Adam smiled as he shuffled through the paper work on his desk, satisfied with the amount of students that would be attending his class. Earlier in the day, he had spent his morning figuring out what they would do today while rearranging the room.
Large bean bags of all colours were arranged in a wide circle in the middle of the room, leaving it spacious enough for the students to stretch out and relax, but not fall asleep, during his lessons. They wouldn't be staying indoors for too long, so he really didn't see the need for desks or chairs. At the top of the circle and infront of the large, black chalk board a stool was placed as somewhere where Adam could take a seat while speaking. Upon the blackboard was the assignment of the day that read; 'The history and use of dragons'.
Doing just that, the Professor sat his rump down upon the wooden stool and placed his feet atop of the connecting bar between the legs. Smiling while getting comfy, Adam waited expectantly for the students to arrive. They'd love this class if they had any sense of wonder and fascination for Dragons.

Dean was taking a wide verity of subjects and Dragonology was one particularly that he could not decide whether or not he would enjoy it or not. He hoped he would, the myths and legends that surrounded the amazing creatures always fascinated him but there was the fear, Dean was not the biggest fan of animals that could bite you in half or burn you to a crisp. However his mother always said that you needed to face up to your fears and so that is just what he was going to, know your enemy!
Wondering down the corridors to the classroom Dean pushed open the door to the classroom and was half expecting there to be a dragon skeleton hanging from the ceiling. Instead it was a rather empty room with bean bags instead of desks. Shuffling quietly into the room Dean glanced over at the Professor, offered him a small smile before dropping down on the closest yellow bean bag. Glancing over at the board in the attempt of trying to give himself something to do an ignore the nervous silence that was filling the classroom Dean saw what they were doing today.
“The history and uses of dragons.” Dean muttered to himself, his mind was already racing with possible questions, answers and many a theory.

Post by Aidan and Derryl Parkhurst on Sept 11, 2008 0:02:09 GMT
Even though it was the middle of the day and a day where the twins had many classes to keep them busy, Aidan had not been able to shake his sleepiness from the morning. It had been keeping the two quiet for the time being as Derryl didn't want to bring attention to himself when his brother wasn't up to showing off too. It was just something that seemed to come naturally when Aidan was in a mood, that Derryl would actually be able to do some work.
This was what Derryl was looking forward to as he and his twin walked to their next class: Dragonology. It had been, surprisingly enough, a subject that Aid has chosen with a lot of enthusiasm. He had seemed to be very excited about it but as the two walked Aidan seemed hardly capable of lifting his feet, a loud scraping noise following every jerk of his shoulders as he forced himself to keep going. Derryl kept up with his brother - though he had to check himself to make sure he wasn't leaving him behind, smiling merrily to himself.
When they got to the class, Derryl was taken aback by the lack of desks. Aidan, on the other hand, seemed to completely miss that small fact and fell into one of the bean bag seats - one that conveniently enough turned out to be green. Derryl walked in more slowly, trying to work out what was going on and why they didn't have desks. He took a seat next to his brother on a bright blue bean bag but he didn't take note of that, he was too busy trying to think.
"Hullo Professor," Derryl said with a brief smile. Aidan grinned at the professor for a second before looking away.
It was then the Derryl noticed a Puff was already in the class. The Slytherin gave him a small smile but seeing as his mind was elsewhere he didn't linger on the boy. Aidan's head had already fallen back and his mouth was hanging open, eyes firmly shut. Derryl looked over his twin and rolled his eyes; he had always been amazed at how quickly Aidan could fall asleep and how he could do so anywhere.
