fun-lovingly insane -- Caleb's card holds two sides of him. One side as the 'normal' Russo, the other revealing the insane guy he really is. While his family goofs off at parties, Caleb's usually the one in the corner pretending to not have any relations with them. Though, when he's around his friends, he's the one that his friends claim that they don't know him. The times that his family does catch him acting out, often send them into a shock-indused coma. Caleb's usually the one who's dancing on the table with a neck-tie tied around his head, trying to impress all those he can.
hard-headed -- It's hard to win a debate when Caleb's the one you're arguing with. Much like the shell he uses to repel his family's odd ways, he's hard to get passed. Once he's set his mind to an objective, there's nothing that can change his mind. That is, except Prue and Addy's 'puppy-faces'. Something behind them turns his rock-hard surface to butter.
sensible -- The thing that separates him from the rest of the Russos is his common sense. When his family gets the bright idea to go sky diving, Caleb seems to the be the only one jumping with a parachute. He won't pass up the oppurtinuity to take on a dragon, but he's not going to run straight-on without a plan. Though, with his friends, he is the one to run straight-on with no plan. Caleb keeps his head in game, making sure his grades, as well as his sisters', are in decent condition.
caring & protective -- Despite his rock-hard shell, Caleb does have a soft side. Sometimes it's hard to find, other times it's as plain as the nose on his face. When someone he cares about is hurt or upset, he's usually the first one on the scene, trying to figure out what happened. He protects his loved ones with an iron sheild, and makes sure everyone that he cares for is okay. Caleb often tries to play the 'eldest brother' when it all comes down.
brave -- No matter how tough, or how strong one looks, he'll stand up to anyone, even if he knows it's a sure lose for him. Caleb won't back down from a fight, and he'll stand up for who or what he believes in. He's definatly a someone people want on their side when it all comes down to it.
ladies macho-man -- Wherever he's at, Caleb has a tendecy to make sure girls are around so he can try and show-off. Anything to get the ladies to notice him, he'll do it. Something that ties with his love of the ladies: his self-confidence around them. Though normally he'd be watching every move he makes, when it comes to being around ladies, he tends to puff out his chest and make himself look more muscular than normal.
regret & denial -- No matter what happened, where it happened, and when it happened, Caleb blames himself for anything that happens to his family members. He finds it's his responsibility to be watching over everyone, despite his relatives' words. He bottles up his feelings of regret, denial, and guilt, but occasionally it overflows, and he explodes. For the most part, his family has never seen him not smiling, but now and then they'll catch him stareing off into space, or pounding his fists into a table.

The Russo's were a pureblood wizarding family, each of them entering with little knowledge of spells, and leaving the brave-hearted Gryffindors they were. All thought that Caleb was going to be the last of the Russo's, but a surprise two came in a couple years later. And silently, Caleb thanks them for not making him the youngest in the family. Caleb followed in his family's' foot prints; watching every wacky move they made, calculating all the words they said. For a while, they assumed he would break the Russo tradition, and become a Ravenclaw, but later in life, it was definite that he would follow the Russo tradition.

Most of his time was spent playing with his young sisters, or bugging Anthony to play games with him. Although he was only two years older than the twins, he often found himself protecting him as if he was Woody's age. Throughout his childhood, Caleb was a generally happy child, always finding the bright-side of things, only throwing fits when he didn't get his way. One of his favorite games was wrestling with Woody, despite the obvious height, weight, and age difference. Ever since the kid could walk and talk, the two had a nag of picking on each other, Drea only adding to it. When he entered Hogwarts, Caleb found himself making friends right off the bat. He was a pretty popular kid, but towards the end of his first year, he found out who were his real friends, and who weren't. He kept a small group, goofing off with them whenever he could, though he would tell his sisters to be mature whenever they acted up.

Caleb's life took a turn for the worst when he found out that Anthony, Prue and Addy had been hurt. Way more than half of his fifth year he spent at St. Mungo's visiting Anthony and regretting not being there to help. From that day on, he was more reserved, and for sometime depressed. He blamed himself for everything that happened that day, and shrugged off anything anyone said about it not being his fault. When he was in school with his friends, they noticed a definite change in his personality. By the time sixth year came around, Caleb had learned to bottle up his emotions, never showing the emotional side of himself, always looking like the happy-go-lucky kid.

His family certainly noticed the change in him, and they often found him and Anthony fist-fighting. Caleb would take out his anger on Anthony, blaming both him and himself for what happened that day. From then on out, Caleb was the different Russo, the 'normal' one of the bunch. His family tried hard not to push his buttons, always trying to make him see the brighter side of things.[/size]
