Great. Just Great. I'm stuck here on a god damned pair of stairs that wont budge an inch, no matter how much I plead. Jason thought smugly while he looks upwards, which was actually down, seeing as he was being held captive upside down. Clinging around his ankles were the rail guards of the handrail, not even loosening up enough for him to slip out of. He was a prisoner.
Sighing, the Slytherin folded his arms across his chest and tried his best to look semi-presentable. Though, that wouldn't be happening. The hair on his head was standing on end and the bottom of his leather jacket was almost over his head. Not to mention his pants and boxers were starting to ride up, but that wasn't to be mentioned.
Hearing somebody coming down the hallway, Jason watched expectantly as they came into sight. "You there.." He said pointedly. "A little help please?"

This day was getting better and better. Not only did she have to help Dante escape an Avis hex cast at him by a slytherin, she had to help a third year get their head out of a portrait. It seemed the picture had decided to swallow the poor guys head and his head was now in the portraits world, sending screams throughout the rest of the surrounding paintings. It was bewildering, the things that were happening in the castle that was not the norm.
She had now decided enough was enough of saving people's asses all day and was on her way from eating dinner to go back to the safe confinements of the common room. It seemed the peace would be broken as a voice came from above her. Stopping in her tracks, her hand still attached to the bannister, she looked at the seemingly floating form and she did well not to burst out laughing. She scoffed slightly in attempt to keep the laughter from bubbling over, but it only made a temporary barrier before it broke through. She wasn't really laughing at him, more at the situation he was in and the other one was the other ass saving she was forced to do for the third time that day. "I don't even want to know how you managed to do that trick!" she smiled pulling out her wand.

"It's not a trick.. I was abducted by these bloody stairs and they won't let me go." He said in a sort of pout while managing to maintain a frown as well. Which was pretty unusual, but it seemed that he had been acting different than usual as of late. No matter, he would just handle it as it came.
"Are you going to help or what?" The Slytherin said finally, interrupting her giggle fit. In no way at all did Jason find his position funny, but left him vunerable as well. At this point he had hoped that she didn't think him blushing due to the rush of blood to his face, causing it to be mottled by a light red colour across his cheeks.
He watched just as the girl was about to lift her hand from the banister, hopefully to help him out, only to cause a reaction in the over emotional stairwell. Just as fast as she had arrived, a piece of the guardrail slithered out of it's socket and stretched from it's position, quickly making it's way down to the girls ankle in aims of wrapping around them to hang her just like they did with Jason.
"Hey, watch it! If you're going to help me out here, you can't be going and getting yourself caught." He remarked, not knowing if it was too late and she had been snatched up too, or if she had escaped the grasps.

She stopped her giggle fit for a split second to wipe the tear that had threatened to fall down her cheek. She had to look away as she spoke or his misfortune might make her laugh once more. "Abducted? You must be alien to them then" she smirked just before her eyes widened as she pulled her wand out and pointed it towards the stairs. Something grabbed onto her ankle and before she knew it she was being lifted up and twisted round, being lifted higher until she was face to face with the slytherin. She let out a yelp in shock.
She hovered in silence for a minute simply looking around at her new view. She could feel the blood beginning to rush to her head and the feeling wasn't pleasant. She soon turned her head to face Jason, his face becoming redder and redder as the moments passed and pulling off the hairband from her wrist she tied her hair back, managing to lift herself up slightly so she could do so. Another moment's silence passed before she huffed and spoke up.
"Well I didn't expect to be up here so soon" she stated biting her lip as she felt the veins in her head pressuring against her skin. This was not good for your health surly. "Any ideas Batman?" she smirked, making reference to his overhanging robes.

"Looks like you are too." He remarked just after she got pulled up by the staircase as well. Giving a grunt and looking at the girl, he didn't seem to really recognize her. Not that it mattered, but it was a simple observation.
Jason ended up coughing in slight emberassment at the situation and being called... batman. Of all things to be called, it was batman. The guy who had perminent erect nipples sculpted into his costume. And that, was not Jason. "We try to get down, that's it."
Wiggling around for a moment, the Slytherin lifted his torso up and inspected his boots. "The damned rail isn't budging." He grunted while banging it with his fist a few times. "And I doubt any spells you know could get us down. Well. Maybe, you might. You're a Ravenclaw.." Eventually his voice softened and trailed off for a few moments.
"When I was jerked up, I dropped my wand... and it broke." Jason admitted, pointing down to his wand that now lay shattered upon the floor below them. A soft whimper came from the boys throat in mourning for his pristine wand, though he never would admit to it aloud. That was just something that guys never did. Cry.

They were now in a completely embarrasing and hard predicament. Both students were now tied to the rails and they had not seen another soul for a while. Luck was not on their side, and it was getting increasingly hard to think and focus on what to do when mass amounts of blood rushed to their heads. Rosalie's laughter died out into a deep sigh as she folded her arms over her chest which proved difficult, only to have them drop downwards following gravity's pull.
As he told the story how his wand was now destroyed, Rosalie tilted her hair back to see the splinters of wood that remained on the floor below. Sure enough it lay there ruined on the stone floor and the sudden realisation of that happening to them made Rosalie gulp back a dry lump. "Alright...alright" she said in attempt to calm herself. "Hmm, let me see" she continued, running through the storage cupboard in her mind and dusting off all the old information she had gained but not particularly used. 'Maybe that....hmm, nope. Oh that would work....nope we'd fall too quickly....I got it!'
"Alright...I will need your hundred percent trust for this, it's the only spell I can see working without us falling do our demise. Will you do this one thing and trust me?" she asked, concerned. She didn't give him much time to decide before she swung herself to grab his hand, and pointing her wand at the railings. "Expulso!!". The railing splintered and began falling, and so did the Ravenclaw and the slytherin. Rosalie's eyes creased closed as she pointed to below them and cast the cushioning charm. They fell and landed on an invisible cushion.
She kept her eyes closed as she could hear and feel splinters shattering around them until she was sure they had stopped falling. She felt a few dig into her shoulders and winced at the small sharp pain they created. Opening her eyes she still had hold of the boys hand and she raised her eyebrows in shock. "We did it!....WE DID IT!" she laughed happily as she jumped up and sort of shook him.
