The Character
Name: Charles Hadley

Age & Year: 15 & 5th
Blood: Pureblood

Personality: Like a child who has never had to confront reality, Char is lost in his innocence. The world as he sees it is a sharp contrast of black and white, where indecision and hesitance to make the appropriate choice of what's 'right' and what's 'wrong' doesn't exist.
Driven by the inspiring tales read to him as a child, Char's ambition to be heroic often clouds his judgment. This, combined with his tendency to be naive and trusting, constantly leaves him disappointed at the rough behaviour and inconsideration of his classmates.
Though Char strives to be the protagonist, the hero and the praised, he is almost always unknowingly cheated no matter how brave or daring the act. But as the illustrations in his novels depict resilience, he continues to blindly search for his Happy Ending.
Appearance: Ehm... Under Construction
History: Because his father was always away on business, and his mother had passed when he was barely two, Char spent the majority of his time with a housemaid named Bretta. Unable to have children of her own, and isolated just as he was, both had an undeniable fondness of the other.
Bretta, however, was an obvious Muggle and it is in such a lifestyle that Char was raised in as well. Perhaps it was for this reason that his own magical abilities were continuously suppressed until the day of his eleventh birthday.
Even after five years of Hogwarts, and the resignation of his housemaid as she was no longer needed, Char kept up his Muggle-like behaviour. As a result, his perception of magic is still very childish compared to the reality.
