really sure what should be said after that. "I'm sure you both have this all wrong. Maybe you should try meeting again, you know, without stomping all over each other."
Bray glanced over to Ash and frowned in concern. If he'd go off at someone just because they 'went off on him', then something must be up or he was just having a rotten case of male premenstrual syndrome (pms, if you didn't catch that).

Ash growled under his breath. "She started it." he muttered stubornly. He knew he was being childish, but he wasn't one to back down. He sighed, "I'm gonna go shoot some arrows. I'll see you later." He reached into his bag and pulled out his quiver full or arrows, and his bow. He placed the quiver in his back, and took the bow in his hand. He had learned to shoot while he had Beauxbatons, but had not had the chance to do any shooting here at Hogwarts. He figured now was a good time, get some pent up frustration out. Without hurting anyone.

Kasey rolled her eyes again. This kid seemed determined to hate her. He needed some medication or something. Or maybe another good smack on the head.
"I told you, I didn't 'go off on you'. I was just a little suprised that someone randomly ran into me. Happens to the best of us eh?"
Kase glanced back over the other boy who had come up. She didn't know this kid either. Maybe they were in the same house then? Her nose twitched slightly. He smelled like cat. Kasey grinned slightly in response to the younger kid.
"I think your mate here is right Ashton. Shall we start over then?"
Kasey stuck her hand out. "Kasey Syphyll, sixth year Gryffindor, nice to meet you." But, the kid didn't seem interested in her introduction, and had gone off to shoot arrows.
"..Or not."

((Ally, he hasn't left yet silly))
Ash cracked a grin, "Nice to meet you." He gave a playful glare at Bray, "See? I told you I can be civil!" he said sticking his tongue out at his friend. "Either of you shoot arrows?" he asked.

Kasey dropped her hand, seeing that her handshake had been ignored. Oh well, some people just didn't want to shake hands anymore. Apprently being civil wasn't part of the new age.
"Not particularly no. I tend to not whip out random bows and quivers while walking. It's insane I know."
She smirked, showing she was just kidding the emo-looking boy. He certainly was a very random person wasn't he? With a small shrug on her part, Kasey turned to look at the boy with the broom. She placed both of her hands on her hips and leaned forward slightly.
"So, who're you then? I think I owe you a 'thank you' for knocking sense into Ashy over here."
Kasey jerked her thumb over to the bow-weilding boy and grinned.
