General Appearance
At first glance, Venice has the essence of a Slytherin, though that's not the case. This Gryffindor wears her nearly black hair long and in curls, straightening it every now and again. Most of the time her hair falls down her back, but sometimes Venice ties it back into a ponytail or pigtails. She's the type of girl that can wear her hair any way possible, even if it's a really messy style, and have it look pretty snazzy.
Her hair isn't the only beautiful thing about Venice. A pair of glowing, golden eyes belong to this Gryffindor as well. They're a really uncommon color of gold, making them even more unique. Sparkling and dazzling, they stand out even more in the sunlight.
Venice enjoys to wear makeup, but she doesn't load it on. Normally she just gets away with eyeliner and mascara. Most days her golden eyes are lined with black liner, but she sometimes uses bright eyeliners just to make the day more exciting. When she wears eyeshadows, she either chooses a smokey look or really bright, flourescent colors.
Standing at about 5'5", Venice isn't the tallest girl. She has a petite build, so her entire body balances out quite well, making her appear small and lengthy at the same time. Year round, Venice's skin remains rather pale. She isn't extremely pale, but with her dark hair, the contrast on her skin makes it look lighter. In the summer, she is outside 99% of the time, and yet she never gets extremely tan; she doesn't burn either. With the winter brings fairer skin. She has clear skin.
Headbands, braclets, necklaces, and other accesories are worn daily by Venice. She always has on her family locket, which has the Slytherin crest on the back. On the front, which she added herself, is the Gryffindor crest. She loves wearing bracelets as well, anything from little pieces of colored ropes to gold and silver pieces. Each of her ears holds two piercings; she normally wears two diamond studs in them, one smaller than the other. Rings are Venice's favorite accesory. She always is wearing at least three at all times. She also enjoys experimenting with nail polish colors. She changes the color of her nails every day, sometimes reflecting the mood in which she's in. The clothing she wears doesn't reflect any specific style; she likes to dress in whatever she likes. Venice's family is one of money, so naturally, she owns many expensive pieces. She doesn't like to flaunt the fact that she has a fortune, though, and sticks with casual, normal clothing for most days. She is a jean girl; Venice absolutely loves wearing jeans and jean skirts when she isn't required to run around in her Gryffindor uniform. She also likes sweaters and sweatshirts, but only in the fall and winter when it's much colder. Her feet are normally showing off her nail color, because she doesn't like to wear shoes when she doesn't have to. On occasions where she does wear shoes, they're normally sandals, flats, boots, or some type of high heel. She rarely wears sneakers.

General Personality
It doesn't take much to entertain Venice. Wherever she is, she finds a way to enjoy it and have fun. Including classes. While most people hate going to class, Venice finds most classes really interesting. She doesn't have to force herself to concentrate much, and even when the class itself is boring, she finds ways to enjoy it. Her favorite class at the moment is Defense Against the Dark Arts, as she aims for being an Auror once she graduates.
Being a Gryffindor, Venice is naturally a very courageous person. She likes to take risks, and she's definitely one for adventure. Venice doesn't let rules hold her back, but don't get me wrong, she isn't a COMPLETE rebel. She's not afraid of danger, but she'll do anything to keep friends out of danger. A good friend indeed, Venice can be trusted. Especially with secrets. She's a very honest person, but does admit to lieing every now and then- afterall, in this day and age, it's sometimes necessary to stay alive.
She wears a smile everywhere. Her bubbly personna isn't fake at all, as Venice is naturally very happy about life, but it may be a little exaggereated. Her life at home isn't one she's very happy about, but she really doesn't like to talk about that dilemma. Sometimes her anger or sadness gets to her, but she tries her best to keep up with her happy shell, as to not let people find out about her secrets.
As for hobbies, Venice has a few things she loves to do. Even growing up in a wizarding family, she was mesmorized at how pictures were able to move. When she was younger, she would watch the portraits and pictures in her house. This sparked her interest in photography. Recently, Venice's camera was destroyed, and is now looking for any way to replace this beloved item. Something she loves even more than photography, though, is drawing. She finds drawing to be similar to photography, except she can create her own pictures through drawing. Reading and writing is another hobby of hers. She likes to write, whether it's about her day, or about some great new idea for a story. Her inspiration comes from the types of books she reads. Venice absolutely loves to read, and she'll pretty much take on any book that she hasn't wizzed through yet.
Venice is a really social person and loves to be with her friends. Swimming in the lake, walking in the forest, or just hanging out with her friends in the common room are just a few things she takes enjoyment doing.
The last thing I'll mention is flying. Venice absolutely adores flying. She is a fan of Quidditch as well, for she loves watching it. Personally, though, Venice isn't too good at Quidditch, though she is a superb flyer.

Pets::
The Blair family owns a rather large and old snake, Atemis. Venice keeps her black kitten, Stella, with her at school. For communication purposes, she also has a jet-black barn owl with white tips named Jet.

Siblings::
Venice has an older brother, Vincent. She also has an older sister, Rini, and a younger one named Alice Rosalita.

Family History
The Blair family is a very rich, prestigious, and well-known family mostly known for their members all belonging to Slytherin. In her family's eyes, they went all wrong raising Venice. You see, Venice is a Gryffindor. Probably because she doesn't think like her family, and in a way, is an outkast in her large family.
Her name comes from the city in which she was born. The Blair family is mostly Italian, and before Venice was born, her mother and father lived in Venice, Italy at the time. They found it to be a gorgeous city where much magic happened, and so they named their beautiful baby Venice.
The mother and father of Venice certainly don't love her as much as they would have if she was a Slytherin. Yes, even after all that time, her parents - her entire family, more accurately, are still true Slytherins. This does bother her, but Venice knows how to control her emotions; she rarely lets them shine through her giddy personna.
The only person that she knows truthfully cares for her is her grandmother, Petronella. Her great-grandmother was a Slytherin, yes, but in her time, the houses weren't as divided. She may not completely agree with some things her grandmother thinks, but they do get along well, and Petronella doesn't let Venice being a Gryffindor get in the way of anything.

One day Venice hopes to be an Auror. Hopefully- if she can get by in school. She also aspires to be a writer.
