Cold. You won't find a drop of mercy here, unless its to the point where she
might get in trouble for what she has done, or hasn't done to help.

Loyal. To her house and her kind. She only befriends those she believes are
true Slytherins at heart, even if they may be placed in another
house rather than her own. She would die for her people and her cause.

Bad. Erys is superior. She is the reigning queen of her house, but
she doesn't push it in anyone's face. Its more of a silent
agreement. Besides that she takes cruelty and terrorizing to
an entirely new level. Shes mean, and she knows it. Its the only
way to survive; to be strong.[/color]

Funny. Always up to a prank or two, Erys is very much
the troublemaker. She has quite the reputation with the staff
at Hogwarts, and most steer clear of her.[/color]

Cunning. Erys is a very conniving, calculating girl. If there
is any way she can further herself by befriending you, she'll do it.
She knows how to get her way out of trouble, and how to make
a good show of things she doesn't actually feel. Often though she
ends up in detention, for the fun of it.[/color]

Untrusting. It will take a whopping load of time to gain her trust,
but once you have it, she would throw herself infront of a bullet
for you without any doubt in her mind. Her friends, though welcomed, are
considered weaknesses, as she would do anything for them if
they but gave the word. Which is why she has so few, but they're
the extremely close ones that have been there for years and years.

In Depth. Erys maintains a tough exterior, and while having many
friends, can keep to herself. Shes always up to a prank or two.
She will defend her beliefs with passion, and bears the Slytherin
patch with pride. Not particularily fond of Gryffindor, she isn't
completely against the idea of befriending those from other
houses, if they are what she deems 'Slytherin at heart'. Smiling
when its needed of her, she is fiercely loyal to her friends and
family, often sticking up for them and getting angry at whoever
insults/hurts them. She can be mean to anyone she finds
annoying, and unworthy of the right to speak to her.
Unfortunately, at times her temper gets the better of her, and it
can end up getting her in trouble. As well as her love of pranking,
and tricks, but it is rare for her to get caught for the smaller
things. If she does, shes extremely talented at making the other
person seem that they were at fault, instead of her. She doesn't
mean it of course, but it really seems and feels like she
does. Older now, instead of crying and pouting she will instead
simply just take the punishment, as it cant be as worse as others
make it out to be. Erys cant seem to find the fascination some people
have with muggles, she dislikes them and think they are to be pitied
because they dont have magic. She isn't afraid to get into a
fight, wand or fist, and usually she craves it. Strong, inside and
out; to be like that, and protect herself from her father, she had
to toughen herself up. Now because of that, its hard for her trust
people. Sure, she has friends, but only a select few were really
trusted. Erys has a sensitive side that nobody knows about-- its
buried a long ways inside, and almost impossible to reach. Its so
small, so tiny, she doubts it even exists anymore. She isn't phased
by any tormenting, or insults. She knows they're just snotnosed
little brats, and that they couldn't be more wrong. Erys excells a
anything she does, finding that the answers and intelligence
comes easily to her. She contains the qualities of three houses;
bravery, intelligence with a sharp wit, and the cruel heart of a
Slytherin. Erys will protect any Slytherin in trouble, making life a
living hell for the perpetrator.[/color]

Erys has soft, porcelain skin. Her skin is usually
either "sun kissed" or pale, which is strange, because she hates
the sun completely and sticks to the shade. Standing at around
5"5, her brown hair has a reddish tinge to it, and is often styled
differently. Erys's eyes are a pretty hazel brown, sometimes
turning an emerald green depending on her mood, that can
capture an entire range of emotions, from hard, furious steel, to
happiness, to distress. She doesn't consider herself "thin",
because of her curves- her body is very athletic, muscular, and
she is prone to work out from time to time. Erys has long
fingernails, always painted a deep red, or metallic silver. She has
full lips, and Erys is extremely beautiful, but doesn't really take
that into account. All she knows is she must have something to
her, or she wouldn't be able to seduce anyone as well as she
can. Image isn't her first priority, even though she always
manages to step out of the common room looking gorgeous.

Born to a wealthy, ancient line of Slytherins,
twins Erys and Matthew Grace were intelligent children. Growing
pleasantly under the watchful eye of their mother, their father
instead had been harboring feelings of resentment towards his
children. Until Amelia divorced him and he was stripped of his
magic Erys had only been home for Christmas once, to keep away
from her father, because she didn't have a good relationship with
him. He used to beat her as a child, which is how she forced
herself to become stronger. For her, it was hard to love a father
who didn't want her to exist. The only reason he tolerated her
was because of her developed ability to transform into a cat,
which was a great investment, apparently. He hired a private
tutor from the Ministry, and because of the money he spent on
her, he expected Erys to be a great accomplishment despite it
being just a cat, instead of something bigger. He valued Erys the
animagus, not Erys his daughter. On the other hand, Erys is
extremely close to her mother, who provides more for the family.
Now Erys is free to come home for the holidays and be with her
mother, aunt Melinda, and Matthew, who transferred back to
Durmstrang last fall.[/color]

ERYS says: At the mention of Ricky, her face softens. "I cant really remember a time where he wasn't there." Erys laughs. "God knows what keeps him around, he'd be much less scarred. Yeah.. Hes good for me though, I'm not sure if I can say vice versa." She continues on awkwardly, not at all used to talking about her feelings in such a blatant way. "He.. I need him, more than I'll admit, more than he knows. There isn't anyone else out there for me. If he leaves I'll.. Become a nun, I dont know." She laughs again, shakily this time. "I respect him. I.. Love him."

JAC says: "I have always disliked Slytherins coz they're obnoxious and spoilt and rotten to the core, all of them. So, when Erys and I became sort of friends I was just as shocked as anyone. Still, we had loads of fun, sneaking around the castle and playing pranks of stuffy old Marsh, the librarian spinster. Ah, man, good times. We didn't flaunt our friendship though; it wasn't necessary. And those who knew and said bad things about either of us always got a fist in the face ... from whoever could get there first." *giggles*

ERYS says: "Miss Biggerst- Shaw?" Erys scrunches her face up for a moment, clearly not used to calling her friend by her new name. "Well shes really something else isnt she? Like our friendship. Not many people knew we could even be in the same room without clawing eachother's eyes out, as Gryffindors and Slytherins usually try to. But no we had our fun, I cant tell you the load of pranks we pulled on teachers. I remember one time she took on the form of the old potion's master, and tried to scare the crap out of me. I think I smelled her before I soiled myself." She begins to laugh, a grin on her face.
