Personality:
Rhiannon is very quick witted, and this is what people find most prominent about her. Whether it is an insult, a response in class, or an excuse, Rhiannon is able to think of things off the top of her head, and give them out in a matter of seconds. She was always a mischievous and cunning child, which gave her many practices in quick-wit. Rhiannon is fresh, and saucy. She always knows what to say and when not to say something.
Rhiannon is very flirtatious, and she seems to think that she has a fixation with every member of the opposite sex. She sees boys as her prey, and she can do whatever she wants with them. This, however, does not satisfy her. She longs for something she can not find, and she’s often bored with men easily. Rhiannon can be very insecure sometimes, and is always has a gloomy look on situations. She is a “the glass is half empty” type of person.
When she is in her element, Rhiannon is very outgoing and outlandish. She is very intimidating to other people, and she has a hard time making friends because of this. She often feels that she always knows what is best for other people, but she never knows what is best for her. Rhiannon is a charmer, and she can be very persuasive. However, due to a conflicted past, she can be quiet and shy in certain situations when she is not in the center spotlight.
Rhiannon has something called “rage blackouts”. When she gets angry, she loses all sense of right and wrong and will be only focused on getting even on whoever pissed her off. She is vengeful, and spiteful. She gets jealous easily, and often tries her hardest to achieve something greater than the thing she’s jealous of. Her greatest fear is not being liked, and being abandoned, which is why she is insecure, and is so complicated. She’s a very conflicted being.

Rhiannon has wavy blonde hair, and clear blue eyes. She is fairly short, only 5 foot 4. She is naturally very thin, and weighs 110 lbs.
History:
Rhiannon was born in London, England to Dragomir and Lea Dorvalle on April 13. Both of her parents were Hogwarts alumni, fresh out of school. They were only 19 years old when they had Rhiannon. Dragomir and Lea had been betrothed to keep the old Malfoy name in place. Dragomir is the cousin of Scorpios Malfoy’s grandson. Both Lea and Dragomir had both been in Slytherin.
Rhiannon was brought up in Chelsea. She lived in a small manor outside of the city limits, and never left there her entire childhood. She was an only child. Since both of her parents worked for the Ministry, Rhiannon was often alone a lot, and she would always explore. She had tutor that taught her all about the history of wizards and witches. She was brought up to detest the people called Mudbloods that the dark lord Voldemort had tried to wipe off the planet. Even though the Dark Lord was gone, Dragomir still taught Rhiannon to not associate with them when she arrived at Hogwarts.
Rhiannon had very few friends in her childhood, but one was Bradford Roth, who was the son of a famous wizarding singer. He lived next door to Rhiannon, and they became best friends, along with his sister, Colleen. They were half-blooded, but her father didn’t discriminate against them too much. Colleen was often jealous of Rhiannon’s blood status, which gave Rhiannon much pride.
When Bradford went to Hogwarts a year before Colleen and Rhiannon, she found out he was sorted into Gryffindor. Disgusted, Rhiannon tried very hard to be his friend the summer that he returned, but she couldn’t help but tell him how her mother and father used to detest Gryffindors. Hurt, Brad could tell that Rhiannon was just like those awful Slytherins that made fun of him at school. Just like that, the two friends were torn from the hip.
Now that she’s older, Rhiannon knows where she went wrong, and Brad is now an extremely gorgeous kid. However, Rhiannon never made any attempts to renew their broken bonds. Her father is very high in the Ministry, and she leads a normal, Pure-blooded life. Except, there’s always a part of her that questions where her loyalty lies.
