{ Oh, this is so bad. xD }
Ever since the strangling incident with the suit of armor Cairo had been very.. Strange, to say the least. The days fell long and tiresome, and it wasn't in the her peers' best interests to cross her. She had been in a constant, roller coaster of a mood, and she herself didn't know what she'd do, even the little things ticked her off. But this thought vanished from her mind as she strode into the Great Hall for a late lunch, eyes blazing as a little Hufflepuff girl accidentally stepped on her foot. "Watch where you're going." Cairo hissed, but the girl, seemingly unaware of the threat, proceded to stick her tongue out at her before turning around to leave. Her hand shot out, long fingernails digging into the girl's shoulder as she whirled her back around, drawing her palm back to strike it harshly against the child's face. Eyes watering the Hufflepuff stepped back, sniffling as she broke into a run towards the door.
Her flesh tingled where skin had met skin, and Cairo stared down at her own hand, utter shock for what she had done trickling on to her face. What did I just do? She wondered, aghast, wide eyes even wider as they locked on to the facets of her skin. Flexing and unflexing her fist, relishing the feeling of the tensed strain, she broke out of her reverie, flicking her eyes around to see if anyone had bore witness to the slapping scene. A few of her fellow Slytherin's stared, their jaws open so wide food had begun falling out of them, and she held their gaze steady. Soon after they looked away, undesiring of conflict, and she took a seat, piling the last remnants of food on her cracked plate. Not many people were here anyway, the rush had come and gone during lunch; she was just catching the late stragglers as they came in close to an hour after the actual time of the meal.
"Whats wrong with me?" Cairo whispered, staring down at her plate with a horrified look on her face. Hopefully Bryn hadn't been around to see that. But as luck would have it, he probably had.

Well, upto now Bryn had four dates lined up for this weekend. Which on a very strange day was not normal for Bryn, whereas Brooke had declined countless dates this week, even a couple from Dante, which had shocked him, though what got him even more was when he had told her to go for it, something very uncharactaristic from Bryn. He had upto now got a date with a blonde, brunette, a red head and... well someone who changed their hair colour from one day to the next. He was currently sat at the Gryffindor table, acting like Bryn shouldnt, well like the Bryn who had respect for people shouldnt. Currently, he had a fork in one hand, his other hand resting on a girls leg under the table, bear in mind he couldnt remember this girl's name, and talking in a very seductive tone, or well obviously seductive to the girl infront of him. Something was drastically wrong here, every now and then he would have a slip, wonder what the hell was going on with him and hide under his bed. But right now, that slip was nowhere near on the horizon.
His head snapped up when he heard the familiar voice of Cairo Blackwell, staring down a Hufflepuff Girl, his eyes narrowed as he watched the scene unfold around him. It seemed like his personality wasnt the only one screwed up as Cairo lashed out at the girl, leaving the Hufflepuff running with tears in her eyes out of the great hall. Bryn's mouth dropped open, his fork fell with a clatter to the plate and he stared wide eyed after Cairo, yet he couldnt help but find the new confidence of Cairo Blackwell pretty damn sexy. He removed his hand from the girls leg, his eyes stern and his face set, "I'll be back." He said before leaving the Gryffindor table and making his way over to the Slytherin one.
As Bryn walked down the isle to where Cairo was, his prefect badge sparkling on his chest, he was stopped by another slytherin holding his hand out. Gripping the boys hand and thrusting it back into the guys dinner he spoke in a low tone, "Dont start Snake or you may find yourself hanging by the arms with all of your," Looking up and down at the guy in a discusted tone he added, "essentials on show for everyone to see." Bryn's threat seemed to hit its mark as the Slytherin turned back around and began to wipe the dinner off his hands.
Bryn stood behind Cairo in time to hear her speak, "You've completley lost your mind." he offered as he pushed a Slytherin guy away and sat in his place next to the blonde. "Seriously, Cairo Blackwell slapping a defenceless hufflepuff? Have you completley gone insane or are you seriously just like the rest of these Snakes, or have you finally figured out you're not a damsel in distress." His eyes scanned her face before he spoke once more, "I think twenty points lost for slapping a Hufflepuff," Then lowering his voice and putting on a smirk he added, "But ten points gained for making yourself look absolutley irresistable while doing it." Somehow, Bryn and Cairo must have both had Personality Transplants over the summer, because there was no way he would have said that to her on a normal day.

As a bit of food spattered the ground from a nearby Snake's plate--presumably the one Bryn had smashed the guy's hand into--Cairo glanced up, staring into the eyes of King Gryffindor himself. You've completely lost your mind. He told her, taking the seat to her side, and her heartbeats fluttered erratically in responce. He saw. He saw. The miserable thought was jammed on repeat, and she glanced back down at her plate, bearing the brunt of his scolding in silence. Wait a second! He did that to you. He humiliated you, and now he plays the innocent, wholesome one?! The voice in her head was not her own, but it made sense, and soon someone else was jerking the reins. Damsel in distress? "Not anymore." The Slytherin shot back, her voice calm but flanked with anger. "Oh yes, the mighty Bryn Kennedy has never hurt anyone before." She hissed at him, adding something after that had her pausing in her furiosity. And the real Cairo had control again, the second personality momentarily silenced. Her face melted into that of embarrassment and regret, and her hands flew to her mouth. "Oh my gosh, I didn't mean to-" And her face changed again with the other's control, contorting with rage. What the hell was this? Probably multiple personality disorder. But it was impossible to just suddenly up and have this, wasn't it? Cairo, or at least the person that looked like Cairo, grinned, licking her lips.
"If that were true you'd lose thirty points for being an idiot!" Cairo snapped the last part, seeing as she was a prefect too, narrowing her eyes and slapping away his hand as it began creeping precariously towards her thigh. "Bryn!" She gasped, gray eyes wide, before narrowing again, this time with a nasty remark to accompany them. "Minus thirty points for thinking you even come close to my league." His flock of girls, watching longingly and glaring at her from the Gryffindor table, were wondering if they should come over and drag him back. And he thought Cairo was just like them? A mindless.. Sheep. Mindless drones that he could do with what he pleased and they wouldn't care that he was taking advantage of them? Not on her watch. Cranking her arm back the Slytherin attempted to bring it hard across his face, and assuming he blocked it or not a loud snap would or would not reverberate throughout the room. "Oh my god.. I didn't mean.. Are you okay?" She murmured brokenly, too weak to fight the other back anymore. What was wrong with her?!

Bryn sat there and watched as her reaction seemed to flick from one to the other. The personality transplants the two seemed to be having was pretty strange, Bryn knew this wasnt who he was but he couldnt help but let it wash over him. It was clear to anybody around that something obviously dodgy was going on, he had been fine all summer, telling Brooke she wasnt to have any dates this year and behave herself, he hadnt expected her to actually listen to him but she had done. "Believe me I see that, still at least I wont have to worry about rescuing you anymore." He spoke and rolled his eyes. Not that the two had spoken since last school year after Bryn had humiliated Cairo by accident, and low and behold. She dragged that up didnt she. He let out a sigh and rolled his eyes, "I apologized enough for that, Cairo. I'm not going to keep apologizing for something that was an accident. If you want to hold a grudge then fine go right ahead, I hardly care anymore." Which was a total lie, and he would never say that if he was being the Bryn everyone knew, the Bryn who had earnt and deserved his prefect role. He was about to turn away and go back to the girls at his table, when she spoke again. "No, you did mean to." He answered hotly. Give this personality one thing, it was probably like you were drunk. When you tell the truth. Bryn wouldnt say half the stuff he said, but it was in him. It was the side of Bryn he didnt like, the one he usually kept hidden, but now it was forced to the surface.
"I hardly think being an idiot is the same as slapping a person." His voice was low as he spoke. He felt her hand collide with his and honestly, he hadnt even realised his hand was creeping towards her. He would have apologized if he was normal. "What?" His voice was innocent, yet there was a rather flirtatious smirk on his face. When she once more took points he raised his eyebrow and shrugged. "Well, whatever. I dont need another blonde chick when I have plenty more." He jerked his finger back to the Gryffindor table, "But it is your loss." When he spoke, he saw her face contort again and her hand came back and collided with the side of his face. A loud slapping noise echoed throughout the room and it brought Bryn back to his senses for a while, his brows furrowed and he nodded simply. "Y-yeah. I'm fine." He spoke quietly, "I dont know whats come over me recently I've been acting all... weird. Like Brooke." He shook his head and looked at her. "I needed that slap, thankyou. And I'm sorry, I never meant to cross any lines. I uh... I dont know whats going on with me at the minute. I think I'm ill."
