About: Offley has always been a book worm, she finds that the protection and preservation of books is vital. They hold the secrets to the past and if you look hard enough the answer to everything is in a book some where. It has always been her dream to work in the Hogwarts library, the best library she has ever been in.
Offley will encourage study and work in the library, but also discovery and will allow are certain amount of spells and talking t be allowed, however is the noise level gets to a certain point she will not be afraid to kick the trouble makers out. But if a student wishes to ask her a question, needs help or wants to enter the restricted section she will be more then happy to help. Encouraging young people and the expiration of their minds is ever so important.

Appearance: Offley has very fair skin and the amount of time she has spent pouring over books in dark rooms as meant that she never really developed a tan. This is in strong contrast to her red hair that she has always been fond of, it separates her from the rest of the old, grey hard tight bun librarians she has always come across. She normally carries a cheeky smile on her face, it used to get her into trouble a lot as she would always be suspected of doing some fowl crime, but now it just adds to her excitement when she works out another point for her book.

History: Offley has gone from place to place doing the off job here and there. She was a cleaner for a bit in the ministry and was caught once filling all the old memos away so they offered her a job in the office. However she soon got fed up with that job and went off in search of achieving her all time dream of writing her own text book. It took her a year to finally come up with an idea and finally settled on ‘101 uses for plants you can find a the bottom of a lake.’
There is not better place then Hogwarts to finish her book, earning a living and have a bit of fun. It ahs a lake and enough books to keep her happy for years, and she hopes that in maybe 5 years time her own book will be present in the library.
