Overall:
The Journalist -- Jaimey does whatever she can to get the story she needs. It doesnt matter to her how many toes she treds on to get it and this often makes her seem rather cruel and callous, but she is neither in reality. Jaimey worked long and hard to be where she is and loves her job, sometimes the stories she is given to get she doesnt like but she does it anyway, and if she's told to make someone look bad then she will do. Like many journalists before her, Hogwarts is a dream, Jaimey loves the place and has always wanted to write something about its history, the headmasters of past and the secret passageways, but as of yet, she has not been stationed there.

The Girl -- Jaimey is very thoughtful. She's kind and considerate and tries to do the best by everyone. Jaimey is one of those kinds of people who will stop in the street if you're homeless and take you for a meal. She doesnt really care much for status, she doesnt believe in respect because of status, in her eyes it has to be earnt. She's quite intelligent, able to use words to get what she wants easily. She likes a drink every now and then, it eases her stress and enables her to stop thinking for more than five minutes.

History:
She was born in Dublin, Ireland to Anna and David Prescott. She was a lively happy child for many years, always able to get what she wanted off more or less anyone. She was a child who people couldnt refuse, though usually quite shy around those she didnt know she was highly intelligent. Learning to walk before the age most kids did, and even learning to walk before she could crawl.

When she was eleven, she recieved the most unusual letter from a School she had never even heard of and assumed that it must be some form of joke, until her and her parents walked down the street in London, (their father had took them on holiday there) and saw a shop they had never noticed before in all their holidays being in London. The family, curious, opened the door to the musty pub. The barman Tom, (apparently all the barmen were named Tom, it was a tradition) shoved them out of the back and they ended up in Diagon Alley.

She went through her whole school life in Hogwarts believing someone was going to poke her and yell april fools, awaking her from this brilliant dream. Though they never did and Jaimey continued her life as a Ravenclaw, getting good grades and pushing through. Occasionally a Hufflepuff by the name of Dan Hubbles would come into the common room with a lass named Offley, Jaimey hid behind her books and edged out every time this happened. During her years at Hogwarts, she met a guy named Oscar who became a close friend of hers, they helped eachother out a lot, and though Jaimey had a crush on him nothing became of them, and when they left they lost touch.

Once she left school, she got a job in a Bakers in Muggle London for a few months, trying to earn some extra money, but after a bust up with her boss (who was trying to seduce her) left and went to work as a Healer for a short while. She made a friend in Jennifer Queens, who Jaimey found out wanted to own her own clothes shop. Eventually, after learning a lot about fashion from Jen, she also left working as a healer, having made a brilliant friend in Jennifer.

It was Jennifer who suggested she become a Journalist, after seeing Jaimey write a lot she thought she would be good at it, so she went in for an Interview and got the job. Her first story published was on Jennifer and her shop, Jaimey got a lot of good reviews for it and soon began to work her way up.

After a while, the Hufflepuff known as Dan seemed to realise Jaimey had grown up and grew a pair of boobs which he liked looking at. After years of trying, and failing, to get his groove on with Jaimey, she left England and went back to Ireland. Jaimey worked on the Irish Goblins for many a month, finding them interesting and they didnt seem to mind her endless questions and even invited her every now and then to secret meetings, which she was asked not to publish and though it would have made a brilliant story she respected their wishes.

It was during one of these meetings she met her old friend Oscar, apparently a good friend of the Goblins. The two got reaquainted with eachother and Jaimey told him she used to fancy him which got a few laughs out of him. After a few months, somehow the two ended up together. After a year and a half of living in Ireland, Jaimey had to go back to England as the Daily Prophet gave her a promotion to Head Journalist but wanted her in England.

Jaimey didnt know how to tell Oscar she would have to leave him, knowing how he liked Ireland. She went into a whole story about how much she loved him and how she wished she could stay but she couldnt, basically rambling which by Oscar's amused face he found it hilarious. After her rant, he pulled her into a hug and told her not to worry. The next day she went for the train to England, amazed to find Oscar on the platform with a suitcase, he told her he didnt want her to have to leave him, so he would come with her. The two made their way back to England, where Jaimey is not head journalist and the two live their lives Happily together.

After a couple of months in England, Oscar decided he had to go back to Ireland and asked Jaimey to go with him, but she refused saying she had to stay for her job. Oscar didn’t like the fact Jaimey seemed to choose her work over him and left her, breaking off their engagement. Little did Jaimey know that she had a lucky escape from him. He had been involved with another girl and was apparently engaged to her as well. Neither Jaimey or the girl Anna knew about one another until they met in England. Once Anna found out about Oscar’s cheating ways she too, broke off the engagement with Oscar and left for her home in New Zealand. Now, Jaimey is residing in Hogsmeade as the Head Journalist for the Daily Prophet.
