The Character
Name: Isis Rosabella Carmody
Nicknames (if any): every possible variation on Isis and Rosabella
Year: 1st
House: I hope the mighty sorting hat will find out.
Blood: Pure
Wand: Ebony, Unicorn tail hair, swishy
Personality:
Isis is not the first one to be noticed in a crowd, her soft shy voice can barely be heard even in total silence. She will back off from strangers, since they can't be trusted. She will be loyal, sweet and open-hearted when with friends. It takes a long time to be trusted by her, which can lead to frustration, but when you are accepted she will do anything for you and when in trouble she will be there listening to your sorrows, she will take them away and give hope back instead.
The word betrayal doesn't exist in Isis' dictionary, as she thinks it is the weakest thing on earth, in space and whatever will be next. Since trust is a thing she doesn't give away easily, she can't even think about giving it away suddenly as if it never was anything special. If anyone even thinks about betraying her, he or she will always be on her fictional deathnote.
When Isis has a goal she wants to reach it, for sure, she is very determined when it comes to reaching goals. No 99% but the full 100. She will do anything as long as she doesn't have to break hearts and go over dead bodies, she won't steal a life to win a game. She won't break a friend's heart to join the best Quidditch team of the world.
That sounds all good and holy, but to make sure she doesn't go over dead bodies and won't be breaking hearts she uses a form of betrayal, even though she seems to hate betraying, lying. Little lies, big lies, lies for the good will, every size and kind of lie will be told by her for the full 100 per cent.
Appearance:
History:
Reykjavik 19 January 1996 early in the morning,
Icelandic mornings were cold, just as the afternoons, evenings and nights. Streets full of people dressed in big fur coats, they looked like huge packages made of fur it was a funny sight if you sat in your old cosy home together wit your big family speaking an awkward language. That was what Reykjavik was like those days. Iceland was a save country for wizards and witches. No dark wizard had ever visited Iceland before. Was it the climate that was even colder than they were? No one on the streets and inside the warm houses noticed the birth of a special child. Special because the child was the result of the relationship between a wizard and a witch. He was just a broom shop owner, famous in Denmark. She was one of the members of a witch band, only famous in Romania just because of their beauty and their expensive performances with dragons. They got a beautiful healthy daughter, Isis Rosabella. Isis was one out of five daughters, she was the youngest but didn't enjoy the most attention.
Isis was born and raised as a true witch, her sisters, who she adored, already teached her some spells. When the neighbours listened in they didn't have to panic since Icelandic people thought it was cute and that a little fairy was doing all the light flashes, since 80% of the Icelandic muggles believed in fairies and leprechauns. Isis was jealous on her sisters that they could go to Hogwarts, they told her wonderful stories about the teachers, the castle and the myths and legends.
Isis was counting down the days till she could finally go to Hogwarts. When the big day finally came something terrible happened. Her father was killed by a dark wizard while he was preparing the brooms. Isis looked right into the face of the 'best friend' of her father who looked full of guilt as he saw Isis her fierce glance, he had betrayed her father, but what was the reason? That was Isis her first quest on Hogwarts, she had to find out more about the reason of this betrayal. Going to Hogwarts didn't seem that important anymore, and the first months Isis only sat alone and didn't even try to make friends. Why did her sisters put up with this? Was she the only one who cared about the death of her loved father?
