Shoving his brother pretty hard, he sat down next to him, continued grinning. "Come now, Shafer. You don't tell me anything to let me know what you do or what you're into. So, for your lack of sending your favorite brother some love. I'll stick with your birth name. Shafer Tobias Bourke." He put a large emphasis on his middle name, just to embarrass him more. Especially since it seemed like this Ravenclaw was his friend.
"I'm here because I'm taking some time off. I'm not getting payed full price right now. So why bother working. Besides, mum and dad know already. So hush your little blabber mouth and pay me some respect." He demanded, punching his brother in the arm. Hard.
Travis frowned when he accused him of not having a girlfriend in years. And because he accused May of being his girlfriend. "One. She's not my girlfriend. And two. That's not how you address a lady." Smacking his brother on the cheek, he couldn't help but know that he would get a smack back. But he didn't care. Shafer didn't need to go around asking who this lady or that lady was. One thing that Trav had learned over all these years, was that: Respect a lady. Or you may not have kids one day. With any lady.

Frowning at the girl who was standing next to his brother, he gave her a dirty look. "You're not my mum." He snapped. Looking over her, he smirked. "But by the looks of it, you'll be the mother of my brother's child soon." 'Course, the girl didn't look like she was pregnant. But it was a way to bug her. To insult her. It was in his blood, he couldn't reject it. It was what got him into Slytherin.
Shay watched as she pushed over Bray, and called him a name. Looking closely, they could pass as siblings. That's probably what they were. They had the same features almost. In Shay's eyes, that is. Glancing at his own sibling, he saw no resemblance between him and himself. On those rare occasions the Bourke family went on a family outing, the only way you could tell they kids were the Bourke brothers was by their matching hair that they all bore, their grey-green eyes, and their height. Their height was a very distinctive characteristic of the Bourkes. They were all tall. Even the youngest of them, was rather tall for a six year old. Shay's father, and Travis were the same height. Which made Shay and Marten envy Travis more. Marten was exactly three inches taller then shay, and three inches shorter then Travis, and you could tell he hated it.
Another frown played on his face as he came back from his family's looks, as Travis called him by his full name. One thing he hated more then his first name, was his middle name. "Shut up!" He hissed, slapping his brother in the shoulder, and glancing at Bray. "You're middle name is just as bad as mine... Travis Westley." Another thing he hated about his brothers: Shay had the worst name of them all. Of all the names in the world, Shay had to get Shafer. Not to mention his more hated middle name. His brothers had gotten normal names, and here he was with.. Shafer Tobias. It was only a matter of knocking off a couple letters, and adding a letter or two, to get his name changed. He preferred Shay Tobi. Anything was better then Shafer Tobias.
Giving Bray a look, he frowned again. "Oh shut up. You know my real name, Bray-din." It was true Shay rarely used his real name. And it would be no surprise his own best friend would forget it. After being smacked across the cheek, he rebounded, giving his brother a hard whack in the back of his head. "Don't smack me, you bloke." He said, putting his head in his hand, which was now up right on the table before them. "I can fight you right back."
[Ha. It's long.. Again.]

May frowned at this, obviously she was far too young to be their mother and he seemed to just be making an arse of himself. This kid deserves a good hex she thought but then gasped in surprise at what he dared say next. “YOU LITTLE WORM!” She screamed not caring who in the pub heard. May stood up and pulled the small boy up by his collar so she could reach him better before punching him straight in the jaw, hoping it hit home with some pain. After she calmed down a bit and regained control of herself she sat back down, and wore a distinctly ministry scowl.
May didn’t really understand the argument about names, but that may be because all her siblings were well-named, or at least she thought so. Still, she was too angry to speak even to Bradyn. He could send her letters if he wanted to talk to her anyway, so he better just not go along with his friend before she decked him too.

Bradyn rolled his eyes at Shay and his brother; they were definitely brothers since that’s how he treated his little brother. It’s fun to be the older one, not so much the younger. Bray winced at Shay’s first comment and then just gasped at his second. Calling a woman fat was just like asking to die, and he obviously predicted his sisters reaction because he quickly aparated to stand by the end of the table so May wouldn’t take him out too for bringing Shay here. Bray winced a bit at the punch since he knew that had to hurt like hell; May preferred hand-to-hand combat rather than magic.
“Oh ho, you got me even though I like my name, Shafer Tobias Bo~ourke.” He said, stretching out his last name to make it match the rest of Shay’s name in lameness. After May calmed down a bit he went back to her side and put his hand on her shoulder, hoping she was calm enough not to lash out again.

Shock ran through Travis as his brother made the comment about May being pregnant. But he knew his brother was trying to insist that she was fat. Just before he could break a bone in Shafer's face, Mayella beat him to the punch. Literally. "I thought you respected women better then that." He said, discouraging his brother. "That was just un-called for." Shaking his head, he really was disappointed in him. Shafer always had a thing for ladies, and he always respected them. So, why was he insulting May? "Mum will be very disappointed." His tone was serious, as he took another drink of his fire whiskey. He was going to tell their mum. She would straighten Shafer out.
Making sure May was calmed down, he spoke to his brother again. "I like my middle name. It's better then 'Tobias'." He said smirking, attempting to lighten up the tense atmosphere between Shafer and May. "I think I recall mum and dad saying why they named you Shafer Tobias... Something about you being a mistake, and they had no other choice..." His smirk turned into an evil brotherly-love grin. He took another swig of his drink, placed it on the passing waitress's tray. Looking back a May, he frowned. "Sorry for my brother's rude talk. He's probably just jealous because I can talk to ladies without an insult leaving my lips." He simply said, shrugging. Travis was really sorry for his brother's harsh words. "Anything Shafer can do to make you feel better?"

The blow to the face through him off. He simply thought that when she grabbed his collar, that he was going to get yelled at. He never expected something like the punch. His face throbbed in pain, as he grumbled. If only I could hit girls back... He thought, frowning at the pain in his face. "A little rash, don't you think?" He snapped. "I was only joking." Shay now had a sudden hate towards her, and if he hadn't been raised up to not hit girls, she would be beaten to the ground. At first it was just jealousy that his 'perfect' brother was now going out with some girl, but now, it was hate for the girl too. Ignoring Travis' comments about disrespecting ladies and his name and whatever he was yammering about, he turned his back to him, and the girl, so he would only see Bray.
But that soon changed, as Bray began poking fun of his name again. "Oh shut up, will ya? You turn into some prissy little kitty-cat... I'd rather have my name then turn into a weak kitten." He grumbled. Shay just wanted to escape this Hogsmeade outing. He wanted out. Maybe he could find a familiar face and sit with them? It would get him away from his stupid brother, that.. girl, and Bray's comments about his name. Ugh. I wish I stayed in bed. He thought, as his face continued throbbing in pain.

May frowned, still highly ticked at the insolent boy. She knew she promised herself not to drink anymore, but couldn’t quite help the need for something strong after that. Fat, she was definitely not, or was she? Travis didn’t seem to point out that she wasn’t which irritated her more. Through a clenched jaw, May finally managed to say something. “I guess boys will be boys.” She said, not believing a single word of it. Slytherin arses are just born that way would be more to her current thoughts. Glancing back at the boy, who seemed to turn away like a little child in trouble, she smirked a bit seeing a mark that seemed to get more and more red by the second. She hoped it hurt like hell, because it was certainly what he deserved.
May seemed to dislike this Shafer more and more as she spent time with him. His associations that she was Travis’ little whore and other things were driving her up the wall and she was beyond mad now. “Heh, this is the first bar fight I’ve gotten into... with a man, at least.” She said, vaguely remembering chick fights about nothing.

Bradyn sighed, he hated when Shay was ticked because it meant that once he was out of range he was going to rant about them. And he’d rather not hear about his distaste for his sister, when he should know better than to call a girl fat. Maybe Shay never had a girlfriend before to beat his brains out for not using his manners?
Looking back down at May, he noticed that she looked fired up again and stepped back a bit. Bray was determined not to return to Hogwarts with bruises, or worse broken bones. His sister’s strength was something he feared more than dark magic since she used wandless magic to make her blows more powerful, though he doubted that she used that on Shay… yet. Bray huffed, of course now Shay was going to take it out on him and even worse, his animagus form. “Yeah, yeah.” He said, trying not to argue anymore since he didn’t want Shay to take his urge to hit out on him. Shay should hit his brother, that’s what brothers are for.

Smirking lightly, Travis couldn't help but notice how his brother seemed not to act much better then he did at home. It's a good thing that I'm not living with mum and dad anymore, or I might have to put up with his tantrums. Seeing as May was still having much difficulty putting up with his obnoxious brother, he could imagine them at each other's throats, ready to rip the other's head off. This would be an advantage, and a disadvantage, for Tray, at the same time. Advantage: No more brother. One down, two to go. Disadvantage: No more Mayella. He wouldn't have any one to talk to at work, when she was in the office, and there would no reason to look forward to enjoying those occasional games they were assigned to at the same time.
"If you call Shafer a man." He remarked, before putting his elbow on the table, and placing his head into the palm of his hand, he watched May and Shafer seeming to glare at each other. Sighing, he turned to Shafer's friend, and shrugged. "They don't seem to like each other very much, do they?

Sarie got up from the bar and walked quietly out of the conversation and took her drink to a empty table. She felt rude sitting the middle and listening in. Now she didn't have to worry about that. She didn't need to get in the middle of it. It wasn't any of her business. She sighed she needed to stop being such a loner. Then she shook her head she wasn't a loner that was her family talking not her.

A little bit of triumph filled Shay as he could tell Bray's sister was rather ticked off. And yet more triumph filled him as she made a small comment. But he wasn't about to make a comment back. He knew the other side of his face would receive the same thrashing as the side that throbbed now did. He simply kept glaring at her for inflicting pain on his poor face. His upper lip quivered at his brother's remark, and punched him hard in the side of his arm. Shay's actions were non-verbal now, for he rarely thought before he talked, and knew whatever came out of his mouth next, he would be beaten down by one of them. Restraining to make a rude remark to any of them, he lowered his voice, and turned to Bray. "Can we get out of here? My brother is being a smart-ass, and I don't exactly like your sister." He said, frowning. Shay knew his friend was going to reject that, and say something along the lines that 'they just got there' or something like that.

Bradyn sighed at Shay, and resisted the erge to smack him too just to see if it would reverse the effect of his sister’s punch. He smiled a little bit at Travis. “Nah, they don’t but I don’t think any one can get along with May.” He said, then realized he said that out loud and hoped that she wouldn’t hear. Then he noticed how bad Shay’s face was and finding that a fair excuse to move away from his armed and dangerous sister, he went over by Shay.
Reaching over he gently felt the bruise to see if she broke anything, since he’d never be able to look at him the same if his sister broke his jaw before. “Hmm.” Was all he said, deciding he’d rather not tell Shay what he found. Shay was a scary Slytherin, after all, even if he was his best mate. “Well.. um.. if you want, I guess..”

[[I'm butting in to keep Sarie company.... DEAL! ^_^
but if its a private convo, lemme know, I'll buttout!]]
It was a lazy day for Briar, that's pretty much the only way you could describe it. She didn't really feel like doing anything except walk around Hogsmeade. Her jeans were starting to soak through from walking around in the puddles so Bry decided to take a pit stop in the Three Broomsticks to hopefully dry off.
She glanced around the pub and spotted a few familiar faces; Bray and Shay were sitting with some people that looked alot like the two boys. Must be family she figured. She decided not to say 'Hi' to Bradyn incase she interrupted anything, instead, she walked to a table where a Gryffindor was sitting, "It's getting warmer now," she said with a friendly smile.

Sarie looked up to see a Hufflepuff she had seen but never spoken to."Yeah I know. I'm Sarie by the way please sit and lets have a chat. Unless you have other places to go." She was hoping the girl didn't have to any where she was bored and wanted some to talk to.

Briar laughed, "I'm all for conversation," she said taking off her coat and hanging it on the back of the chair, "I'm Briar. I believe we've met before, but not officially," she continued. Briar shrugged, "As of now, I have no where to be but here," she said grinning.
Briar looked around then back at Sarie, "Do you normally go out by yourself?" she asked noticing that the girl was alone and seemed to have been for a while.
