Stephanie looked around for a long moment, to be perfectly honest she wasn't really paying attention to the girl, she was more focused on the girl that her brother was with...wait she looked closely and noticed green and silver robes mixed with red and gold robes in a huge group by the castle. Stephanie looked closer and noticed her brother was holding hands with a girl who looked like the same age as him in Slytherin. She let out a huge sigh and then re-focused her attention back to Ava.
"Calm yourself little girl." She said. "you are making me very irritated. It is not an emotion I like to feel."
Steph looked up and spoke, "I'm sorry..I'm sorry I spoke out like that. I have no right disrespecting you, you are a seventh year in Slytherin, while I'm just a Gryffindor fifth year" Steph said it like she meant it. She wasn't really happy and kind of wanted to go over by the Castle and talk to her brother and the girl he happened to be with. For once Stephanie felt defeat, she hated saying or thinking it, but it was true.
"Ok, I see that you may have some potential, but I put my faith and trust in certain hat, and that hat has told you some bad news. Now don't get mad, you're just weak, however, I like your spunk."
"Thanks, and I don't blame you most people reply on the hat" Steph said with a sigh. She really didn't answer to the other half of that, because the part about being weak was totally true in this case. She didn't like to admit she was a Gryffindor, but she did and that was something she just had to deal with. Stephanie still had loads of friends, even if they weren't Green or Silver.
"I'm going to make it a point to met your brother. I'll see he gets in with the right people. As for you, I don't like disloyalty."
"Meeting my brother? Well you might have a chance, he only hangs around that stupid Slytherin girl and a bunch of other Slytherins. As for my disloyalty, I am only disloyal when I am mad or upset" she says quietly. She really didn't understand why the girl was calming down, but she was and oh well, Steph didn't really care at this point.
"The hat put you in red and gold, even though I hate you for that reason alone, don't be so sure to put that aside." Ava watched the tree out of the corner of her eye. "Because you are not going to find a friend in green and if you are so ready to throw away your red, you won't find a friend there either and you will have to fight alone."
"I know, but I just hoped...maybe my brother wouldn't, oh never mind" Steph mumbled. She looked towards the castle again and then looked back to answer the next statement, "I have plenty of friends in Gryffindor, I just wanted to be alone for awhile" Stephanie admits, turning hot red, because she was glancing at the castle and say her brother lean in and kiss the girl on the cheek.
"Up." she said to the girl. "Get up." Ava said irritated. "If you want my help, take it now, because the offer is running for a limited time only." The irritated Slytherin informed the hurt Gryffindor.
With that Stephanie stood up, slowly. "It shouldn't be that bad, maybe a sprain." Stephanie said kind of standing on her one good leg, with all her pressure.
