Curious. Its safe to say that Jade has started to explore
almost every inch of the castle she's set her eyes on. She takes
delight in knowing secret passageways and hidden areas, and
the prospect of secrets and dangers always has chills running up
her spine.
Calm. To the world she is calm; a carefully composed mask
of which no opposition has broken through. Her face is
almost always devoid of emotion, save for a few favorites, such
as curiosity or humor. She isn't above breaking a smile once in
a while, be it with friends, or smirking at someone. She never
loses her cool, she has since learned to control her emotions so
that they don't overwhelm her and cloud her judgement.[/color]
Biased. Yes, she is a Slytherin, and yes, she prefers chilling
with them besides anyone from another house, but that doesn't
mean she wont befriend anyone else. If she finds something
striking or interesting about you, she will see to it that there is
an introduction somewhere along the line.[/color]
Loyal. To the point where she would put her life on the line to
protect her friends from danger. Jade would forcefully throw
herself in harm's way, without any regard for her personal
safety.[/color]
Summary: Jade is the type of girl who is almost always eerily calm.
Even when she is toying with someone or getting revenge, even with
her friends it takes a little while for her to break the mask to laugh
and have fun with them. She wont have a problem with you unless you
harm or provoke her personally, and prefers to let her friends fight
their own battles, seeing as their Slytherins and they boast the fact
that they're all perfectly capable of handling themselves. Unless you've
killed someone close to her will she get involved, but only something
extreme like that. If you provoke her she will take delight in toying
with your mind, preferring not to reveal herself until shes driven
you mad a little, or at least made your life miserable. Shes extremely
loyal to her friends, and extremely curious; she loves to see how
the mind works and what drives people to extremes. Jade does
prefer Slytherin company, so long as they aren't snots, but she'll
happily befriend someone in another house if there is something
interesting or appealing about them. All in all, shes quite the mysterious
girl, nobody really knows much about her, and she likes it that
way. Being her sister was murdered right infront of her eyes,
and very recently, Jade doesn't have the greatest grip on reality.
She often plays cats cradle, and zones out into her own little world.
She has a tattoo overlapping a fairly large scar on her right
wrist/fore-arm, that reads, "We are shadows of tender fury"

Jade was born October 13 into a large litter of
females, being the third born of her large family. She lives with an
all-female coven of witches, deep in the heart of the Forbidden Forest,
so you could say that she knows it very well, more than most students.
Her mother, like she had done with her two older sisters, enrolled
Jade at Hogwarts, and she is escorted out of the forest (as to
not get eaten, of course) to the school every time she visits home.
Getting older and more experianced with spells has given her
more freedom in that aspect, and now she is allowed to walk to
and from home if she needs anything, being its right by the school.
No one else knows, however, the coven is extremely secretive and
members even have "homes" near Hogsmeade to build an image
for themselves and make sure no one finds out where they really
live. Her father died when she was quite young, so she has never
had much of a father figure in her life.. This being the reason she
has had a few boyfriends; they are drawn in by her and want to
protect her and keep her safe. So she wont be alone. Her sister
Lilith was murdered in an attack against their coven, by whom they
have no idea.. It has left her with a huge scar on her right wrist
and fore-arm. She got the tattoo not to cover it up but remind her
of that day, and how she was unable to protect her sister. One
always has such burdens to bear, in the life of Jade.[/color]
