OVERALL APPEARANCE Finn is usually always smiling or has a bounce in his stride. He also has sparse facial hair and his hair is kept messy looking. He's usually able to just wake up and flick his head or run fingers quickly through his hair and it is somewhat in place and style. He is slim and of average build. He doesn't work out but has a quick metabolism.
His sense of style is somewhat casual although he does like wearing dress shirts and combining them with jeans and dress shoes on occasion. His favourite clothing item is his trilby hat.

GENERAL PERSONALITY - Finn is an allrounder. He never gets angry or jealous, his emotions seem to be always set at neutral. He is usually a happy person, willing to talk to anybody and seemingly shocked and taken aback if they react negatively. He does not prolong his reaction for long however, and has usually forgotten about it by the next time there's food around. He will, if means be, act as the peace keeper between parties if there is the need for him to do so. He is not a wuss, per say, he just doesn't see the point of argueing and creating drama when things can be moved swiftly on. (Okay, so he's a little bit of a wuss!)
Generally, he's a nice guy. His laziness might be somewhat infuriating for some people but he does try hard at school and he does try to get on with most folk, even if they don't with him.

OVERALL Born in Dillons Cross, Cork, in Ireland, Finn was the first of the Cooper Offspring to come from Jaima and Jacoby Cooper. They were newlyweds and had concieved Finn while on their honeymoon in Jamaica. Jacoby was working as Paparazzi for a well known newspaper where Jaima worked as an Article Writer. The pair met and at first, Jaima thought Jacoby was a rather smooth-talker, sleazy and very ungentleman-like whereas Jacoby was instantly attracted to Jaima but her reaction to him made him think she was a snob. As they continued to work together, their shields eventually came down and they started to see exactly how they both were. After many dates and three years of dating, they were married...and pregnant.
At first, Jaima was not happy she was pregnant. She loved her work and did not want to stop, even when before her pregnancy she had been having a few health issues and was obviously under a lot of stress. Jacoby, however, never seemed to get stressed. He always seemed to get lucky and get great, albeit, random shots of celebrities and scandals. He was always in the right place at the right time.
Nine months later, and Finn was born. The couple were thrilled and all of Jaima's angst instantly fell away. He was a quiet baby, much to their joy, and hardly ever cried: always seeming content. Bringing him up was quite easy work. Finn's brother however...
Finn was always a good kid, sometimes a little accident prone but Jacoby and Jaima put that down to being a typical child. He had a normal muggle upbringing in Ireland, and when he was 10, his brother Sydney came into the world.
His brother was seemingly always crying, constantly moody, nothing would suffice him. It was only when Finn was in the room that he would calm down. Finn loved his little brother, but began to get annoyed at his constant screaming, demanding and tantrums and often, Finn would go un-noticed and ignored because his brother was screaming the house down and causing a fuss.
It was one day after school that he went to the park with his mother and brother, and ran off to go on the monkey bars. His mother asked him to keep an eye on his brother while she went to get ice creams for them. Thinking Sydney would be fine, Finn continued on the monkey bars and only when his mother returned with ice creams did she ask where Sydney was and Finn panicked. Sydney was in the middle of the road and instantly, without thinking, Finn ran to save him. An oncoming car sped towards them and Finn would not be able to save him in time. As he grabbed his brother, he froze, and somehow, he had protected them from being hit.
The next day, his letter from Hogwarts arrived...
