Being at Hogwarts such a short time Paige didn't know much about the school yet. Which was why she was so utterly and totally lost now. The hallways all looked the same to her, no matter what staircase she took she ended up totally and utterly lost. No one was about right now they must all be in class like she should be. Man this was going to be a bad day. Teachers here didn't approve of students being late Paige sucked at being on time and now that she was lost well hey she would be lucky if she even made it to her class at all. New to the school and already getting into trouble.
Turning left she walked down a hall that looked vaguely familiar. This was getting her no where. Leaning against the wall she tried to retrace her steps but her steps had her going around and around in circles. Man she wished Rosa was around now that girl had an uncanny sense or direction. That was the first time all day Paige had even given her sister a thought. The two seemed to be growing even farther apart now they were in school. Paige tried not to think of it too much they were so very different maybe it was just bound to happen.
A noise in the distance made Paige look up. Someone or someone was coming. Her ears perked up and the sound suddenly sounded like a clank. The sound was weird something she had never heard before. A shiver ran up and down the length of her entire body. She now felt like running away and Paige liked to listen to her feelings they didn't let her down yet. She was running away from whatever it was but her lousy sense of direction was actually bringing her closer to the thing making the noise.
Clank, clank, clank she heard it closer and closer to her now. Where it was coming from she had no idea. Paige just wanted to be away from whatever it was her sneakers squeaked on the floor as she moved through the halls until she suddenly tripped and fell sliding across the floor that had just been waxed. The clanking sounded louder and the thing making the noise was suddenly turning the corner. A huge suit of armor was marching down the hall looking for something. As it turned and looked down it noticed her panting on the floor almost frozen. The thing began walking in her direction. Paige couldn't manage a scream instead she scrambled trying to get up off the floor before it reached her.
For some reason it just wasn't happening she forgot how to move. What a story the students would tell, girl with poor direction sense gets squashed by a psycho suit of armor. Where was everyone?

Ollie was wearing an immovable grin that lightened all his features and gave him a spring in his step. Well it would of done if it wasn't bandaged up and still healing from being broken. The break had been rather awkward and painful but it was now all plastered up and had writing from Rie, Kieran and Lucas on it so far not to mention little doodles from them all. Still, it was awkward to walk on the cast and have no shoe on.
Being a seventh year, Ollie had stayed up much later than younger years and had been attempting to make his way back to the common room, but with his cast it was taking him twice as long to ascend the stairs, and it gave the stairs more time to switch around. "Great...can't you just wait a bloody minute?!" he shouted at the stairs as the set began to move again leading him to the opposite way where he wanted to go. Sighing in defeat, he opened up the random portrait entrance and stepped into the corridor.
The portrait chuckled at him and his broken ankle as he entered and in return Ollie just rolled his eyes, not particularly in the mood to argue or retaliate to the portrait. Hobbling down the corridor he heard a huge clank before he turned the corner and smacked right into a suit of armor. Stunned, he wobbled backwards holding his head and began muttering to himself. Looking up towards the armor as it turned around to see what had disturbed it, Ollie looked down and saw Paige on the floor. She looked truly horrified and Ollie just sighed.
"As if my week could get any worse" he muttered under his breath before the armor took a swing for his head and Ollie managed to duck and pushed it backwards so it stumbled slightly. "Paige, quick follow me!" he said getting ready to hobble quickly as he held his hand out to her.

In her most amazing fantasies she never could have imagined this. All she wanted was a magical education and now that was about to end so soon. The menacing suit of armor looked like it was taking no prisoners and for some reason she was too frightened to move away, trapped on the floor like a rat stuck in a trap she felt glued to the floor.
As she tried fruitlessly to scramble away not sure what was going on inside of her brain why it wouldn't allow her to properly utilize her flight or fight response. Rocking back and forth whispering for help she heard a noise that sounded like something hitting the suit of armor. A faint glimmer of hope reared its head as her head whipped around to see what if anything had come to her rescue.
Of all the people she could be seeing right now her rescuer was Ollie the Gryffindor she met at the lake party. His leg was in a cast and he could barely stand up. She would have given all the money in the world to have someone else see her this way. First, he was really cute and this was just down right embarrassing, second he was friends with Dante the other cute boy Paige knew. Surely, boys talked it was bound to be all over the school how she was cowering in the corner like a scared girl.
She was a scared girl of course but no one else needed to know that. Crap how unfair was this. The armor took a swing at Ollie, that was probably a bit more unfair then what she was going through, somehow he managed to push the suit of armor taking it off balance. He beckoned to Paige who could finally move. Scrambling from the floor she got to her feet quick and ran around the suit of armor who was back to attack stance. Trying to run around it she had no idea the thing was playing dirty. Putting its foot out Paige managed to trip over it. Again finding herself sprawled out on the floor. "You've got to be joking" she said in a frustrated voice. The thing looked down at her and she could have sworn it smiled finding her predicament funny.
Trying to crawl away Paige turned her back not seeing the metal hunk try to take her head off with an ax.

It had been just two days since the incident in the forbidden forest with Rieko in which they both got wiped out by a roaming tree that decided to take out it's anger on the pair. Luckily they had managed to get away with Ollie's broken ankle and Rieko's head wound, how was a bit of a mystery... not to mention why a tree came alive in the first place. She looked pretty scared did the younger Hufflepuff. Ollie didn't blame her. A huge suit of armour coming to life was one thing, but then attacking you and then it had a sharp axe in it's hand did not help the fear factor either. Wait....an axe?!
"MOVE!" He shouted at Paige as he launched himself in front of the girl pushing her out of the armours aim. As he landed, he felt his arm being sliced by the end of the blade, cutting through the skin and creating a sting which instantly started bleeding. It was bad, but it could of been worse and all Ollie wanted to do now was to get the pair of them out of this horror film situation alive, that was all that mattered.
"Paige... just... run" he whispered as he stared at the metal man attempting to decipher his next move. It was inevitable that he would take a swing at him as he was right underneath the blade. As the blade lifted up, the suit somehow became more sinister as Ollie looked into it's helmet for some reason expecting a face but all there was was darkness and no features. As the armor took the axe in both hand over its head getting ready to take a swing, Ollie kicked it in the shin hard with his good leg and watched as the metal dented and fell backwards away from the suit of armor. Ollie rolled out the way as the blade came down and clambered up the wall to an upright position to follow Paige.

Is this the kind of thing that happened to new students around this school, was this how they greeted them welcomed them in? Maybe this was some kind of...She was at a loss for the word. Her father used to joke about it said they did it to him when he was in college. He joined a fraternity and they made him do a boatload of ridiculous tasks in order to join. Man what was it he called that, oh yeah hazing. Perhaps she was being hazed. A professor would probably jump out from behind a stature and yell "GOTCHA".
What she heard instead was Ollie screaming "MOVE" and that is when it became all too real. That suit of armor was most certainly trying to decapitate her and no one was around to help her if she didn't get out of the way. The thing had one purpose in mind and it was to destroy. Ollie bless his heart jumped in the armors way in order to move her. Paige was pushed and her body rolled across the ground and what stopped her was the wall she hit with her arm. Smack and then ow.
Her mind was addled, her vision blurred a touch but she turned to see if Ollie was ok. He wasn't the armor's ax blade had cut the boy right across the arm. There was blood beginning to ooze out of the cut and Paige almost lost her lunch. The sight of blood was sure fire way to make her feel sick, but he got hurt helping her she would simply have to suck it up and check on him.
Ollie was telling her to run but how could she, everything he had done for her and she was going to leave him to deal with that thing alone. His quick thinking saved him as the suit went to attack again Ollie kicked it and sent himself rolling away. Paige ran over and grabbed his arms a sudden burst of strength came over as she did her best to hoist him up. He only had one good leg to begin with. Placing his arm over her shoulder she was ready to drag him wherever "OK Ollie just tell me where to go from here."

It’s not like Ollie hadn’t been through worse. A huge forest tree compared to a measly suit of metal? Anyone could figure out the odds and see if he could survive that with just a broken ankle then a cut in his arm wasn’t going to stop him. Ollie gritted his teeth and wondered just for a slight second if this way karma giving him payback for ‘girlfriend stealing’. Of course a second was all he was given before the axe came swooping down, narrowly missing his fingers.
“Hey!” he said in angst as the Armour began to turn around as it hauled up the axe once again. Paige soon was under his arm and he was turning around on the spot before scrambling off down a dark corridor.
As their heavy breathing seemed to echo down the hallways, he wondered why nobody was coming with all the commotion and noise they were making. He began yelling down the corridors any words that came to his head that may get people’s attention. Lucky for him all he could think of was ‘help’ and ‘axe’ instead of something stupid which Lucas would probably shout, something along the lines of ‘There’s a Knight in shining armour chasing me wearing ladies underwear and throwing sausages at me’. The thought made Ollie laugh and he gave a small sideways glance at Paige to see if she thought he was crazy for laughing at a moment like this.
The blood on his arm had now stopped dripping from his arm and was now beginning to dry. The smell of iron was surrounding them although Ollie wasn’t sure if it was from his blood or the heap of junk metal following behind them. The smell was enough to overwhelm any other scents that happened to be down the dull corridor and Ollie crinkled up his noise as a wave of the aroma wafted up his nose causing a slight sickening feel to him.
Even though the piercing sound of metal clanking against the wooden floor and the screeching of the axe grating against the floor was pursuing them, Ollie was still continuing to laugh as they hurried down the corridor more than likely into oncoming impending doom.

It was hard to believe she was still standing up straight all she wanted to do was go somewhere and shake like a leaf. She was due a total freak out moment because nothing like this had ever happened to her before. Is this normal here, she wondered. Too afraid to speak out loud for fear she would have started to whine and cry like a big baby. She had to keep her wits about her that suit of armor had a one tract mind and it wanted to annihilate them.
Paige was trying hard to ignore the extra weight she was carrying around, that extra weight being Ollie. He was doing a lot better than he was with all of this, perhaps he was used to it or maybe he was in shock or something who knew all that Paige was worried about was getting them out of there and away from that metal thing. Ollie was trying to talk trying to get help his words were coming out strangled and he wasn't making much sense.
But then something else happened to make her question his sanity all together. The boy started laughing as if their dire situation was amusing. At the moment they were running in the halls away from some huge suit of armor and the boy was hysterical laughing. Paige was wondering if he was really ok, thinking maybe he hit his head or something. "Ollie are you sure you're ok?" She tried to ask though she was barely able to catch her breath. Maybe they needed to find someplace the armor couldn't get at them so Ollie could rest a bit and get his head on straight.
"Is there any place we can hide where it won't be able to reach us Ollie. I really need you with me here buddy."

As Paige tried to help Ollie along he could feel her shaking slightly, the odd tremble making him also shake, not because he was scared because he definitely wasn’t, but because of how she was holding him it was like an electric shock running through both of their bodies. After all, why be afraid when the worst that can happen is you die? Ollie tended not to be shook up by things, and it would take something really horrifyingly scary to make him think the worst.
But this? This was just a stupid heap of junk metal. They could combat this and outsmart it surly. How clever could a suit of armour be exactly, because when Ollie had hid in one with Kieran in one standing on the other side of the door to scare Lucas, he sure as heck didn’t see any brain in the helmet to make the thing anywhere near clever. He needed to think of it as a dumb animal, and it certainly was going to be treated like one.
“I’m okay Paige, really. I’m fine” he reassured her before un-looping his arm from her neck as they got to a crossroads in the corridor, the heavy clanking of the armour getting louder and louder. “Paige, go right and make a run for it, find someone, anyone! A professor if possible, GO!” he ordered her while pushing her towards the dark corridor, urging her to just do as he said and not tell him that she wasn’t going anywhere without him. “We need to confuse it, separating it the only way. Make a full loop and meet me down there” he said, pointing his thumb backwards, towards the suit and down the corridor they had just come.
Ollie then turned his head to see the Suit quickening its pace. He began hobbling quicker now down the corridor, feeling his way and helping himself along by touching the walls. Flicking his wand behind his head, he cast several spells at the Suit but it only dinted it and made it angrier. Walking down a small set of stairs, he opened up a small cupboard door and quickly manoeuvred into it before the Suit appeared around the corner. As he bent down and looked through the keyhole, Ollie watched as the suit came nearer towards the door before stopping and looking around.
The suit seemed to point himself in his direction and he lifted up his axe, seconds away from chopping the door open when he heard a noise that distracted him, Ollie guessed it was Paige. He clunked off, and Ollie breathed out unaware that he was holding his breath. Opening the door he was now faced with the suit’s back and Ollie clambered onto his back somehow, getting the strength to hold on round it’s neck and pull its head off.

Paige just wanted all of this to be over when she got here and thought of the school her images didn't include hunks of metal chasing her down the hallway. Granted she did think of hunks but those were boys. Yeah she was in close proximity to one but they were pretty much running from a stupid heap of metal. Paige thought on that for a minute, it was a heap of metal how was it even capable of thinking and acting on its own behalf. What was making it chase after them like this? Paige sure didn't know but with Ollie so close by her as they ran for it she didn't have much time to think on it either.
Ollie soon stopped them he unhooked his arm from around her neck and told her he could walk in his own. She tried not to be rude but her face gave him a look that said she doubted him. He told her to go find someone anyone but the hallways were dead. All the noise the suit of armor was making and no one had come out to help them. He was pushing her away from him and she could hear the suit getting closer to them. If she left now no telling what would happen to him no matter what happened he was operating on only one leg.
Then he explained his plan to her. He wanted to confuse the thing make it unsure which way to turn. All she had to do was to loop around and end up at the other end of the hall. Now that she understood she nodded. Going the way he was pushing her Paige tried to follow directions in order to virtually double back from whence they came.
Paige ran as fast as she could no matter how stupid the thing was it was still a big piece of metal with an axe it wouldn't take much for it to overpower Ollie and do him serious harm. Finding a door way the same one she had come through earlier Paige burst through it. From where she was standing she could see the thing simply standing there looking stupid.
She simply placed her hands over her mouth and called out "Hey dumb arse why don't you come get me" and seeing a trash can to the left of her she kicked it over for good measure since it was metal it would make a decent loud noise. Her plan worked the suit turned now looking up the hall right at her. It turned slowly and awkwardly before it started to march in her direction. "Oh crap" she whispered as she moved sideways trying to find a place to hide. An open classroom door gave her some cover. Slipping in she shut the door silently hearing the clank clank clank. Her heart raced as she hoped it didn't find her.
