So My Friends...
I guess their has been some confusion about the plot that we are working on here at Ridd. I apologize for that, it's my lazy butt's fault!
Here you will be able to view:

[/li][/ul] I just want to stress that once the plot gets going, you guys have to take the reins for yourself. Hopefully, this plot should effect Hogwarts life, Wizarding life and Muggle life. BUT, it is up to you guys. You can create a thread having to do with the plot whenever you want. It will effect different people in different ways and I can't wait to see how your characters are going to respond. Please, the site needs more evil characters, namely adult to help out the Dark Lord. If his army consists of a bunch of preteen Slytherins, then his rein will be short lived and rather embarrassing. So get to it and post those character pages!! [/font][/blockquote] |

The Beginnings
Hundreds of years ago, before the time of the Great Harry Potter, Dark Magic was cast upon the Hogwarts castle. It did not take effect then and has been left for almost two centuries, the magic festering, slowly building in power. However, the secret was found, and kept locked away. Lord Voldemort found out about the Dark Magic. His plan was to harvest it and use it against the wizarding world, but before he could crack the code, his downfall would end his reign of terror. Again, the secret fell into darkness, never to be talked of again.
The year was 2066. The screams of a woman in pain gave way to screams of a new life. A baby boy with dark eyes and a mess of dark hair was put into the arms of his mother. It would be the one and only time she held him. The next morning she was gone and the baby put in a wizarding orphanage. Years flew by, and though children around him found homes and loving families, the boy found none. At eleven he was shipped off to Hogwarts where he spent his seven years, a brilliant student, a cunning man, and a powerful wizard.
This is when the boy, now a man, disappeared from most memories. Only a few could tell you what he was doing. They would tell you that he first traveled, spending time deep in Russia, learning the cold and dark arts. Then they would tell you that years later he would return to the west, in hiding, delving into old records of the time when Voldemort was in power. They would tell you that he became obsessed with the power Voldemort held. He wanted it for himself, and became greedy. He began to preach to the underground, the dark and dirty people, with no hearts and no sense of morality. These were his first followers. His true name is unknown to his followers, even those closest to him. The know him now only as Lord Tenebrael.
Lord Tenebrael was deep in Voldemort’s mind. He knew more about him then anyone ever did. He found secrets that the previous Dark Lord had never meant to be found. He had found secrets that should have been forgotten into time.
Fast forward to the summer of 2104, the school was emptied; all students had gone home and all the staff had left the school for reasons that seem unimportant now. This Dark Magic, hidden in the walls and floors, in the dungeons and towers, paintings and armor, was dormant. Yet something triggered it, no, not something someone. Someone who has found the secret. Someone who has been able to find out how to use the secret.
In an effort to weaken the school and then the wizarding population, Lord Tenebrael has set the Dark Magic loose. His plans did not work out as he had figured. There was too much resistance, too much goodness in the school. It had been decided, the Dark Magic was his calling card, but now the world needed to wake up and see what is right in front of their faces, the rise of the new Dark Lord Tenebrael. [/blockquote] |

Plot: A dinner party to announce the new plans for the dark take over.

Please, Please, Please, Please...
I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to push this plot along.
Here are some ideas to help you get threads started:
- Evil people get together and plan and do evil things.
- Hogwarts students talk about what's going on.
- Where do your character's loyalties lie? Where does their best friend, enemy, or parents loyalties lie?
Create a conflict and a thread will come out from it.
Attention All Evil Peoplesss
If you have something that you want to do, something...evil (bwahaha), it would be nice to run it by the Dark Lord first. I mean, killing random muggles and kidnapping mudbloods, that like whatever. He'll like that, but trying to break into Hogwarts via flying trapeze...he might want to kill you after that, so remember, your actions have consequences. Lord Lazybum knows all.
