"It was time. Oh yes. Was she ready? Are you ready?" Arabelle listened to one of her best friends in the common room. He was annoucing that a fight between Gryffindors and Slytherins would be starting soon, but what was the point of it all? Yea Slytherins were their house for rudeness, meanness, and cunningness, but who would want to be prould of that? Why would you want to support that. In Ara's opinion they should jus get rid of Slytherin all together, so everyone can be in a happy house, and there wouldn't be as much teasing and jokes, but her thoughts weren't needed here. They apparently had it all under control.
The annoucer boy looked at Arabelle and jokingly said,"Are you coming?" He knew well that Ara did not participate and junk like that. It was a waste of your beautiful life and she planned to live hers to the fullest and be proud of what she did, but fighting students that don't understand would be ridiculous! She just smiled and hit him. Getting up she walked out.
Arabelle decide today she would make a difference. She left her safe place, the common room, and began to wander the corridors. She was going to ask a Slytherin why the were so mean to people, especially her house. Wouldn't they rather just be normal and not stand out? Shrugging her shoulders at her own question she kept walking. Then a thought popped into her head. The dungeons, of course! Ara skipped excitetldy all the way to her destination. Once there she sat on a stone step until someone came to bug her.

Kayleen had been minding her own business today in the Dungeons when she heard about the fight. Of course she was going to fight, why wouldn't she. She had heard it would be right before her D.A.D.A class and she was so excited. Of course not for the class, although she didn't mind the class though it was her favorite. So Kayleen had been sitting on a stone thinking about her friends. She didn't feel like getting up she just wanted to sit and think, before the fight. So she started to think about the first person she would pick a fight with. Gryffindors where annoying people who think they know it all. She hated Gryffindor's mainly, because her best friend betrayed her when she was put into that house.
As Kayleen finished thinking, someone came running up to her. "Are you joining the fight?" she had asked. "of course, I'll be there in a minute." she replied as the girl ran off. She was of course laughing at the matter, because Gryffindor had no chance. They always lost big battles so why do they bother. Her main concern was if a Gryffindor or Ravenclaw adviser came along to spoil it, it would be like them. Maybe a Hufflepuff adviser also. We Slytherins would never back off from this though, even if someone tried to stop them.
She looked across from where she was sitting and noticed a Gryffindor student. She decided to have fun before the fight. She walked over to the girl and noticed she was older, but who cares. "Excuse me, why are you in Slytherin territory?" she asked rudely to the girl. Gryffindor's annoyed her so much.

[[By the way Kass Gryffindors don't think they know everything: that's Ravenclaws!!]]
The dungeons were dark, chilly, and deserted. Arabelle guessed this was why nobody of any other house except Slytherin came down here. She had just been sitting quietly on the hard cold rock step whenever someone came along. It spooked Ara at first, but then realized it was coming from the door not the dungeon area.
Spinning around on the rock step to face the on-looker, Ara noticed that she was wearing a Slytherin robes and thought to herself Oh great, what have I gotten myself into. Smiling Arabelle turned to face the girl directly and noticed it to be the girl trying to cause trouble at the End of the Year Ball. Arabelle didn't go, but heard lots of stories.
Before she was able to say anything sweet, the girl spoke. It was in a very rude tone! Apparently the girl didn't notice Ara's smile.
"Excuse me, why are you in Slytherin territory?"
The girl sneered. Yep definetely Slytherin. Arabelle kept her cool and just reminded herself that this was the perfect time to make a difference. Ara realized her smile had faded and put it it back on. "Well i'm sorry, I didn't know this was anyone's territory. As far as I knew the school was open to anyone! Well that is except for Common Rooms of course." Arabelle said sweetly. But she didn't move an inch. Ara wasn't participating in the fight, but she certainly didn't want to start one herself. Nothing a first year Slytherin could do would move her though.

((Yea Sorry, BTW love your signature))
Kayleen didn't know why she was wasting her time here, but she did want to have fun before the teachers came and broke up the real fight. "So are you going to the fight?" she asked. She wanted to know, not that it would make her pinpoint any different, she was going to attack Granger the know it all friek first, if she bothered to show up.
"For once I'm going to agree with a Gryffindor, your right the common rooms are the only thing that are private to the houses. So..." she ventured.

[[Kass don't use text talk on here, plus your a Slytherin why are you being nice and why does your siggy say she's going to change?? That ruins the plot of a Slytherin and Gryffindor!]]
It was rather quiet for a few minutes in between Kayleen and herself talking. An eerie quiet. Like worse than when the dungens are actually vacant. Arabelle just sat on her cold stone step waiting for Kayleen to make a come back. Looks like her plan wouldn't be working today.
"So are you going to the fight?"
That had to been one of the worst things anyone could have asked Ara at that given time. She just wanted to break loose and yell at the girl. Never in her life had Arabelle attended a fight and never in her life would she start. "Of course not! It is totally babaric!" Arabelle spat with a grin.
"For once I'm going to agree with a Gryffindor, your right the common rooms are the only thing that are private to the houses. So..."
What??? was all Ara's head was repeating. No Slytherin ever agrees with a Gryffindor, so this had to be a trick, trap, or joke! "Um well this is strange, but i'm not falling for it!" Arabelle said and it echoed throughout the dungens. It was dark and Ara was a bit scared, but held her ground.

((what text talk I don't I was tired of my old saying on my siggy))
While the Gryffindor was replying, Kayleen finally noticed what came out of her mouth..why was she being so nice to the girl? That was going to change.
"Of course not! It is totally barbaric!"
"What!" she spat "The fight is not going to be barbaric." she retorted. "You just don't want to go, because you know you are going to lose." she snickered.
"Um well this is strange, but i'm not falling for it!" [/n]
"Oh so you caught me? In my one minute of kindness, because its not going to happen again." she said rudely.
