Her Identity

Leigha is a whole bag full of crazy. She never sits still and during lessons she finds it the hardest thing to do. She will have to be moving somehow like tapping her foot in a steady rhythm or simply tapping her fingers in quick succession on the table. Because of this, she finds it extremely hard to concentrate in classes and often does not listen or forgets what has been taught. All she thinks about is jumping up in class and running around, she simply holds too much energy for one little Hufflepuff.

Leigha can be quite boisterous to go along with her fidgeting. She is often quite loud and disorderly and can often cause a raucous wherever she may roam. She certainly doesn’t know the meaning of restraining. This can however get on peoples nerves because she never changes and she doesn’t stop being bouncy. It can annoy many people for many reasons and although if someone is down she will try to cheer them up by taking their mind off things, it can be a good or bad thing and can often make the person in more of a mood because Leigha can simply be too much and too forward.

She does not hold back, and although many people may mistake her for a Gryffindor the big difference is she is not brave at all. If she was confronted with a Dementor or even a big beastly creature such as a Hippogriff she would probably die of fright. She does not mind big creatures as long as they are friendly but she still sees them as over-bearing and will often run away as fast as she can, more than likely yelping.

Leigha does not like confrontation and that it one way to kill her buzz quicker than a moth to a flame. Her Hufflepuff side will kick in once again and she will cower away from the predator and become silent. That’s probably the one way to shut her up, to shout at her.

Growing up, Leigha has an extremely normal childhood, too boring for her liking, and so she always created some ways of entertaining herself. Her little sister Bree was an annoying little brat and would always get her own way because she was younger. Eventually Leigha grew wise to how her little sister was and let her get on with it, letting her have her tantrums and instead she went out to play on the street with the ‘normal kids’ as her parents would say on the small square outside their estate in Kent.

Leigha’s father had attended Hogwarts as a muggleborn whereas her mother was a muggle and knew nothing about Hogwarts at all until meeting Neville. Leigha does not know how her parents met, nor does she want to know their lovey dovey story of true love. The thought makes her gag, even worse when they kiss. However, when Cecile found out that Neville was a wizard, she was extremely astonished but then finally things began to add up and explain random things that had happened in their relationship. Still, she didn’t mind in the slightest and after she accepted it outright Neville asked her to marry him. A few years later out popped Leigha, and then four years after her popped out Bree.

Now Bree has grown up and got past the tantrum stage of being a toddler, her and Leigha get on slightly better, although Leigha often picks on her and calls her “smelly Bree” after the cheese and the smart-witted Bree will remark back with names indicating Leigha’s boyish name. Typical sibling love, and rivalry still continues although Bree is more competitive than Leigha is.
