Had something possessed Alexis? Or was she just stupid? Well one could say it was the latter of the two, she knew what had happened the last time she came in here. One, was in the presence of a Rogue Wizard, which could easily get her questioned if the Ministry ever found out. Two, had come face to face with a dragon. Well, whatever it was that made Alexis come back in here tonight, she had no plans of running into another rogue, or meeting another dragon. Or seeing that Professor again She thought to herself. Even though she had earnt points from it.
Did she expect the place to be different? Maybe in a crazy world one day she would find it full of flowers, and maybe the werewolves would be harmless puppydogs. Though, again, she doubted it. The forest was the same, bleak, dark, dull, muddy, musty, nerving, horrible, cold place she remembered. You must have gone insane Alexis, thats all i can think of she thought to herself. Though through either perseverance, or stupidity she forced herself onwards.
Over mud puddles, tree roots and possibly, though she hated to think about it, possidly animal dung. "Lets not even think about that shall we?" Alexis pushed herself on again, who knew how long she had been walking. She kept her head down, purposly not looking infront of her. Which was a bad idea because the next second she walked into someone pretty fast and pretty hard, stumbling backwards, she fell over, and prayed it wasnt that Rogue she had met.

[ ugh, small font. had to go fetch me glasses. Lol. ]
The forrest, forbidden as if was, attracted students like bugs to a light. That must be the reason that he was even in here now, though it's not special and just full of dangerous people like Rogues and Ministry and things far worse than that. Bray had stopped and was looking for which way he should go, his wand drawn just in case. He was really tempted to use the light from it but he didn't want to draw anything or anyone to him.
Why did he always go in here? Or the real question should be, why did he go in alone? Just as he stood there considering this, something ran into him. He yelped a bit and stumbled forward before he caught his balance again. Bradyn quickly spun around to face his assailant: a girl.
He lowered his wand. "Oh thank goodness." He said, mostly to himself, after he spotted her Slytherin robes. "You gave me quite a scare, there." Bray frowned but held out his hand to help her up.

((Its okay n_n))
As she had ran into this other person, she heard a yelp. But out of fear or pain she could not quite tell. She looked upon the person stood infront of her as he turned around and lowered his wand. She didnt recognise him, though she recognised the badge on his robes. Ravenclaw. "I think I gave myself one" she muttered back. The fall had hurt her a little bit, but not too much she couldnt deal with. It just felt as though she had broke her butt. Though she wasnt going to tell him that.
Alexis took the guys hand as he helped her to her feet. "Thanks i guess" she spoke, looking down at her now muddy self. Great, this doesnt come off either she thought miserably to herself, trying to dust herself down but finding it only made it worse. The night was cold, but not too cold and at least the sky was kind of clear, meaning the light of the moon could shine through easily. Luckily for them, the full moon was not upon them. Though Alexis knew, werewolves in this forest were fully turned. All the time. She just wondered if he knew that.

Well, this is kind of ironic, he thought, two rule-breakers meeting up in the forest and neither with a good excuse for why they were there. “Oh, name’s Bradyn Reed, by the way.” He said, introducing himself since he didn’t recognize the girl. Feeling bad about her robes, Bray pursed his lips while he tried to remember one of the laundry charms he taught himself (he was far too lazy to do the wash by hand). “Hah. I remember the charm now.” He said as a decent warning that hopefully would keep him from scaring her. Brady raised his wand, and waved it in a figure 8 while concentrating on the incantation.
“That should work, might take a bit to set in, though, since your robes are pretty muddy.” Bray glanced around and noticed the roots of a nearby tree were decently high and wide enough to make a seat, so of course he sat down on it. The forest gave him the chills, he heard tons of noises with his acute hearing and he didn’t want to know what most of them were.

"Alexis Alméida" she said. Though her voice showed clear signs of carefulness and hesitation. This was because Alexis didnt trust people right off and often wanted to know what they wanted before she even thought about giving them an inch of her trust. She folded her arms across her chest when Bradyn mentioned something about remembering a charm. Probably a laundry charm her mother used to use or something. Either way, she would still get new robes because even if the mud stains come off. She wouldnt even want to wear them again. Awkward she knew.
"Yeah, and i wonder why" she muttered again. Though she wasnt incinuating it was his fault because, well it wasnt. If Alexis had been watching where she was going she may have been able to avoid finding herself sat down in the mud. She heard a howl in the air and looked up. Beginning to find herself used to the noises of the forest now. Howling, wings beating and occasionally, the hoofbeats of the Centaurs. Though Alexis had never seen a Centaur, or a Werewolf. She had however, seen a dragon. Shuddering at the thought of how big it was she hadnt even noticed Bradyn had sat down on a tree.

It was pretty obvious that she did not trust him, and he couldn’t blame her. Bray didn’t trust her either; who would you trust that you ran into in the Forbidden Forest? They could be faking who they are, or not even be there at all. But at least he hid his suspicions better so then he wouldn’t look like a fool if they were wrong. Bradyn rolled his eyes. This girl was definitely a Slytherin by the way she blamed him for dirtying the robes when she obviously ran into him when he was stationary.
Leaning against the tree he looked back at her. Was she cold or something, or did she always just randomly shiver and shake like that? “You ok?” He said, though be paused at the sound of another wolf’s howl. It was almost surprising that you couldn’t hear the worst of these noises on the grounds.

Alexis wasnt one that was ever bothered by people not trusting her, it just made it easier to avoid awkward conversation if you didnt class people in your trusting line. Alexis used to have far to many people who used to think she liked them, used to think she trusted them, used to think she would talk to them about her problems, when all she wanted was them to leave her alone. It was amazing, when Alexis was in her old school, she could be surrounded by people who always listened to her speak, hang on her every word, but she always felt completly alone. Back then, face was important to, not just her, but everyone. Now she realised, there was more to life than just face. Though many people would not agree with her there. Well whatever it used to be like, it wasnt now. She got her wish, she no longer found herself surrounded by people. At least now she had a reason to feel alone, though strangely, she never did. She felt happier now everyone wasnt following her around, yelling her name in high pitched squeels. Sure, if they were good looking guys, Alexis would play on it. Play with them. She used to enjoy that, playing with guys heads, making them confused and toying with their emotions.
"Yes" Alexis said, finally looking up at him. "Yes im fine..." She tried to smile. It was cold tonight, she had begun to feel it now. The chill of the night air biting at her cheeks. The wind playing with her hair, which she found, highly annoying. "You comfy there?" she asked, her head inclining a little to the left as if interested.
((I have to go now.. *Waves* Buh Bye))
