Adam entered the forest, leaves and twigs crunched underneath, the wind whistled mournfully through the trees, the light of the moon made patched of bright light on the forest floor. The air was chilly, and the forest was dark. It had been a long week, and Adam needed a break. A break from school, a break from his duties. Adam walked for a good two hours, finding himself deep within the heart of the forest, where very little students had been. He thought he was alone, but then he heard leaves crunching behind him. Whipping out his wand, he whirled around. "Who's there?" he called, eyes furtively searching, watching for someone to pop out of the trees.

Briar loved getting into trouble, maybe a little too much. Anyway, she knew the one place students weren't allowed was the forest and since she hadn't been in there yet, she decided she needed to see the unexplored terrain.
She was just about to take a break when she heard footsteps coming from her right. She hid, thinking it was some flesh eating creature that her father had mentioned once when she was younger, but as soon as her eyes focused, she noticed it was a mere student.
Stepping out from behind the trees she laughed, "Woah! Calm down," she said holding her hands up to prove she wasn't a threat. "Could you put that stupid thing away?" she said pointing at the boys wand. "Name's Briar," she said with a smile.

Sarie wondered into the forest. She didn't really like the place but she couldn't stay out. She walked though to hear two people talking. "Looks like I 'm not the only person in the forest." She saw a Hufflepuff that she didn't know and Gryffindor she knew Adam but not very well.

Adam slowly lowered his wand, and rollled his eyes in annoyance. "Just because I take my wand out, that does not necesarily mean that I am going to attack you. I just take it out as a means of defense if I have to." His face softened into a smile, "I'm Adam. Adam de Mocenigo." He said in his slight Italian accent.
