It had been a very very long and drawn out night for Blakey again. It consisted of waking up, tossing and turning, groaning, crying, and waking up to a stinky, sticky, salty, sweaty plastered body. Blake's nightmares were creeping up on her again. She didn't understand why and she was just getting sick of having no sleep at night! It was just getting ridiculous!! And Blake prayed i would stop soon.
Today she woke up at a decent hour. It was June, school had let out last month, and this year Blakely decided not to go home for summer, her grandma died in March, but she wasn't close to her, so she didn't want to go spend time with a mourning family who she would rather stay with people who liked her! Blake jumped out of bed, walked over to her trunk, and dug through it for some clothes. Looked like today would be one of the first she wouldn't be covered in Huflepuff pride! Blake slippedon a pair of black sweat shorts, a teal tank top, and some tennis shoes. She didn't bother putting her hair up. Walking out the door she laced up her shoes.
Jogging through the dungeons, up the corridors, and out the great oak doors. Today she was going to... well whatever she felt like doing at the time. She was free! Blakely wasn't thinking and ran through the corridor. It was filled with students, but didn't care. That was until she ran straight into a blonde girl. It all happened quickly and was all a blurry picture in her mind. Blake got up and felt bruises popping up all over her body. She stood up slowly and offered her hand to the girl.

As she awoke, the sun beamed in from the opposite window, making a huge beam of light solely on her, making her the only one in the room to be sweating and wet through because of it. The sweat clung to her and Brooke felt utterly vile. Making a ‘yuk’ sound she headed straight for the shower and then got changed into white shorts and a white vest top, deciding that the weather was nice she would do a spot of sunbathing. Hell, if she knew Zayne Rosenberg well enough he would already be out there so she would go and lie next to him.
Sliding her feet into some flip flops, she loudly made her way out of the Gryffindor quarters and down the numerous amounts of stairs and steps to reach the lower floor. As she walked she noticed how many people were gathering around the corridors, and Brooke’s eye caught a nice looking guy as she walked past, winking at him as her head followed him, he grinned back and as she turned her head she knocked into someone. Ready to bite back with some harsh words if it was a slytherin, she soon stopped herself realising it was a Hufflepuff.
“Oh, I’m sorry...I should really look where I’m going and stop boy watching” she grinned, helping the girl up. In the stumble she had managed to break one of her flip flops and so now the strap was just springing backwards and forwards. Looking down, she sighed. “Oh flobberworm guts on sticks” she exclaimed, bending down and observing the damage. Pulling her wand from her hair she tried to repair it but failed miserably. “Looks like magic can’t fix this one” she smiled back at the girl.

Finally when the girl seemed to get up by herself Blakely attached her arms back into their regular position which is crossed below her chest. Leaving the girl be she turned her head to see a crowd of girls gathered around a certain spot in the courtyard. Getting on her tiptoes she saw a guy that looked as good as Hell! But her concentration was broken when she heard the Gryffindor say she should stop boy watching, Blakely turned her head to face her again.
Blakely flinched when the girl that looked to be a tad bit older than herself pulled out her wand. But pointed it at her foot, so Blake relaxed. She couldn't fix her shoes, it was all Blake's fault and she felt terrible. "Excuse me, what's your name?" Blake asked,"And I could go and buy you a new pair of shoes, 'cause it seems i've broke your current ones..." When the girl didn't respond all that quickly Blake got embarassed, why did she do such a silly thing!

The poor girl seemed to be like a typical hufflepuff and a complete nervous wreck as she thought she was the culprit for Brooke’s broken sandal. Deciding to play on this for a while to see how far it went, and how the girl reacted, Brooke pretended to be angry.
“These were bloomin’ expensive you know Hufflepuff” she spat, standing up once more and tapping the girl on the shoulder with her wand. Anyone who saw Brooke acting like this to someone other than a slytherin would think she’d of gone mad and needed to go to St Mungo’s, or she’d been hit in the head with a bludger. It was not in the norm for Brooke to act this way, but what they didn’t know was that she was acting, she wasn’t being serious in the slightest.
Pulling back the wand, she tapped her lips with it in thought, hoping she would trick the girl into thinking she was about to hex her for breaking her shoes. With a couple of taps, she pushed the tip of her wand to meet the girls nose and gently pushed on the end of it, her face looking as if she was about to spout off a hex, before she dropped her arm and exploded into a fit of giggles.
“You seriously think I was going to hurt you?” she chuckled, doubled over as she wiped a tear from her eye. “Next you’d think i’d get my brother to come and eat you” she grinned at the girl, hooking her arm over the girls shoulder, lifting her foot up and grabbing the broken sandal before leading her out towards nearer the courtyard entrance.

This girl wasn't your typical Gryffindor, Blakely could see that as a fact. Normally Gryffindor's would be all nice to you, but behind your back they would tell all of their friends what this lame Hufflepuff did to them! It was quite embarassing yes, but Blakely just ignored it. If this girl wanted a fight, although Blake wasn't all up in arms about it, that's what she'd get.
Blakely focused in one what the girl was saying and was taken aback. There wasn't any way those shoes could have cost as much as the girl was making them out to be... but Blake played along. "Oh well sorry yes it was clearly my fault, but please don't insult my House like that!" Blake said almost in tears,"and you never told me your name!"
The girl brought her wand back up and was playing with it around Blake's face, then her own, then back down at the shoe. It was like she was mocking Blakely to her face. Blakely brought her right hand around her back and clutched her own wand. She wasn't going to get hurt. The girl finally put her wand away and broke into a fit of giggles. Blake didn't find this very funny. The older girl began to tease about having someone beat her up and all, but then it all just stopped. She grabbed her shoe and walked up.
As she got up to leave, Blakely got up to and followed her. "Well excuse me, I offered to pay, so if your that angry I'll just give you the money!" Blakely smiled as she spoke,"How much you reckon they were?" All Blake wanted to do was make this right maybe she would succeed!
